Correction on Post 558 does not cross property line.
Drilling starts on the new well Monday I have not sold my stock over 300,000 shares. I am asking Randy to drill a slant well meaning a well towards the big producing well 3/4 of a mile away but does cross the property line. I know they will drill a vertical well to check all formations for future drilling. This is a good thought to tap into this pool maybe and give us a producer. IMO
Armada oil will announce new more financing soon. if they can borrow 16 Million some one has confidence in them . Also if they borrow more it is certain. I would like to here about recompleted wells in LA from several months ago. stockholders wont results not talk. Maybe they give operational results soon. I guess everyone has left the building. Time is here to announce date for drilling in Wyoming. I hope they don't rent a worn out drilling Rig.
With the price of oil going to $ 115.00 per barrel by the end of year Armada should benefit from this. The company should be announcing the drilling schedule for Wyoming Well very shortly. This is a wildcat well to log all potential formations that can be productive however I believe if they find oil they will make it a producer. I am not giving up on this company yet. I still believe the company is looking for another oil co to go partners in this well maybe they haven't found one. I am still buying
The Kansas leases Armada has I think will be ok and make money because the repair on small pumps is not that great and the oil being shallow. I expect them to up production in Kansas to 150 barrels of oil by end of year
Is the Kansas producing leases of Armada a good buy. Well I have my doubts. First there are 125 oil wells some shut in some water flood wells so how many wells are producing oil say if 90 wells are producing 80 barrels of oil that's less than 1 barrel day. how many people are required on property to keep all the wells going .
Regarding this well Armada is to drill, I was only going from the Last PR the company posted.
Armada Oil Wyoming Wildcat well. Here are some thoughts on the well in Wyoming Armada will drill starting maybe before end of June. Armada is drilling only 3/4 miles away across property line from this well did the other company drill parallel to the property line or back off about 5,000 feet and drill toward our property line to see if production extended to the property line. I think the latter and remember these are horizontal lateral lines about 4,000 feet long I think Armada will do the same thing back off from our line 5,000 feet and drill straight toward the producing well that came in at 1,000 Barrels per day. So if there is production at end of their lateral line we could be less than 300 feet from production now this is underground mind you and not 3/4 of a mile away on surface this is why Armada is so upbeat about this well and me also. If the well comes in pretty good then the next well or two this stock will hit 3 dollars or more before end of year. There is no 100 percent but I rate it at 80 or 90 percent IMO I am still buying holding on.
I bought 20000 shares armada yesterday, 10000 SHARES TODAY AND TRYING TO BUY TODAY 20000 AT 0.168 I EITHER MAKE IT OR GET KILLED I BELIEVE IT A GOOD GAMBLE I HAVE ALMOST 300,000 SHARES NOT SELLING HERE
Armada should soon announce drilling date for Wyoming well it would be good if they hit a good well. next week is June they said might drill starting latter part of June and remember if they hit this well they could hit 50 more wells without a dry hole. Bought 20,000 shares yesterday and 20,000 shares today.
I bought 27,000 shares last week of Armada Oil. I will try buying more until I get 300,000 shares not Gona miss this opportunity
armada oil will be testing its future when the first well is drilled in Wyoming, I tell you I will try to buy 40,000 Shares today I bought 7,000 shares on Tuesday tried to get 10000 shares. Yes I hound this company for mistakes all the time and mistakes were made. However remember A producing well is producing oil only about 6 or 7 blocks away from their first test well and this is important if there are no dry holes between these wells that's a wonderful sign that Armada oil will get their first big producer there not a 100 percent sure thing. However the Niobrara is a choppy formation in some areas. they should drill as far south east on their property as possible towards the sweet spot in Colorado and Kansas. they hold near 10,000 Acres and could get more if they hit oil loans would be easier to get. I am still buying at 0.171 or lower if can so none of you buy today so I can get mine. When everything looks Bad I buy. If they hit all of us will be sitting pretty. IMO
It is very strange Armada has not mentioned their Oklahoma Holdings in some of last PR. They could have saved more than half million dollars if they had only leased 1500 Acres instead of 3500 acres in Oklahoma no brains.
Looks like Armada Titanic is sinking run to deck if they do not hit in Wyoming. No wonder They don't know nothing, they don't say nothing and they don't do nothing.
Japan has come out with fuel cell using cotton that could replace lithium in some cases saw it in news yesterday
Just because we bought the Kansas Producing property does not mean we get the revenue off of it starting March 1,2014 May get it the day the deal was signed
I got this information from post 498 I did not check it out, I was assuming post 498 knew what he was talking about.
Will the departing executive of Armada try to take the Company back with him holding 38% of Armada stock.
The departure of Mr.Cerna from Armada may give us a break and a rise in stock price of Armada. I think maybe with him holding 38% of the stock he and his friends only have to buy another 13% of Armada to take back over the company and this could lead to a fight over the additional shares and a proxy war. The company would have to buy shares in the market to hold on to their jobs and the company. I have felt there was turmoil in the front office for some time. This confirms my thinking. So if you see a moderate increase in Volume daily or weekly look out. IMO
I agree with post 496 and Armada should never have hired the two company employees from Lucas Energy which went broke and had to do what Armada is doing now. Producing oil is a tough business and you have to pick the best gamble or plan at hand that holds the most promise for finding more oil. had Armada studied the Garfield and Major counties of Oklahoma oil wells completed and dry holes they would or should have realized this is a lousy fishing trip and was a hit and miss operation I would never paid that kind of lease money just wait until enough drilling is done and enough dry holes and you could get leases at a fire sale. I will vote all my shares with yours against excessive salaries and stock options that are certainly not warranted at this point in time. When a company extends its credit to the limits it has to produce oil or gas or it is gone.IMO
I cam remember when I was telling everyone that Armada Management was not wise and I was hounded by everyone on the board. Truth is when they leased in ML lime in Oklahoma Randy said these wells would make about 300,000 Thousand barrels of Oil over the life time of these wells, well he was talking about the Wells in the Sweet spot of the ML in Oklahoma which was 35 to 40 miles away they were hitting oil every time they drilled in it. Randy was trying to get the stock of Armada up. the same thing is happening in Wyoming I have all the maps. They can double production in Kansas but other wells are pulling oil from the same formation to. I hope they hit in Wyoming big or this will be a long road.
The Kansas property may not be a bad thing for Armada as they may quickly ramp up production at shallow depth on work over wells.5 times faster than in LA so I think it will work out for them. also I see in this PR Armada is trying to borrow more money and that is ok if production increases in LA and Kansas quickly.IMO
I am still buying Armada stock I don't know why, just my gut feeling. At rock bottom prices how can we go wrong unless the whole market goes.
Well looks like Armada will go by the way of all other small oil producers unless they hit a good well in Wyoming. The ML lime in Oklahoma well you can forget that. I have posted here many times about the management of Armada. If they were smart they would have bought out depleted oil leases in East Texas 3 years ago and went in and done horizontal fracking the companies doing that are making a killing. when they put up their production for money to drill new locations they had better find new production or they are gone. Randy had better not drill in the ML Lime anymore in Oklahoma cause they will loose.IMO
Armada oil buyout of 1,040 acres in eastern Kansas the jury is still out. like how many wells are producing the 80 barrels of oil per day some wells in county produce oil and gas. as of 2013 there were 3365 wells that produced 48,463,389 barrels of oil in Woodson County. You may put a lots of vertical wells on 1,040 acres but not horizontal wells, maybe they do work over on some shut down wells to increase production like in LA if the deal goes through they announce it after 3rd of April. IMO
If the land is in NW Kansas it could be in the Niobrara formation as in Wyoming I will look at the report I have the oil Maps. Go Armada
Armada oil should have a PR out soon as it takes time to line up a good drilling rig to drill 12,000 feet in LA, and 10,000 feet in Oklahoma if they decide to go for the deep play and also Wyoming. while I am waiting on that am making money on LEXG Made 2500 dollars since last Friday.IMO
Armada has told us something in the last PR we may have overlooked and that is their salt water disposal well. it will save them 60,000 dollars to 80,000 dollars per month. well that's almost 1 million dollars per year on the high side which means more profit for Armada. IMO
I think we get a PR before April 1, 2014 Armada would like to announce something good on all fronts, buying out another company, completions of wells in LA date of starting drilling well in ML in Oklahoma and well in Wyoming. This will be a bang for us who have waited so long. IMO
In the Armada Mesa oil merger don't forget that someone was given a option to purchase this stock 800,000 thousand shares at 0.75 cents. At that time the companies figured that was the value also remember Armada has 56 staked locations to drill in LA for new wells. I am of the opinion that all their land in LA is proven drilling locations that will produce either oil Gas or both. Remember Armada has never drilled a new location in LA so it will be interesting to see what they come us with. The 2 new recompletions will be tested soon and also 3 other recompletions or new wells they are starting on this month should put them at 800 barrels oil per day more or less will be positive. IMO
Armada Oil should hit 0.32 Cents a share within 60 days.
I believe Armada stock will rise in the next 60 days to about $.032 because they could complete 3 to 4 wells and bring on stream these wells in that time. They are going all out this year and with this cash they may do just that. So hang on things will get better.IMO
The company Armada did not say in their PR that this increased production was over a 24 hour period so they could not tell you what each well was producing likely was producing water with the oil so they could not likely tell you until they run a 24 hour test was done also the state likely made them drill the disposal well much deeper because this water would likely get into the same strata or formation they are producing from. I am 85 years old live in Ft Worth and been around the oil business this is my take on it. IMO
Looks like Armada had to get the water disposal well drilled before they could test the two wells fully production capacity. This makes sense to me. also they going to buy out or lease other property sounds pretty good so far.IMO
I am not saying that Armada will not make it in the Oil & gas business what I am saying is in the past they have reported recompletions in LA no matter what they are. heck Armada may buy some land in the Bakken or the Petroplex who knows or they might hit a gusher in Wyoming. The future is not known but the fact a good well will make Armada stock price run up. I am not selling here I still buy the stock as u said it may take them a little longer to grow like they should but my patience grows thin.it is a better gamble than Las Vegas remember Armada has all equipment on the ground paid for pipes tanks ect to complete a horizontal well in Oklahoma.IMO
Armada oil is not top Management in fact I rate them a C because they have shown bad decisions, like going to NY state and buying 28 shallow gas wells and a 28 mile gas pipe line. NY state is the last place on earth I would go and try to conduct oil and gas operations, second they rushed up to Oklahoma rather quickly to try to complete a horizontal well in the ML lime which backfired on them because they were miles away from the sweet spot. Also the Niobrara shale is not a sure thing they are miles away from the sweet spot in extreme south eastern Wyoming and the eastern part of Colorado I have reviewed the Map many times. They recompleted 2 wells in LA in December and never did put a PR out on them maybe they were bad looks like it. it has been 8 months and no news on drilling, companies like this sometimes go broke. I hope Anadarko Geologists review the spot that Armada Oil is going to drill their first well in Wyoming to get their view. I am heavy invested in this stock maybe their luck will change.IMO
The best thing Armada oil can do now is wait for better weather except in LA where they should working fast on increasing oil & gas production. In Wyoming county New York Norse Energy suit against the state of New York in federal court to allow Oil companies to do fracking in the state of New York should come to trial before July 1, 2014. However Armada does vertical fracking on shallow wells from 900 ft. to 2700 ft. New York may not allow this because of the water table. I don't know. however Armada could increase their gas production several times if it is allowed and their property is well inside the Utica Shale for further deep gas wells.IMO
Armada oil has not yet reported the results on the 2 recompleted wells they are working on in LA. It may be 30 days before they can use the money they have been loaned. Natural gas prices are up to $ 5.09 and that is good. Armada will be very busy this spring. They will be drilling on all fronts. also look out for HR 2847 which goes into effect July 1, 2014 which the government will not guarantee your money in the bank if the FDIC runs out of money in case of a National emergency. I will put some money in Canadian dollars. also a Guru on Oil said oil could go to $ 500 dollars in 5 years. I am just like you waiting on the next PR and hope the company gets off its blessed assurance and starts to do something.
Armada oil has I believe 2 people working for them in the upper branch that have previously worked for Lucas oil Co in south Texas. Well Lucas Oil went busted. At least they went downhill and someone else bailed them out does this sound familiar. Armada has 7 new wells to be drilled in Lake Hermitage field and this could bring our production up to 1,000 barrels or more never know when some of these wells may be good wells producing Oil and Gas. I have not sold any of my stock I bought some more yesterday and will buy more tomorrow at .15 or less if it goes there. I just hope Armada oil left a back door open in their contract with the lenders.IMO
Armada oil has been slow to respond to recompleted wells I believe as some of you that anybody who will put up 17.5 million dollars on this stock is not going to let this company go under and may eventually take the company over. A good well in Wyoming or ML or the deeper play in Oklahoma would send this stock upward quickly. A rumor has it that someone maybe Devon energy has a well in Garfield county making 1,000 Barrels per day. This is only a rumor. There is a new shale discovery in west Texas they say holds 100 billion barrels of oil 5 times that in North Dakota starting around Sweetwater NE making a circle south of Amarillo shaped like a tear and back to around Sweetwater or near and one company is already producing from it. This area is called the Petroplex. IMO
