Just one of those paranoia people who think the impossible worst thing will happen. She mention the limestone barrier should be place back, but there is no need for it since the used of the Dry Stack made the limestone barrier obsolete. Also, in her first paragraph she wants rules and guidelines in place to make sure CGFIA have safety protocol in place... WAIT!... Isn't that what the whole hold up with the DRMS letting the permit get passed, and why there is and was so much red tape for us, CGFIA. Even, when CGFIA becomes active it still have to follow those protocols...
Okay, then I guess we just need to see what comes.
Don't quiet understand why Edgar is getting ya all jumpy. Well,not knowing why might probably be because I don't know what Edgar really is, beside it looking like another firm that PR news. If that all it is then it might mean a wider audiences will be looking at GDSM, which means a greater chance of the stock price going up faster. Other than that, in your opinion, how do you reckon Edgar will help with uplisting GDSM?
okay, i wasn't too sure if that was the case. Thanks for making me less confuse : )
Did UBSS bit sitting with 999,9999shares at .0025 just brought us down? Still, getting use to reading L2 charts.
Loving how the composition of your L2 layout looks. Very easy to read.
Anyway, as a little giggle for myself to take out all of the MM's at their asking price the total cost without calculating commission cost is only $11,407.4476.
MM ~ Ask ( Size ) = cost
VERT ~ .0051 (5,000) = $25.5
ETMM ~ .0051 (369,476) = $1,884.3276
PLUMA ~ .0052 (5,000) = $26
AUTO ~ .0052 (1,039,100 = $5,403.42
VNDM ~ .0053 (5,000) = $26.5
UBSS ~ .0054 (75,500) = $407.7
NITE ~ .0055 (110,000) = $605
CDRG ~ .0055 (105,000) = $577.5
MAXM ~ .0085 (5,000) = $42.5
HDSN ~ .0128 (5,000) = $64
VFIN ~ .21 (5,000) = $1,050
CSTI ~ .259 (5,000) = $1,295
yea, but at times you just got to work in what you got. Cool adding another tally for MN then, thanks.
Ficose by any chance could ya see how many Coloradan signed the petition that aren't publicly shown? Also, yesterday, I sent an email to the "We are 99 Occupy" group and asked them help to spread the word about the petition; hopefully, it helps!
Update on Petition Statistical Chart/Poll 10:50am June 4,2012
Total signed 110 and out of 110 there is 49 public info shown
HI = 1, IL = 3, CO = 7, CT = 1, FL = 7, NY = 4, CA = 4, CA = 4,
MA = 1, GA = 1, AL = 1, OR = 1, TX = 2, WA = 1, IN = 3, AR = 2,
MN = 1, MI = 2, VA = 2, IA = 2, ME = 1, MS = 1, AE = 1, LA = 1,
KS = 1, NM = 1
AND.... GERMANY = 1
Update on Petition Statistical Chart/Poll June 3,2012
Total signed 85 and out of 85 there is 37 public info shown
Colorado went up!
HI = 1, IL = 3, CO = 5, CT = 1, FL = 5, NY = 2, CA = 4, MA = 1,
GA = 1, AL = 1, OR = 1, TX = 1, WA = 1, IN = 1, AR = 2, MN = 1,
MI = 2, VA = 1, IA = 2, and Unknown = 1
Oops, that what I get from skimming the small print.
Update Statistical Chart/Poll on Petition
Recorded 26 out of 62, still couldn't view it all.
HI = 1, IL = 2, CO = 3, CT = 1, FL = 4, NY = 2, CA = 3,
MA = 1, GA = 1, IN = 1, AR = 2, MN = 1, MI = 2, VA = 1,
and Unknown = 1
Unaccounted = 36
Colorado just want up, yes! Go CGFIA
Just was looking at the Petition today and did a quick statistical chart. It is not fully complete because I couldn't figure out how to view all of the 62 people who signed; however, those who were shown on the front page out of the 62 were 19. Just from those 19 people we have votes from:
HI = 1, IL = 2, CO = 2, CT = 1, FL = 3, NY = 2,
CA = 2, MA = 1, GA = 1, MI = 2, VA = 1, and Unknown = 1
If anyone who can view all of them or know how and tell me how to, I would like to complete this statistical chart. That way we can see where most of the votes are and how many we have in Colorado compare to the rest.
Well, whomever idea was it it was and is a great one! Thank ficose, Optimiss, M_T_POCKETS, and everyone else who helped in putting it all together. Now, the only thing we need are more supporters and more who are Coloradan. LETS GET THEM!
sweet man, great work, keep it up
Also, if we got someone to do this, in getting local people to co-sign a support letter with their contact information on it, then we can send copies of it to Colorado's Governor, Legislator, and Senator to get them aware of it and it would in my opinion definitely add extra pressure on the DRMS, and by this extra pressure it more likely would get the approval happen faster. I would even write the stuff of for anyone who would like to get the locals to sign it if they don't feel like writing it up.
Yea,I agree with you that would differently hold more water. If someone lives close by, or is in the area there, they should try and rally locals supports by showing how the Am-03 (CGFIA) can help revive the town. This can be done either by going around that area and having people sign a per-made letter of support showing that they too support it, or asking those people around there to send in a support letter of their own and giving them the format in which to address it to, or better yet do both have a per-made support letter for other people to co-sign to show their support for it and if anyone doesn't want to sign it but want to send there own letter of support then give them the format in how to address the support letter to DRMS. So, if anyone does live around that area it would be a great way to rally our support, like Mou10mn suggested.
so by that, 45 days, using business days, from May 1st, the latest it will happen by is near the Mid-end of June. No wonder the price is bouncing in its low.
GDSM getting closer in inching it way pass the .004 mark; can't wait for tomorrow!
great! at least they are making it easy,for you to do it.
A bit less confuse now thanks to you.
Yea, it is ;)
I just re-looked at all of those documents, and I noticed there are two file names to everyone: Name and Doc Name
Not sure if it matter to the filing in having the Name and Doc Name matching up, or at least be in relation to meaning. Anyway, should some of the letters label underneath "Doc Name" as "Objection to Process" be relabel also. At a quick glance the Doc Name makes it seems it is an objection to process of CGFIA because it is file along with the open public commenting letters, where they are objection to the process of DRMS. Also,some of those letters seem to be in support of Am-03 but didn't state it in their letters but just stated how the process of the DRMS making it hard to get the Am-03 pass.
By any chance, since you live in AZ, have you stop by GDSM in person to check it out, or taken any pics?
My letter I am sending off today, before I do I just want to check to make sure I am addressing it correctly. My address/contact information will be listed below my name but I deleted it for I don't want it on here. Also, I want to send a copy to the Colorado Governor, so does anyone have the address?

RE: Permit Number (M-1984-049), Permitting Action (AM-03),
Colorado Goldfields Inc.’s Pride of the West Mill
( noted for the current public comment period that be open until June 6, 2012 )
Dear: The Division of Reclamation of Mining & Safety ( DRMS ),
Hello, my name is Ryan Lee. I am writing this letter to you in regards towards the Pride of the West Mill, permit # M-1984-049 on the permitting action of AM-03, belonging to Colorado Goldfields Inc. I am a supporter for it. Not just because Colorado Goldfields’ plans in milling and mining is environmental friendly as it can be, when coming to Industrialize Mining having an eco friendly footprint on the local environment. However, the growth of capitalization in revenue Colorado Goldfields Inc. will generate just from having the Pride of the West Mill operational is beneficial to the State of Colorado, it being operational can generate at least between 200 to 300 jobs. The money that the State of Colorado will receive in taxes from this operation is enormous, so enormous that it can help subside Colorado State’s debt and help keep funding for state and local programs; especially, programs that can help the children, public education, funding for the police and fire depart, The American Dream Down Payment Act, cost in maintaining roads and highways, and the wildlife reserve.
In addition to that, jobs will be added bringing down the unemployment in Colorado, reducing the people who need “The American Dream Down Payment Act”, and the local town that Colorado Goldfield Inc. will operate in will become robust again. Giving locals businesses added profit from more traffic going through the town: gas stations, grocery stores, hotels and inns, and etc. …will see a positive climb in profits and in returns on more capital that will go to the State of Colorado from the prosperity of it all.
Studies have already shown, DRY STACK METHODOLOGIES, are eco friendly to the environment, and revegetation growth is positive and no pollution occurs to the nearby water sources. A study that was done, in March 2003 prepared for the Environmental Research Group to the Government of Yukon, on the examination of revegetation methodologies for Dry Stack Tailings in Northern Environments. “The economic and environmental advantages of the technology certainly make dry stack technology worth examining for many different projects. Martin et. al. (2002) and Davies and Rice (2002) both explain that while the technology is currently, and often considerably, more expensive per tonne of tailings stored than conventional slurry systems, it has unique advantages”…. “Dry stack tailings are attractive from a regulatory and environmental standpoint because the disposal area requires a smaller footprint for tailings storage, tailings are easier to reclaim, and have much lower long-term liability in terms of structural integrity and potential environmental impact”, (http://www.geology.gov.yk.ca/pdf/MPERG_2003_2.PDF, 2012 May 17th).
Again as I stated, I am for permit # M-1984-049, permitting the action of AM-03, which will grant Colorado Goldfields Inc. the permit it needs to operate the Pride of the West Mill. As I said, Colorado Goldfields Inc. plans in milling and mining are as eco friendly as it can get, for any company or corporation involved in the Mining Industry. Thank you for that, and because of that it should be approve. Thank you and thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Ryan Lee
April 6, 2012 News
May 3rd, 2012 News "On April 23, 2012, the Company submitted the necessary documentation to satisfy the DRMS's designation of "amendment to amendment." Publication began on April 26, and notices of the amendment were sent via certified US mail on April 27, 2012. The comment period for the amendment to amendment will close on June 6, 2012. "While this comment period adds time to the process, we anticipate no serious objections. The Company is presently assembling personnel and other strategic resources toward planning for Mill operations as we go forward," stated C. Stephen Guyer, CFO for Colorado Goldfields", ( May 3rd, 2012 News).
"The BLM administers federal land that is directly contiguous to the Pride of the West Gold/Silver Mill. In March 2012, Colorado Goldfields management met with BLM officials and satisfied the Agency without the necessity of a formal petition. By letter of March 28, 2012, the Agency stated expressly, 'We do not object to the proposed [permit] amendment, nor do we request a petition before the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Board.'", (May 1st, 2012 News).
Those are some of the latest major highlight on what happening/ed with CGFIA, bigone.
Same here, but I am hoping some lone whale is hiding among us and reads it, and might consider to go for the play. For I am quite trier of seeing those Big MMs holding down the price.
Take out and break the BIG MMs at L2, if only I have or someone else willing to spend $203,055.1926 at .0002.
NITE have 331,733,... shares, round up a thousand to 331,734,000 shares since the last three digits aren't shown, and lets do the same for the following ETMM 244,963,000 shares at .0002 and UBSS 106,600,000 shares at .0002.
Formula: ((si (x)) -f)= profit/cost
to check this formula divid profit / (x) = si
x=price per stock
si=total number of shares
f=commission fee to trade, since everyone use a different broker or their fee for a commission per a trade will be different, so the formula will not be using (f).
NITE 331,734,000si + ETMM 244,963,000si + UBSS 106,600,000si = 1,015,275,963si in the BIG MMs' controls at .0002.
x=.0002
(1,015,275,963si (x))= $203,055.1926 cost
if x= .0001 then the same amount of si above will give a purchase cost of $101,527.5963
(si(x))= $101,527.5963
If I wasn't tapped out I would have done it, but I am.
You need to keep up on your DD, for Stephen Fearn has stated he will not take away the Mill or the mine from CGFIA and they will work out some formed of deal. Now, Stephen Fearn is officially part of the coo CGFIA officers. Right now I can't find the old article and pr on it, but you look for it you can find it.
Do we have to send a letter through the mail, or can we send our letter through an email, and if email whose?
Thanks for the insight; it put me a bit more at ease.
I am more worry about the water freezing up or getting sluggish do to fall/winter weather, and affecting POW being operative. Do you see that as a problem if CGFIA get the Mill running late August to Sept?
So, this means we have to wait until August 8-9 to hear if the DRMS gives the AM-03, thumb ups? Great here I thought we would have at least some of the summer, but I guess the DRMS just took that away.
Yea, Cgfia could buy Powell's property and use the cabin for extra rooms for the miners and/or the miner can live there with their family during season. Either case if Cgfia does or doesn't buy it it would not affect them, but if they do it might show they are not one of those big business for business but also a business to support the community around them, like they are. Who knows maybe there some gold on Powell's land that nobody knows about. If you think about it it is right in the area of all the mines oozing with gold and such...
A little bit off topic now, and just have to mention this because I found a dream that I had last night about Powell's property and Cgfia to be very vivid in my memory and good for a good laugh. Basically, I dreamed of Guyer talking to us about Powell's property and saying, "Yea, I decided to buy it, even though I didn't have too, and turned part of the land into an ice skating rank for the community and kepts the cabin for extra room for the miners and storage, and the mill and everything was up and running."
It was one of those dreams that felt so real with colors, noises, sound, and all the works. Either I have been to glue to this board that I am starting to picking up sublime messages, or I have been to glue to this board and reading about CGFIA that I can't stop thinking about all the possibilities of it, or maybe, lol, I became a real life psychic over night.
Next news should be coming this week about the 2 phrase, based off of WSRA 31 March 2012 News that tied in with GDSM 27 March 2012 news.
A post I made this early morning goes a bit more into why, post# 64086.
no problem and it is great hear more shares are getting brought
From our latest news from 27th March 2012, http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=51786210:
"Management will be taking several actions over the next 2 weeks to enhance shareholder communications and updates as the process of developing its claims progresses. The development of mining claims is an involved process with many steps, which at times could be confusing or misleading (good or bad) to the shareholders of the Company. Therefore, in addition to expanding the Company's social media presence and communications, the Company will be updating its website with general information regarding gold and the mining process. A blog and regular postings to the site will keep the shareholders informed as to how and where the Company is in that process"[,]the first paragraph under Shareholder Communication.
I finally got around to cross checking it with WSRA latest news, which was released on 31st March 2012, http://westernsierramining.com/ShareholdersReport33012.pdf, to see if there is more in-depth informations that might unravel the mysterious of no new last week and to see what correlate between WSRA's news released from then to 27 March 2012 GDSM 's news release, and this is what if found:
"Most of the first quarter was spent at our work in evaluating a major private placer property in Central Arizona. The first part of the evaluation is complete and the final report should be submitted to the client in the next two weeks. Discussions are underway to determine the next steps in the development process and if further geological examinations are warranted"[,] under Outside and Independent Evaluations for Others.
The reason why I found this in important because to me this explain why we did not receive news when expected by basing it on the GDSM 27th March 2012 news, first quoted statement above. Because basing from that date to the coming news within two weeks would have been last week, or 7-10 days would have been between last Tuesday to Thursday; however, expecting news to be coming then would be wrong, we all found that out, and would have been realized ahead of time if we looked into the mention of WRSA news released on 31st March 2012, the second quoted above. Concluded from that and factoring in the stock market being closed on 6th Friday 2012 then two weeks from 31st March 2012 will land us in this coming week of 16th April 2012, or using the 7-10 days will give us a time frame between 12th April 2012 to 17th April 2012, 17th April is a Tuesday.... So, this week in the very least from the facts mention here it lead me to believe this is the week of news. If anyone know of anything else or found contradiction, based on fact, please mention it.
Also, about the recent activities that I believe $b_rich$ mention he has seen there on passing through his town I believe it is for us too. Because from reading WRSA 's news released from 31st March 2012, they mention setting up a 24hr goldfield processing plant that was recently purchase:
"We have completed the major portions of the re-work at the Gold Basin mine. We have stock piled a small amount of ore so as to be able to run the small plant as necessary. We have purchase a 25 yard per hour Goldfield processing plant and hope to have it relocated to the property during the second quarter of 2012"[,] stated under Gold Basin.
"We have entered into an agreement with Gold Coast Mining to develop the Gold Crown and GS-1 to GS-4 placer claims in Skull Valley, Arizona. Under the basic terms of the agreement, Gold Coast has committed to a 9 month budget to provide the information necessary to and targeted at preparation for putting the property into eventual production.
We have recently completed a complete physical survey of both the State and BLM properties on the ground and will begin hand sampling and initial permitting during the second quarter of 2012. Some additional work on GS-4 will also be completed in the near future along with aerial photography.
During the second quarter, we will endeavor to identify specific sample sites and procure the necessary permits and property outlines"[,]stated under Gold Coast Mining-The Gold Crown Group.
This is killing me. Waiting on the upcoming news and wanting GDSM be past at least three pennies. Being below a penny is really messing with my head. Does anyone have good feeling on anticipating news this coming week? I know I was for this week...
It is the tenth day from the last news release and within the time-frame of the said news update will come, and we all know GDSM have a habit to release news on Tuesday and Thursday...Hmmm, isn't tomorrow Thursday... Therefore, I got a great gut feeling for tomorrow to be more than a great day for GDSM and for us!!!!! Oh ya can you feel it!!!!
