Awesome show, I am waiting for the season premiere of "The Newsroom"
I have been here for a bit and own some shares, not in to the millions that other own. I have done the DD, but I am unable to read the signs that a buyout is coming. Can someone please point me to these signs that say that?
And if it is not plainly clear that buyout is happening, doesn't that kind of give these a feel of a pump-n-dump?
I have been following this board very closely the last couple of weeks. Even did my DD and put some money into it. This post here is full of good information and DD. Why has this not been made a sticky instead of you having to repost it time and time again?

I guess I owe the Sprint users an apology. My little slight was meant as a complete joke and was not meant to insult anyone or their choice in cellphone carriers. I am sorry.
No one has Sprint, they are #4 behind ATT, Verizon, and T-Mobile, the little cell phone that can't be bought.
I am sorry but I think I broke rib laughing at that one.
To keep with the board, when does anyone think they are going to release the next quarter?
I understood what you are saying, but you also missed my point from the earlier post. That the CEO for both companies are the same person. So to add a little humor I made the joke about being a conflict of intrest.
I got what you were saying in your post, and the only reason there would be a lawsuit would be a breach of some sort of contract signed, however that suit could be offset if the other party was somehow hoodwinked into signning such an agreement.
Alas, none of us are in that boardroom or in their contract negotitions.
so you are just trying to help make my point. It makes no sense to talk about STEP suing CTCC or vice versa, when they are the same person. Thanks
Percepition, look at the message board as soon as the news came out. I don't think I am the only one who sees it that way. Without STEP, CTCC is wortless. The air has been taken out of the room by the release of this.
Pretty much by doing this he is calling CTCC a sinking ship, which is the public traded company, while trying to still take STEP public. Which I am assuming the purpose of aquiring CTCC was to eventually take STEP public.
ok, so now I am confused if he is the CEO of both how can he refuse to buy/sell one or the other, to the other?
I am confused is Don the CEO of CTCC or is he the CEO of STEP, or is he the CEO of both?
According to the 8K he is the CEO of CTCC, but all of his emails and what not kinda shows him as the CEO of STEP too.
According to everything I have read the CEO of STEP is the same as the CEO of CTCC. So is he going to sue himself? Sounds like a conflict of intrest to me.
Need a little help with understanding. An 8K was filed making Don the CEO of CTCC, he also happens to be the CEO of STEP, this was done back in December of 2011. How does this news make sense? He is the CEO of both companies.
you maybe right but as I understand it Mr MacIntyre is the CEO of STEP, aling with all of his patents, and according to the 8-K MacIntyre is also the CEO of CTCC. SO, I ask how can a person be CEO of two companies and claim to have no intrest in one obtaining the other?

well, that pretty much makes this stock worthless. Hopefully I can just make my money back now.
I think eTrade is open for business on this one now. My order also just went through with no issues
I just got off the phone with Etrade, and they said it is not showing halted but the system is still rejecting trades even for anyone who phones in an order. They are working on fixing the issue, I set an alert for me for any activity on the stock, so I know when to put in my order.
It is probably better that way, instead of the constant whining going back and forth, like it was earlier.
I am not so sure about your assessment of PSPF. Mid-Feb the board was very active with new people arriving daily, this was for about a week after the BoA 13-G filing happened, then suddenly it went quiet as the stock price dropped. After that the only ones who visited was myself, cccashfactory, alexsal, and Blargen. Then for some reason without any promotion or news, last Wednesday the price started moving north again, and except for the slight on Friday, so if this is being driven by message boards then why was it quiet for over a month?
I have been looking into this stuff, and came upon a company that use to be around called, called Purchase Point Media Corp. Either they reversed merged with PSPF, or were once PSPF, not really sure which way this breaks. Anyways that was around '99 all the way to about '07. When Power Purchased went under but PSPF stayed active, until the filing of the 8-K in October of 2010. Then nothing again until BAC filing the 13-G on 14 Feb 2012 for stocks either purchased or given to them from December. Not sure what any of these means, but it does seem strange to keep a stock trading on a company for nearly 2 years that has no product.

Wow, really extensive and educational, thanks.
PSPF This one worries me a bit because the last time I made this call it went in the reverse direction, but something is brewing here.
Just some DD, courtsey of someone else.

PSPF not sure why but BAC purchased almost 6% of the company on Feb 14, price stayed stagnant for days and then blew up the last two days. Possible reverse merger maybe in the works, but for who or what. Here is the link to the 13G filing by BAC.

Hope so, been taking a beating all week.
no volume, price just hanging around. Need news are this is going to be as good as it gets.
Scheduled 13G? When and what does that mean?
so we are back to square one after dropping yesterday. Eh, better then being red.
I realize that my last post could be seen as a rumor, however that was not intended to be a rumor but more wishful thinking, and a joke. Sorry if I confused anyone that was not the intent.
Got nowhere else to go with this. However it will be really funny if this ends up being reverse merged into facebook.
you two aren't the only ones here, I just can't acss inveorshub at work, stupid government computers
Nice rally today, a 0% gain is better than an 11% lost.
why does the article in the link say it is date 11/17/2011?
People are hear they are just in shock as to what has happened. I can tell you there is absolute 0 volume going right now
I got a few shares and I think this might start to rise
I wouldn't call it dead, it should bounce back tomorrow.
Ok, just really curious how the price moved over the weekend.
I understand that. I am just trying to, like a lot us, understand why the ask price jumped 12500% over the weekend, is it a typo or is that a real ask price. And if it is a real ask price I will sell some but keep a good portion for the long haul.
I am not saying it won't go high, I just can't seem to find a reason for such a huge jump, in such a short time.
