Has this site gone dead?
It looks like the Highest mission here is to generously fill selected pockets.
Beyond all the talk on Chapters 7s and 11s and all the financial blabber and recriminations, the fact remains that the higher mission of Medizone, namely to bring the promise of medical ozone therapies to the aid of humankind, has been a crashing FAILURE!
Agreed, blaming is not the point, nor is it helpful. But clarifying responsibily is, because legacy is established possibly preventing repeat scenarios in the future, namely other investors getting shafted.
Strange that investors continue to be interested in Medizone developments, not so much to learn if their hard-earned monies have been lost for good (which is quasi-certain), but to see how the story unfolds, and especially if any corporate misdeeds will eventually be met with justice.
From the investor calls received here, what you say is now a given, but most are on the fence regarding Dr Shannon, and they are seeking more information.
There is a budding awareness -hopefully leading to "fruition," in this case an enlightened legal judgment (using a perennial botanic metaphor of the old administration) - that most all here have been scammed royally. That is not a pleasant feeling.
Marakis, our Group supports you and Zeppo on this!
Hardly anyone wants to throw good money after bad!
Any thoughts on sending a communal investors' letter to the Trustee?
You resonate with most investors I know, Thanks
USPTO patent # 6,073,627, “Apparatus for the application of ozone/oxygen for the treatment of external pathogenic conditions.”
That patent indeed would have big value today especially with the ballooning increase in diabetes-related skin disorders, and yes, it is coming to the end of its useful life.
Medizone management refused to pay the USPTO maintenance fees on it
Jackcross, you're in synch with many shareholders!
With a few thousand bucks someone could buy all the MZEI shares and be in control. Then they can hire to old guard to try their luck again for another 20 years.
You're using a shotgun approach. You know specifically who is to blame
Any judge with a modicum of saviness will see right away that the ex-governance is acting most unethically.
Unfortunate that Dr Shannon is being dragged down by this.
The question is: Will the shareholders get it together to work out a plan of action that is cohesive, unified and focused?
Don't underestimate, as one of the prongs of such a plan, contacting the SEC en masse
The previous governance sabotaged the company for eventual personal gain.
What will shareholders do?
It seems logical that if we All filled that SEC form, in unison, the impact would be substantial.
The text of the complaints would contain, among other items, a description of how the Marshalls, engineered the downfall of the company for personal gain.
Suggested is that one of us who has demonstrated laudable expertise - suggested is Elis - write a sort of SEC-friendly template for us all to follow in filling the form
The old administration's abysmally bad faith, their greed, their subterfuge and their mockery for investors should not be passively swallowed.
Revenge will not get you to Heaven.
Second that!
There is a pulse and we are breathing!
Maybe Innovasource, with its contacts, can convince the FDA that AS is actually a Class 1 apparatus since there is nil contact with patients.
Some people get strange pleasure from self-destruction, even if it's their own. Thanatos as Freud wrote of it.
The old governance probably never expected how large of a group of cohesive, legal-savvy, (fleeced) investors they were/are/ dealing with
Hopefully that will come out in due time and in timely time.
The old management that had two decades to make Medizone happen
It appears now that the fate of Medizone will be sealed by the sound of a gavel. The buzz is that some are working on leads for fraud, and bribery. Gig gamble, they could lose everything!
What are thoughts out there on the degree of self-destructiveness the previous governance is showing in its latest gambit?
Has it now come to a showdown between the ex-governance E.J.M's and the shareholders?
Some responsibility, albeit all relative, goes to the FDA.
Essentially, by its cryptic and obtuse communications, its massive delays and its bureaucratic quagmires, destroyed a nascent company whose essence, not its governance, was honest.
In so doing, the FDA went counter to current American economic welfare, and most importantly to the health and welfare of all people faced with new, potentially deadly viral and bacterial pathogens.
In short, it failed the American public.
I haven't seen so much raw anger from so many people in a long time.
What does this have to do with ozone science, ozone medical applications, or Medizone??
Yes, there seems to be some incoming dirt out there having to do with previous governance. This batch of dirt centers on bribery.
Who are the attorneys?
The plaintiffs are taking a Big chance in their action, lots of possibility for backfires.
The upcoming conflicts at Medizone can't be good for anybody's heart health.
All patents should be under Medizone's name
Yes, that is feasible.
Many companies that declare bankruptcy or near bankruptcy can somehow bounce back inexplicably. My first experience with this was Rolls Royce in 1971. The stock went down to pennies and those who bought then made a fortune.
Incoming puzzle-questions from shareholders regarding the previous administration:
Is it sheer goofball incompetence, or malevolence/greed?
Or both?
