True, in fact both billy & lows post have much truth, the problem I have is my timing is way off. Luckily I am in the green accept for my warrants & a few option trades. But here is the kicker....

You are late to the party but, ... No problem! Patent cases are broken into 3 parts before royalties are collected unless the Patent Thief grows a conscience! That will not happen with the G00Gs case. That is a 1000 million dollar question!

The scrGoogle running that operation would rather fight than switch to be doing... do no evil!.

The ZTE case is another issue where they are know to quickly settle once the realize the monetary damages could result in loses that will jeopardize their future earnings. Two other cases settled with no info made public and MSFT & our beloved Vringo have an agreement that is still not completed in the sense of the true $ value.

No earnings here yet and the dollars traded of the large G00Gle case is in the ninth inning, that's the Appellate
Phase with 2 future dates. One in May for Latches & Jury Error and the other in the Fall on Future Damages award Vringo. Those G00Gle suits will have to be dragged to their bank and forced to part from that stolen cash the buried there.

Still undefined as to when the first green & gold domino falls at our feet!

Working midnites sucks! If I hung around and tried to ketch 3.50 I would have been had by the Market Maker, with no shares and even unglier at work for the lack of shut eye!!!
