Regarding:
I don't think that will happen for a while yet. As I've said, they usually file reports in September but I have no idea, since the post Rosenberg management took over, what to expect. There's been no news from the company since last March.
Their last filing was on 9/15/2022 for the fiscal year ending 4/30/2022. We're now awaiting the financials for the year ending 4/30/2023. If they follow their normal pattern we should see the filing some time during September, 17 months after their previous fiscal year end but only roughly five months since their last fiscal year end and only two months past due.
A better way to look at it is that, if they report in September as expected, their annual report will be 12 months after their last annual report but consistently two months late.
LOL Yes, you can make that shit up. In any event, even if true, I guess that oligarch must have been pretty gullible. However, where's the crime? Hunter didn't work for the government.
Meaningless charges????
1. Taking highly classified government documents home and storing them in your bathroom is against the law. Ordinary citizens, which is what Trump currently is, are sentenced to prison for keeping even less sensitive classified information and taking it home...

The normal deadline for filing their annual 10-K financials would be this Monday, July 31 with an extension available until August 15. However, I'm not sure if these deadlines apply under their new crowdfunding rules or whether there are any consequences to late filing. In previous years they usually filed late and we didn't see an annual report until mid September.
Unusually high volume the past few days.
Try TD Ameritrade. I don't know whether they changed their policy recently but I did transfer several penny stocks a couple years ago.
No news as far as I know. There hasn't been a PR since 3/21/23.
I agree that some people's preference for uncommon pronouns borders on silliness but I don't see it as an issue that justifies legislation. On the other hand, the Michigan bill serves a legitimate purpose in regulating hate speech that could be interpreted as threatening physical harm to someone. Right wing media has distorted and sensationalized the bill and its original intent...
Michigan residents face five years in prison and a $10,000 fine for using wrong pronouns
When I went to college I had a low interest federal government subsidized loan and state scholarship that paid most of the expense. Post WW II, the government heavily subsidized higher education through the GI bill, the National Defense Student Loan Program and other federal and state subsidies. Then, Republicans let these programs die in the 1970's and preached the virtues of letting private financial institutions fund student loans for those who couldn't afford a college education. After all, private financial institutions would do a better job than the government, right? As college cost grew and tuitions became less and less affordable, the GOP has made it virtually impossible to eliminate student debt in bankruptcy and now the extremist right wing Supreme Court has tanked Biden's student debt relief plan...

There is nothing illegal contained in that document. It's a discussion of potential contract terms. So what?
Kushner got a $2 billion sweetheart loan from Saudi Arabia that was considered too risky by Saudi financial regulators. You don't think he was, at the very least, peddling his connections to Trump and at worst pedding something illegal.
If you're looking for corruption, follow the money and the precedents...
I think that the last bullet under "spam" could use further clarification. A post directing someone to another site for further clarification of a discussion point relevant to the issue being discussed should be allowed. "Relevance to the discussion" as well as how often a referral is repeated should be the determining factors of whether a referral is allowed.
Otherwise, I think the new rules are a good improvement.
SMHLMAO - Their way of "owning MAGA". Guess you can dish it out but can't take it!
Regarding Hunter Biden claiming his father was in the room during a business call...
You've got a big nothingburger...
1.) There's no proof Hunter wasn't lying. You're talking about a guy with a known drug problem. Moreover, even if Joe Biden was literally in the room, he may not have heard what Hunter was saying or been involved (e.g. I'm often in the room when my wife makes a call but I have no idea what she's talking about nor am I listening). Nothing here proves that Joe Biden was involved in Hunter's business dealings.
2.) Biden wasn't vice president anymore when the call was made. The other party wouldn't have known that Joe Biden's support was worth anything anymore.
3.) Influence peddling alone is not a crime in the US. It's done all the time in business. (e.g. My company is partnered with MicroSoft).
So your whistleblowers, who worked in Trump's IRS, complained that David Weiss, the Trump appointed US attorney who oversaw the Hunter probe and has testified to Congress that he had complete authority to bring charges against Hunter and was never asked to not do so, didn't bring felony charges. Instead he charged Biden with misdemeanors, charges that most legal experts agree were appropriate and perhaps exceeded guidelines for similar cases. Gee, such obvious corruption
Despite all the fake outrage about the "Biden crime family", a prosecutor, appointed by Bill Barr during Trump's Ukrainian military aid bribery scandal, which earned him his first of two impeachments, got no more than a plea agreement on a minor tax evasion charge.
Regarding your claim...
Your article doesn't prove anything. Note what it says at the beginning...
The key to the conclusion drawn is in the following phrase...
In other words, the CDC definition...
May not be useful. Perhaps people need more than one dose of vaccine to get best results. Perhaps some other variable like the amount of elapsed time since the dose was received affected the results. This study is meaningless until it is peer reviewed and the proper conclusions can be drawn.
Trump is not charged with taking classified documents, even though he could have been charged for violating the PRA. He's charged with not returning them when he was subpoenaed. The documents listed in the indictment weren't returned after Trump got the subpoena. Biden and Pence were never subpoenaed. They returned their documents as soon as they were discovered and cooperated with authorities to search for any additional docs.
Based on the venue that the prosecution selected in their filing, there was a 25% chance she would be selected. I think she'll prove to be so incompetent or biased that she'll be pulled off of the case. The worst case would be if she manages to delay things past November 2024. If that happens, hopefully, the Georgia case or January 6 will come to trial in time for the election.
