Thank you Sir. good summary.
A WITNESS ON THE SEC WITNESS LIST WILL PROBABLY BE SWORN IN TO TESTIFY.
THAT WITNESS CAN COOPERATE AND TESTIFY ANSWERING THE PROS. QUESTIONS OR
THE WITNESS CAN TAKE THE FIFTH.
AT THIS TIME NOBODY KNOWS WHAT A WITNESS WILL SAY UNDER QUESTIONING.
SEC HAS TO PROVE TECO WAS A SCAM TO INVESTORS.
NO MATTER WHAT IS SAID ON A POST, SEC HAS TO PROVE THIS CASE UNDER THE RULES OF CIVIL
LAW BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT BY PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE COMPRISED OF TWO DISTINCT BUT RELATED CONCEPTS: the burden of production, and the burden of persuasion.
THIS IS THE SYSTEM OF JUSTICE THAT I LOVE SO VERY MUCH.
I was told CUSTOMS did a thorough inspections of the TECO equipment going to Belize.
They don't treat $500,000 oil rigs and equipment as private vehicles. (whole different inspection)
Your story stolen cars go through Customs is true, half the victims don't realize their car is missing
for over 24 hours. The stolen report may not come out to law enforcement for days.
Dioggold you have good points also, the big allegation that TECO stole an oil rig and shipped it
to Belize is totally false.
People were paid well that worked in Belize in fact they got paid FIRST. Some shit birds were thrown
off the work sites but that happens in the oil business.
Are you saying TECO stole the first drill rig, had no title and there was no Auction.
Customs was wrong?
If you have proof of this I would be very interested.
We all make mistakes, I read the cards well and made lots of money on the TECO
daily swings bought low sold high, NEVER shorted TECO.
TECO was a day-traders paradise.
It took experience investors to play the TECO game. TECO had swings of 20 to 30% and more at times
Investors play the game to make money...
WRONG AGAIN, you say they stole all the money, well drilling over 5,000 feet is very
expensive especially in an other country when all the equipment has to be brought in.
Very expensive but, you say they stole all the money. ????
All lies I really question this...Treaty basically went broke trying to
find oil in Belize very easy to say all lies, just not true. Promoters hell YES, TECO wanted oil in Belize,
'I personally wouldn't give a plug nickel to someone that lost a war or a game and laughted about it" George Patton
I'm not going to try to change anybody's opinion.
However, I can say I was on the phone to TECO seeking updates
of the Belize operations. TECO really thought they could find oil this time
in Belize this was not a myth but a happening on site.
Who wouldn't be excited about the Belize leases and operations. Investors and Day Traders a like
put monies into the opportunity of some day having a chance to vacation in one of the greatest
places on earth to explore and learn about one of the oldest civilizations. Truly beautiful place.
Just if, if, if TECO could have found oil at the first two drills this issue would be void.
All traders said we need some luck here.
More BS... Belize has lots of oil thats a fact.
Drillers have been trying find it for years a few have found oil.
The third drill TECO did they stuck the drilling tool approximately
five thousand feet down, they did many attempts to recover pipe and drill head.
TECO had their own drill rig with all the supply equipment tractors and a Wire Truck
plus much more that had to cross through Customs. All this drilling was very costly.
TECO was very excited about the studies and the possibilities of finding a large oil find.
Now is this pumping the stock with a criminal intent that SEC must prove for United States
jurisdictional statutes.
Or is this just informing the stock holders of the possibilities in Belize. After all the work
was done attempting to find oil in three separate drills.
Yes I too saw the news PR that they found oil in Belize but, soon after it was shown no oil
in the first two drills just what appeared to be oil in the testing samples. (That is evidence)
Thats why TECO sent down the Wire Truck to support their find of possible oil.
The third drill was never completed because of the stuck drilling equipment as far as
I know.
TECO was a working on the job company possibly poorly managed but that was their call.
B.S. talk implies Belize is in the United States. United States has nothing to do with
Belize. The only court jurisdiction is Belize and nothing went to court regarding TECO.
Correction TREATY IS LISTED AS A DEFENDANT..
If it is not in the case and thats what TECO has to worry about then it does not exist.
No President used in this SEC Suit. Forget about a PR.
I"m not a lawyer, but this SEC case is very poorly written and easily challenged.
TREATY CAN'T BE A DEFENDANT.
YOUR USING A POST. WHERE IN THE SEC SUIT IS PRESIDENT USED?
THIS HAS BEEN MY POINT FOR WEEKS TREATY (TECO) WAS NOT SUED BY SEC.
CERTIAN INDIVIDUALS ONLY HAVE BEEN SUED
IT APPEARS THE INDIVIDUALS OF TECO POCKETED THE THEFT MONIES (SECURITIES)
AND RAN... WHEN THINGS GOT TO HOT THEY RESIGNED.
TECO DOES NOT HAVE THE STOLEN SECURITIES THE THIEVES DO. I'LL BET THEY HID ALL THE STOLEN GOODS TOO.
SEC SUET IS AGAINST THOSE THAT STOLD MONIES, NOT TECO.
AS STATED BY JANCE SHELL 'SEC WILL GO AFTER CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS NOT TECO THE COMPANY'.
SOME SAY TECO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OFFICERS (INDIVIDUALS) ACTIONS.
THIS SUIT IS NOT WRITTEN IN LANGUAGE THAT SAYS TECO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS.
THIS SUIT IS ONLY AFTER CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS.
IS ANOTHER AMENDMENT GOING TO BE REQUIRED NOW TO ESTABLISH LIABILITIES?
TECO DIDN'T HAVE A PRESIDENT THEY HAVE DIRECTORS, CEO, OFFICERS, CHAIRMAN, SECRETARY, ETC.
Criminal cases are handled first, if a case is valid, because of Statute of Limitations on lesser felonies.
It is very difficult to get elements of a crime out of a preponderance of facts as in a civil trial just enough evidence to make it more likely than not that the fact the claimant seeks to prove is true.
My opinion only I'm not a lawyer.
Gwyn was charged one count of Unregistered Investment Adviser plus other Securities crimes.
The subject could have sold Securities of other companies as a unregistered Investment Adviser,
it just so happens he was caught selling unregistered Treaty Securities.
It is my understanding Gwyn owned Level 111 operations Treaty did not own Level 111.
Wherefore the case would be against Level 111.
Your totally correct kanola the criminal complaint is for the Level 111 operation.
The SEC complaint 10/1/15 is a civil action again against Treaty. Trial date not mentioned.
No SEC criminal charges against Treaty (TECO) at all.
If Criminal Charges could have been brought against TECO, SEC would have done so via the FBI.
That's the facts at this time.
Normally, criminal cases can lead to civil suits (the great OJ case in Los Angles)
Civil cases do not normally lead to a Criminal cases.
Just my opinion, I'm not a lawyer.
What is he trying to do for you?
Yes dioggold far cry from the criminal allegations here.
Talk about B.S. HAS TECO BEEN FOUND GUILTY OF ANYTHING?
AIDING AND ABETTING WHAT CRIME WITH WHAT CRIME?
WHO IS GUILTY OF WHAT? INTENT + ACT =CRIME, WHAT CRIME?
EVERY ALLEGATION THAT HAS BEEN MADE, THROWN OUT OF COURT, HOW MANY TIMES
THIRTEEN TIMES.
JUSTICE FOR TECO.
You hit a home run with that dioggold.
Last I checked Alaska is in U.S.
I guess arrest records don't mean anything for a Gun Broker to sell
guns??? Something is not correct here.
About the speed of light...
Kanola thats a possibility, had to change my checker because of harassment.
I got to admit the old videos at TECO sites are funny...
In replying to your post, in the past TECO was a Day-Traders paradise.
As a Day-Trader I have held long TECO stocks I have done this with other
penny stocks too.
Yes I have been successful at most everything I attempted in making a living,
including Day-Trading.
Day-Traders are businesses treated like a small business.
Day-Traders do not always have to sell out ever day (no rule on that)
Day-Traders normally do a large volume of trading.
IRS accepts Day-Traders as small businesses. ( with the proper IRS filings)
Day-Traders can hold a stock long, answer yes.
Day-Traders can sell in mil.seconds, yes.
Investors are individuals that only use Schedule A for deductions.
Investors manly rely of interest, dividends, capital gain etc.
Both are investors in the family of INVESTING. One is a business and the other a individual.
Amend to that, Bro
THE IRS DOES NOT LOOK AT IT THAT WAY
DAY-TRADERS ARE NOT INVESTORS ???
TECO WAS A DREAM FOR DAY-TRADERS. THATS A FACT.
AMAZING ISN'T IT.
TECO WAS SO GREAT ONE COULD SELL HIGH BUY LOW SEVERAL
TIMES IN ONE DAY A GREAT RIDE IF YOU KNES WHAT YOU WERE DOING.
WELL GOING FISHING.
GO TECO
I WON'T SAY WHAT MY METHODS FOR SMART INVESTING ARE HOWEVER
MANY INVESTORS BOUGHT AT THE WRONG TIMES THEN SOLD AT THE WRONG
TIMES. BUYING LOW AND SELLING HIGH IS THE TRICK...
GO TECO
