My testimonial to Medical Marijuana and thoughts on RFMK
Please do your own due diligence, as my opinion is just that, opinion. I'm not going to present any numbers, because I am investing in pure gut-instinct potential.
Have heard tale that MMJ dispensaries average about a million in revenue each. My understanding is that RFMK is alleging that it wishes to have its medical-grade-quality MJ e-cig distributed and for sale in every single dispensary in California. It also has been alleged that, when and if it becomes possible, it may be seeking interstate and international sales.
My understanding is that MMJ is legal within 16 states and the District of Columbia. My understanding is that that list is due to continue to grow as the states of Washington and New Jersey are in the process of passing legislation to legalize medical marijuana. My opinion is that in the future, more states will legalize MMJ, as public opinion of the subject continues to sway across the country.

My personal experience makes me a firm believer in MMJ. About twenty years ago I was involved in an accident in which, in a highway-through-downtown setting, in a construction area, a vehicle was just out of site over a "hill" and turn in the road, and was parked sideways on the highway, with one bumper touching, or close to, the concrete barriers lining the stripe of the side of the highway, and the other bumper occupying about the middle of the next, and only other available, lane, which was also lined with concrete barriers at the stripe. A truck, which I was following, traveling in the direction of the blocking car, in the left-lane, slammed on his brakes as the blocking car came into its view. A vehicle with four wheels can slow down more quickly than a motorcycle's two wheels can, and I, being on a motorcycle, had to switch to the right lane. The truck eventually hit the blocking car - before it did, I was able to avoid the blocking car and pass through the closing gap between the two vehicles. Unfortunately, my knee came in contact with one of the vehicles, which caused me to be removed from my motorcycle, and thrown to the concrete to slide to a stop.
My knee was pulverized. Was, for the knee, and other injuries, in the hospital for nearly a month, then three months in bed at home, getting up as little as possible, three or four more months on crutches, and at least a year using a cane afterward, and carrying three screws in my knee for several years.
The injury to the knee was the absolute most excruciating pain I have ever experienced. I'm saying this even after having had a kidney stone in the past.
I was given prescriptions for highly addictive pain killers. I could take one, and about 30 minutes later I'd feel some relief for the excruciating pain.
Some friends came over to visit, and one insisted I smoke MJ to relieve the pain. Frankly I didn't believe him, and was very nervous at the thought of something that was illegal. He finally convinced me to try it, as I'd known he'd had multiple broken bones in the past, and he was claiming it was very effective at managing the pain he experienced. One puff, and within a few minutes I felt a greater relief from the pain than I had been experiencing with the prescription narcotics, which would take about half an hour to do anything.
Frankly, I felt marijuana was an absolute God-send. I felt in awe at how well it worked to relieve the pain, and how quickly, and with what a low dosage, it did this. The narcotic medicines I was prescribed, I had to take another prescription with them to alleviate the nauseousness of taking the narcotics. The narcotics were making me sick. MJ did not.
That experience has made me an unwavering believer in using marijuana for pain management.
While the narcotics were highly addictive, the MJ wasn't at all. Nor can MJ destroy a liver the way narcotics can.
Thus, my reasons for valuing this product may be somewhat biased, as I have had an experience that demonstrated to me the true efficacy of medical marijuana. Others may not have had such an experience, and thus simply do not realize the true benefit of this plant for medicinal purposes.
As an aside, once on a visit to an orthopedic surgeon regarding the damaged knee, I spoke to him regarding the use of MJ and how it was treating the pain much more effectively than narcotics could. He said, "That's great! It's very good for bone pain. Keep using it."
My opinion is, with MJ being such an effective pain management technique that is, I believe, a million times less toxic than narcotics, it is simply a matter of time until all civilized societies come to accept it as an effective method for pain management.
Regarding the claims by others that it can work to help cure cancer, I have no idea, but the evidence appears to be growing that it indeed helps in some way.
Tying this back to the CannaCig product - I imagine myself twenty years ago, how much more efficient and "public-friendly" using an electronic cigarette form of the marijuana would have been, rather than have to light an MJ-cigarette, take a single puff to get a dose that would last for hours, put the MJ-cigarette out, and then keep up with the very smelly thing without turning heads. A product like the CannaCig would be so useful in keeping pain treatment inconspicuous and private.
Would I have opted for an electronic version of an MJ cigarette to manage my excruciating, years-long, debilitating knee pain, if it provided the same relief of pain? Yes, ten out of ten times.
Would I today? Absolutely.
With regard to a valuation for this company, please crunch your own numbers.
The statements presented here are my opinion or come from what is alleged by others. My testimony regarding the accident, injury, and efficacy of MJ for pain management is based on my personal experience.
