From a section of a PPHM SEC filing in which resignation was the topic.
"Mr. Masten shall have up to two years from the date of termination to exercise any vested and outstanding stock options, not to exceed the original expiration date of the option agreement."
So any options that were vested(meaning you have met the time criteria to own them) are his for 2 years, anything that was not vested should be gone.

I believe I read that for PPHMP to be tradable on the Nasdaq that there had to be at least 200 owners of round lots(100 shares).
MG
Maybe they dribbled the first offering out just to get the preferred shares listed. Once the listing requirements are met, they can do whatever they want with the rest of the offering. I couldn't find the post that listed the requirements, but it seemed there had to be xxx number of shares and more importantly xxx number of shareholders. If we just sold them to a partner, there would only be 1 shareholder, so it makes sense that they have to meet the listing requirements before they can announce a partner.
Ready to be lifted off my feet, instead of knocked off them,

Peregrine finally releases what very much appears to be good news, and that is all you can say is that it looks like it will be a good short?
Did I miss the post where you sold out your position and are now yourself short, or has that always been the case?
MG
TA wise, does a hammer on the weekly mean anything?
Ahh, I was just confused, because the simple(not level2) ask was 1.31...
Did you mean 1.29?
But in this case it would be like saying we plan to win the Super Bowl , but either way we plan to be IN the Super Bowl! Not sitting in the bleachers.
MG
I think it was the Wookster.
Simply because he is currently LONG and is in pump mode. It is his new flavor of the week.
MG
Couple of form 4's for Fussey and King. Could be more, but at least they are buying them albeit at a discount, and they aren't just turning them for a profit.
MG
Don't forget, if the company is bought out and they are not left as top dogs, ALL stock options immediately vest.
We can only hope they get very rich, very soon.
I am starting to get a little too excited again!!!

Maybe you can educate me about gaps, if one opens, then it probably will close, right?
Well it looks like the gap UP on Jan 7 was from a close of 1.35 to 1.70, so we would need to gap down to 1.35 to close....sounds reasonable, BUT....Sept. 27 there was a gap DOWN from 1.66 to 1.31. Wouldn't the GAP have opened on the 27th and closed on the 7th? So that means we need to look back at the chart for the prior gap which was Sept 24 5.89 Down to .83. So shouldn't you be posting how we need to fill this gap by going back to 5.89, since the more recent gaps have been filled.
Nyk1 please explain where I am wrong.

Just tried to find the Kaplan Curve post and couldn't find it with so many posts today!
If the mixup happened at the point of highest enrollment and 4-5 months into treatment then as far as the placebo arm, would have been too little too late, and as far as the 1mg arm, would not have made that much difference. So even if it were only one dose mixup, both the 0mg and 1mg would have been messed up. Good call by PPHM to combine the 2 arms as the combined MOS still should look poor compared to the 3mg arm.
Thoughts?
MG
Gaps? Looks like we closed the gap from Sept 27, now if we can just nail down the big one.
MG
Jinks,
I believe you are asking a question that none of us here are qualified to answer. Filings don't tell the exact price paid or the price liquidated at. For all we know, he may have booked a profit on every single share he has bought. If you would like to ask this question, perhaps you should contact Jay Venkatesan personally and ask him to show you all records relating to his purchases in PPHM. While you have him on the horn, could you find out what else he is about to invest in, as a few of us here may be interested. Not sure, but this may be his phone # 415--874--4800.
Get back to us when you find out.

From IR
Thorpe spoke but Shan did not.

Cotara, why anyone can see this as bad news, I don't get it!
No, peregrine defaulted on the loan, and they were able to demand payment, easy money on their part. But the best news I've heard all day is the loan is gone, no more debt, nada. That means the bankruptcy concern is outta here as well. I had actually emailed asking them to use ATM funds if needed, but get rid of the loan.
Not only that, I think she would say it is abundantly clear that it will ultimately fail. Which of course is why we think she could be dew's sister, or he is a cross dresser.
May be too late to back out now..... Seem to remember alandial trying the same thing with Motley, didn't work out, but hopefully this time will be different.
MG
and we are green again!!!!!!!
MG
and moving
I can't tell if your saying buy all you can or short all you can. Give us a link to the MOS news if you can.
MG
I think I can finally take off my "rose colored glasses" and change to some sun shades, that "blue sky" is looking mighty bright.
HOD 3.15 and climbing!!!!
MG
I'll take 13.00 as it is my lucky #.
The best thing about the loan is Peregrine said they would get it done, and now they have. First of MANY promises to be fulfilled, bring it on!!!!
MG
The cut off arm really makes sense, I had been wondering how they would use it as an imaging agent for current and drugs in trials as is. With the therapeutic qualities of intact bavi, how would you know if the new drug or bavi is making the difference. And the more you use it, the more skewed the trial would get.
MG
In addition to that, selling short on the way down, basically adds artificial shares to the market, so if there aren't enough buyers for the normal trading as well as the newly shorted shares, the price will drift lower. The same thing that happens if a large shareholder decides to dump the whole lot at once, the price will most likely go down. Inversely a new large holding being established can cause a sharp rise in share price.
MG
Jq, what should they have used as the primary end point?
MG
Edgar is the site for SEC filings, just google Edgar pphm filings, and you will see.

Yesterday srpt presented at wedbush and is now up over 25%. Been a great run so far for PPHM, hope this helps catapult us to the next level.
MG
Either I need to take some stupid pills, or could somebody translate what ol swampy is saying. If there ever was a post to be deleted, I say that might be it.
MG
I see my error at the bottom in line 4, it is the total of 5,610,236 shares, too bad!
MG
I keep going back to the 13G filing by Ayer, and I am a bit confused. Are there 5 different forms being listed, 3 with 5,610,236 shares each and 2 with 5,233,438 each, for a total of 27,397,584. I have not read very many 13G's so if anyone can clarify this I would appreciate it. I am sure what it means is that all total Ayer "everybody" has a total of 5,610,236 shares, but it is still confusing. I realize the other would just be wishfull thinking, luckily none of that is going on.
MG
noticed clay traders first resistance was at 2.27, nailed it!
Looks like last time compliance came on a Friday, and the PR of the letter came out the next Tuesday. So it shouldn't be long.
Got a transfer in the works, hope it gets done before then, I NEED more shares!!! (or should that be ???)
MG
Forgot to add:
1. $2.00 - 100%
2. $5.00 - 100%
3. $10.00- 75%
4. $20.00 - 20%
5. whats the figure 127.?? or something like that, all I can say is bring it on.
Keep buying a little thinking I will flip it in a few days and try to rebuy lower, but doubt I will be able to bring myself to sell.
Mg
Close of 1.28, can't really complain about that. Another day above 1.00 is good. Lots of new shareholders should have joined us. I sold some junk so I could buy more myself, hope I don't regret that later. 3rd buy since I said I was done, oh well my average is getting better.
Volume looks great!!
Good luck all(longs only)
I believe that was what is called sarcasm. I don't want another RS.
Why hasn't there been any news wire mention of the high volume days, or have I just missed it. Been in forever and a day, and not going anywhere now.
