Well, if there is some sort of announcement that they are vested in a Casino or real estate in Atlantic City, NJ or somewhere in Southeastern PA, I would be glad to visit it. Unfortunately there is nowhere to visit. The address is just an address for mail and the one in NY the same, there are no offices or real estate in the states that we have been made aware yet.
I am guessing a lot of people that are impatient have never worked for a company that has gone through audits or changed hands where the previous owners had messy books. This stuff takes a lot of time to sort through and fix and make right. The difference I see in this company compared to other pennies out there is since Greg took over there have not been a bunch of fluff PR's or a pump circus. If he was in this to just make a quick buck off of us, why wouldnt he have it promo-ed or put out a ton of fluff PR's I see a lot of other companies do?
I agree, waiting is a pain and it seems like dead money, but I believe once this things is revealed, you won't be able to get this anywhere near these levels, since I think once the right news is released before the market open, it will gap tremendously. This is just my opinion based on our previous financial releases, if they are anywhere near true once audited. GO BFHJ!!!!!!
Yes. Please see the intro above, it is all over the previous management's press releases and until recently the address was in Managua, Nicaragua on the OTC website.
Stiff...also, did you notice that they changed the address to the Las Vegas address instead of the Nicaragua address? Seems, as you have stated before that we are totally a US company now.
Ok, gotchya on that. I just do a google search once in a while and look for anything that has changed in the past week, that came up as changed in the past couple of days. Well at least it is good to see they are updating things on the OTC website, hopefully means some real updates on the way. I also noticed on the OTC website that they have 17 employees listed, the a/o date is still old, but thought I remembered that being a lower number previously.
It may not mean much, but they did change their email address to the beneficialholdings.net domain http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BFHJ/company-info.
Also, when you do a google search for BFHJ, you will see on Yahoo that they changed the ticker from BFHJ.PK to BFHJ, says it was in the past 2 days, not sure if this is new and has them leaving the pinks or not. I dont see it changed on the OTC website however. Hoping for big news soon with everyone else here. GO BFHJ!!!

Looks like the Tepoz Saga Continues. See below link with an update to the trial. Blue Agave really wants their trademark cancelled.

I just wanted to throw something out there that I found. I was kind of unsure of the term used in the latest PR "in the offing". My first instinct was to think it meant put off, but I kind of thought it might have another meaning and I found the meaning and just figured I would share.
Here is the sentence in question:
"It is further anticipated that, subsequent to such event taking place, it can then proceed forward with its overall business plan, which has been in the offing for the past several months."
Phrase meaning and origin:
http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/in-the-offing.html
So everyone can come to their own conclusions by the meaning of the phrase, since it is perceived by some as they have been doing nothing for 3-4 months, which IMO is not what was meant from the PR. GO BFHJ!!!!
I just found it very odd that they did not PR about the new website launched on 6/25/12 that highlights all the new products they have been talking about in previous PR's. In the short 5 months I have been a stockholder, they PR-ed about everything.
Maybe this is new strategy or just the Summer Siesta. Don't know, but would like to see this run a bit, seems like the WynShield Pro product would be very desirable for most drivers, if it was affordable, real and actually worked of course. Time will tell. GLTA!
Sorry Tolley. I let his baseless drivel get to me, usually I am quiet and can handle it, but got sick of the wild accusations he has made and thinking of new people looking at this board seeing this stuff. I will make sure not to let it get to me again.
Thanks for being a good Mod. Take care. GLTA!!!! GO BFHJ!!!!
Correct and Kent who owns the trademark received the petition after the last PR. Some bashers here claim that the Tepoz Tequila is fake and not real, funny how Kent Global Management would spend real money on a lawyer to defend the trademark that is fake. Oh well, some see the glass as half empty and some see it as half full. I believe this is one of the key pieces that is holding up the website and further PR's. If you remember the PR about Tepoz mentioned how it would be prominate on the BHFJ website, would be silly to publish Tepoz on the site if the trademark is cancelled. It does not appear that Blue Agave has a valid case so, I think by the end of August things will be unleashed. Just my opinion. GO BFHJ!!!!!
Update on the Tepoz trademark litigation. Looks like Blue Agave LLC's current complaint is not valid and they have until August 27, 2012 to file a new one or the case will be thrown out. See below.

Maybe this Paul Weiss? Casino investment council, a bit of a strectch but as good of a guess as anyone else's

Real or fake it did not have an effect on the PPS...gonna close at .0001. If it is real, it does line up with the PR that was released and the .net site that was left open for a short time, which would be a good thing. The best thing to do of course is to wait for official news.
Here is one of the few hits I had on a search for Trico Tiger. They do talk about an exclusive partnership with supplying energy resources to the government. Don't know if this puts things all together or not.

That is true, I found them as being related to him on his my life profile at the below link. They also list two people related to him that are older, which I would suspect are his parents and then his wife at age 57. So, a pretty good chance they are his daughters, I did make a little jump to come to that conclusion, they could be nieces.

To expound on my opinion that whatever this guy touches is successful, I did some searching around and came across his two daughters. Attached are their LinkedIn profiles, they are both ultra successful for their young ages. So, I just think it is in his DNA to be successful IMO. GO BFHJ!!!!!

I agree that he will do everything in his power to make this successful and if any of the prior management's PRs are true, like $3 million for the hotel and $47 million LOC, then he will make it a success.
Ok...well I have only been here for about 3 or 4 months. So, please educate me on who were the previous board members and who hired them? It sounds like from your comments the previous regime was very transparent and told you everything about what was going on, so this should be an easy question to answer.
The only thing any of us know is what was put out in the PR's naming Greg President of BFHJ and that HE would be selecting the board members. AND all the legal websites for this company name GREG as the only officer.
Also, since you love her so, could you please spell her name correctly...it is Carolina not Caroline. Thanks and have a good one.
All you have to do is look here and it shows you who is an active board member and who is historical. Can you please try to read this so we stop with this same nonsense every other day. Thanks.

Yes I had the same issue, took a while to fill my 3 million .0001 order this morning. Then I was going to paint it .0002 3 minutes before 4 and the order was not filled. Very strange, there was 313M on the ask at .0002 and an order for 4500 doesn't go through right away?
And I agree no R/S...would've happened by now if it was going to happen. Financials and a PR will blow this out of the water. Usually R/S's happen when PR's and financials are not enough to raise the PPS, not from lack of. IMO. GO BFHJ!!!!!
3M for me.
I think we all should do whatever the Beer person says. I mean how could they be wrong, their profile pic is of a hot bikini woman. And we all know that hot bikini women are the most savvy investors and are always looking to help others and would never steer them wrong, kind of like Mother Teresa was.
I found some new info on the Tepoz trademark. It appears that Blue Agave LLC trademarked the name Tepozan for a tequila and they are claiming that Kent's trademark for Tepoz would/could damage their name. So Blue Agave found a possible procedural slip up Kent may have had to get the trademark cancelled for Tepoz. Here are two links, the first one is the Tepozan trademark for Blue Agave and the second one is a page with links to the court docs, the second one down explains the issue with the naming they have. So, IMO, this is neither good or bad, just info.

Of course he knows what is going on, but as far as we know he was not there during the first quarter of this year (announced in April 2012). If he would try to submit these financials and not have all the info, it would be irresponsible. Our new guy doesnt seem to be the irresponsible type IMO.
As for lack of news, there has to be a reason for not releasing a PR, could be keeping the PPS where it is and making old management that might have a large amount of shares sell low instead of waiting for big news and profitting. Someone seems hell bent on keeping the PPS where it is since Greg took over.
Or like everyone else has said that is being patient, there is a lot of work to be done and it doesn't happen that quickly in reality. He could just be putting out fluff PR's like other pinks, but is waiting for substantial news to release. Don't know, all speculation and we just have to wait and see.
In the meantime maybe the below link will help.
GLTA

Right, then once the previous management provides the Q1 financials, we will be back at a yield sign. Then moving forward our current management made a promise to keep financials up to date, so hopefully no signs after that. We can't blame current management for financials that they were not responsible to report, can we?
Hey, if you want to go for it, but I feel like we need to give the new management the benefit of the doubt until/if they start reporting financials late consistantly. I haven't been an investor here long, but I went back and looked at the pattern of previous management's financial reporting and this does not surprise me at all.
GLTA
GO BFHJ!!!
Yes, I know how things on this board can become twisted and spun into doom and gloom. I have been a quiet observer of this board since I started investing in this company in early April, a couple of weeks before Greg was announced. Reading these posts can be quite entertaining.
I saw this on the trademark page about a week ago and was hesitant to post it, but figured DD is DD. IMO the Azteca deal is real or there would be major legal action taken against the source, which would be a stupid ploy since the risk would not be worth the reward. And you are correct as I stated in my posts that it doesnt matter what it is called, especially since it hasnt been marketed, distributed or sold yet.
Take care and GLTY and GLTA. GO BFHJ!!!
Just change the name to Beneficial Tequila - The cure for anything that ails you.
Ok, so we agree the worst thing about this would be to have to change the brand name of the tequila, right?
I will go back and re-read the whole thing later tonight. It just really seemed more like a naming issue than a liquor license issue. I believe that is what trademarks are about, naming. Like I said before, not an expert. Thanks.
I am not a trademark expert or anything, but I think this is very common from doing research after seeing this. Basically it looks like the press release made the other company aware that someone else was using this name. I think the worst that can happen is the name of the tequila will be different. This is all IMO.
Lets try the links again....first time inserting links here...

Not sure if any one has posted this prior, but came accross this a week ago....I guess the worst thing this would do is change the name of our tequila.
Look at the status of the trademark on this page.
www.trademarkia.com/tepoz-tequila-85050028.html
Then this is the link to the official filing which is due for an answer from Kent Global Management by 7/9/2012.

Also as far as financials are concerned, quarter one would have been during the previous regime, so they are most likely waiting for them to finish them up and send them over.
They just submitted the ammended Annual Report.
