I found some new info on the Tepoz trademark. It appears that Blue Agave LLC trademarked the name Tepozan for a tequila and they are claiming that Kent's trademark for Tepoz would/could damage their name. So Blue Agave found a possible procedural slip up Kent may have had to get the trademark cancelled for Tepoz. Here are two links, the first one is the Tepozan trademark for Blue Agave and the second one is a page with links to the court docs, the second one down explains the issue with the naming they have. So, IMO, this is neither good or bad, just info.
