ICPA have released more news in the past few weeks than most companies release in a year. There is tons going on. They bought a network. They are creating several brand new shows. They are aligned with Clear Channel (there is absolute proof of that on C C wesite). Plus there's more coming.
Its painful to see the price being driven down, but its not because of anything that ICPA has done / not done. Its because more people want in cheap.

Sure its disappointing that the price has been knocked down. And yes, the countdown has added fuel to the fire for the bashers, but it will all work out in time.

...but lets get back to a quick recap to The Interview, which was fabulous to say the least -- so much so that most here have not realized how lucrative and dense it actually is lol!
The Interview starts with Steve not believing either that in the last week he got to interview like 4 A-List celebrities for his show, but also had a bite to eat with DREAMWORKS CEO Jeffrey Katzenberger.
Then Steve answers questions about why the AS was increased late last year to 2 billion:
"Your not going to become a billion dollar company with only a 500 million AS...larger media companies have 2, 3, 4, 5 billion AS."
Yes: I am fine with that answer lol!
Steve then also mentions he was invited to dinner while @ CinimaCon last week by Rory Brewer, the President of Worldwide Distribution at SONY. : conversation was about how ICPlaces can be more involved with Sony's upcoming movies.
Then Steve our superior CEO did something that points to his unmistakable confidence but also friendliness: he called up the CEO of EZ VIP live on the radio program, and without a single glitch connected him to program and began talking to him to Kop's I am sure surprise lol! Steve talks about how this deal with EZ VIP is breaking new ground and can genreate a lot of money. btw Steve got ICPlaces involved with all of this why and how? Cause he hung out with Daymond John founder of FUBU and Mark Cuban the billionaire during the NBA ALL-Star Game.
If you're new: are you getting what been going on here? Steve has used his personal contacts, and more every week, to literally help build ICPlaces into the NEW MEDIA COMPANY with globabl implications that it is RIGHT NOW BECOMING.
Steve then goes on to talk about Punch TV network, and that IC Places Hollywood has 13 shows booked for this Fall, with 13 after that if they like it. Also, Punch TV has picked up his comedy show 'Static' and for all these shows he gets $20,000 for each - and HALF THE ADVERTISING REVENUES. ...and even better, Steve said the even bigger revenues WILL come from overseas distribution of these two shows, of which he maintains full ownership and rights over.
Steve then talks about how he also has an "amazing relationship with WARNER BROTHERS." That will only help him in this overseas distribution, which he said he was working on RIGHT NOW.
THEN STEVE DROPS THE BOMB SURPRISE: CLEAR CHANNEL deal lol!:
...a deal folks that only the owners of the freakin' airports know about till he said it over the radio, and of course Clear Channel employees. Clear Channel is a billion dollar company and one of the largest ad companies in the world:
This brand new airport NETWORK called 'Clear Vision' will run 24 hours a day - and not merely have little blurbs or small boring programs: it is a brand new FULL NETWORK with morning, afternoon and evening shows. ABC, NBC and FOX will all have shows on this new network.....AND STEVE WAS ASKED FOR 4 SHOWS TO AIR ALSO ALL AROUND THESE OTHER NETWORK GIANTS!!
The ICPLACES shows will be: 'Travel Tech', 'IC Places Hollywood', 'Urban Hollywood' and 'Behind the Mask'.
...this network will run in eventually 260 airports with the first two to begin in May: Detroit (woooo! lol!) and Dallas Fort-Worth. And each of his 22 minute shows will have two 4 minute commercials generating $12,000 in revenues of which ICPLACES GETS TO KEEP HALF or $6,000. Yep just keep multiplying and this ONE DEAL ALONE THAT WE DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT YET will be worth just under an estimated $50,000,000!! All he has to do is produce these new shows for this network lol!....and if it couldnt get any better well guys it does: Clear Channel is BUILDING ICPA ITS OWN STUDIO by WARNER BROHTERS STUDIO in Burbank, California! With his own Green Screen, 4 cameras, Control Room, Editing Bay....and as Steve said: "My production value is going to go through the roof." ...and btw Steve said he can access this new studio of his 24/7.
Then Steve talks further on ADDITIONAL REVENUE that this Clear Channel deal will bring in, in shows like his Travel Tech where products he is talking about will also then have on the screen what Gate and lol Store this product can be bought NOW lol! He said he can ask for bigger ad dollars from these products that he talks about....(this is all just unreal isn't it lol?).
Steve then ends by saying basically our ICPA stock chart will just have to catch up to what is happening, and that in the IMMEDIATE FUTURE he sees the Clear Channel deal being PR'd next week - as he meets with the CFO Roy of Clear Channel this week to hammer out final details. Also he will be working with CEO of EZVIP Al to get this up and running, as well as working with Punch TV!

Countdown: 6. Next week is getting close...
I'd love to see the CC PR next week, but I'm anticipating the Punch TV official full blown PR. Steve has stated that it will be in early July & he's also stated that he is waiting on CC themselves to announce things before he makes his CC PR. So I doubt he has a definite date yet for that. I'd love to be wrong...but I suspect it will be the official Punch TV announcement.
...then again, Steve loves surprises...

A couple of comments in response to some of the negative suggestions I've read on the board recently:
1) Float / outstsanding shares. O S = 621,000,000. That info is easy to find. Float is in the 225,000,000 - 230,000,000 range (if memory serves correctly) & will still be the same AFTER the Punch deal closes. Steve clearly stated that during his last interview on STT radio.
2) Low volume. 2 reasons for that: most of us believers already have our shares locked up. Newcomers (including plenty of big money) are waiting for the official news releases which are due in the next week or 2.
Common sense tells me that we are within days of seeing some very interesting developments.
Team ICPA waiting patiently with smiles on our faces. Ready to see the price driven up when official news is announced & the word gets out.

Great post Quest. All stocks get messed with & most stocks with any potenatil value have people bash them on chat sites like iHub.
Don't let that worry you. They bash because they want to buy cheap. This stock is great & will get better as each month goes by. Just keep reminding yourself how good you're going to feel about this investment by the end of the year.
We all know that this company is going 'places', but the market mostly moves on hard facts. It will all happen in time. As deals get officially inked, things should move. Then as quarterly reports start showing earnings, we'll move more. Regardless; it is a great deal at these prices & I am in the midst of buying more right now. Just got 50,000 @ .0375 & working on more. My average cost is well over 1 cent now, but who cares...its all about how many shares you have. "Gunga Galunga" (Caddyshack reference).

Agreed. Steve stated that he was meeting with CC today. He also clearly said that the news release will come from CC...not from Steve. So it is out of his hands. As for Punch TV: he had the owner (his new business partner) join him on the radio & they stated they will issue a PR this week. This week still has 4 days left in it, so: no worries.
Its all good. Steve communicates better than ANY CEO I'm aware of.

Great day. I've been away (golf / booze getaway) since Friday & missed the action & wasn't able to read everyone's posts. I am pumped to see the price moving up like this. I pretty much expected it, but you never know until it actually happens. Should keep going as we approach Thursday's radio interview. ICPA; smokin'!
JJ - I am in that same boat with INT (the company behind Ortsbo translation...who have had discussions with ICPA). Its at .415 & my average cost is a fair amount higher. My wife thinks I'm nuts. But...just like ICPA; I am absolutely confident that it will rock in the long run. So just find some way to be patient & get her to be patient. It will be fine. In exactly 1 week there is a very good chance that your worries will be behind you. Plus: you haven't lost a penny because you haven't sold anything. Its all good.

IC Places Since that day we have had several more additions to the game plan. Some came from that evening and others from things closed well back in Florida. I will be filling everyone in very shortly. (and not just here on Facebook).
I'd say that is pretty darn encouraging.
Just bought another 100,000 shares @ .03. To quote Maxwell Smart: "and loving it". Go ICPA.
Q1 results are posted right on the IHub ICPA page. May 15. Nothing too exciting. Next quarter results should be mid August. Those should be better, but probably still not too much revenue to report by then. My guess is the Q3 results in mid November should be when the heat really gets turned up.
Patience Sith. Just sit back & wait. Or, if you have a few $, buy another 10,000 while its below 3 cents and your average will then be just over 4 cents. Your investment will make you smile before too long. Too much good stuff in the works.

I get frustrated by the price drops, but I keep reminding myself: forget the day to day stuff. Then I calm down. I'm in this for the long haul. I have no clue how to time a trade, so I don't try. I buy & hold...and I'll sell when the price is WAY higher.
Anyone who is a 'true long' should try to think the same way.
