MR, do some research buddy in the intricate laws of the SEC. DTCC got caught. Deal had to be made to keep this from either going public or forcing a short squeeze (which would have crippled the market on this single stock alone). Verbage in the insurance agreements for DTCC allow an equity settlement if something like this occurs. The short was in excess of 400b. Now it is next to zero. The short has been legitimized. Check with any of your broker friends concerning the VWAP program and you will see that the shares are being bought at a much higher price (above 50 cents) but showing up to us as .0001 and .0002, and we are allowed to buy at that price too. It is very intricate, but necessary for this to work. There are trillions at stake here. Do some research.

Zen, I feel your anger! I am more than fed up with the highway robbery also and I bought GLKCE (a little) just to spite these mm's and illegal activities. They are no better than someone counterfeiting bills, I would probably get 5 to 10 in the slammer for counterfeiting bills but the SEC turns a blind eye to this activity. I personaly don't think the SEC is working to cmkx's advantage, at least from outside appearances and pr's it certainly doesn't seem that way. I feel a correction coming.

Gang,

Today I went to the races and what an event it was. I can honestly say that Ron Casavant is a gracious host. I was one of the first ones there, and he not only gave me the grand tour, threw me a shirt, and made me feel right at home.

Jim Dunn racing has a first class setup as well. The hospitality tent was great and everyone who attended was very happy with the way we were treated.

Now to what your really looking for. Citibank was again on the Jim Dunn Car, TJ has a pic of it that I took on another thread. There were also two maps there. One is from February 05, and the other claims map that has debeer, shore, ect, you know the real important one, had NO date on it. I spent some time with someone who could tell me virtually what every parcel was, and who owned it. This was a shareholder, not a person from the company. The bottom line, the map has changed SIGNIFICANTLY. As a matter of fact the map was so new, there were no hard copies other than the one large board for shareholders to view.

There are lots of small parcels that used to be our that now say "other". Shore Gold has picked up quite a few, and another company not related to us had locked up the better part of the bottom right of the map. Unfortunately, this was just in conversation, so I cannot give specifics as to what changed because the parcels are to numerous, but it certainly adds much credence to the rumors that CMKX has sold some of its claims.

I can tell you that most people there believe something big is in the works, maybe already done, and we could hear about it any day now. I did hear a lot more Rumors, but unfortenately I promised not to divulge them. When you meet shareholders face to face, you learn a lot. I reccomend that anyone who can attend a race do it, it will change your outlook on this stock for sure.

Bo, yes its great to see Senator Bennett address this issue, I don't think Mahue has even started throwing anything but some light "radar" jabs at this point. If it keeps up like this we shall start to see some stiff jabs, and if that doesn't have the desired affect we shall see the left hooks , right crosses and uppercuts flying. I'm sure IBM is smart enough to save some power for a few overhand rights if need be. Night and God bless!

Bo, it amazes me how blatant the timing and execution of the SEC attacks have been. Honestly, I don't buy into the theory that deals were made between the mm's the SEC and CMKX. If there ever were, it appears they have resorted to low blows and hitting behind the head. Now it appears they are throwing out the hard jab and trying to force us to fast action. Hard to believe they REALLY have the interest of shareholders in mind, where have they been the past year as buy after buy after buy went through, yet the PPS remains the same. At this point I have to say I wonder just how much Bob Mahue and the team can do, its kinda like trying to survive at the workplace when your supervisor wants you out the door...you can't jump high enough or through enough hoops fast enough. At this time I look at my shares in CMKX and GLKCE as a statement against the corruption that exists, I believe in time judgment will come and the tides will start to turn, unfortunately some have to pay the price for change. Whether or not CMKX will prosper my bank account may be in question now considering the way the SEC is putting the fire to our feet, but out of great tribulation something good and tested will be birthed. I see many becoming activated to contact (confront) those in authority and raising awareness of this robbery that the SEC allows to happen every day. The day is coming and already is for the fire to be put to the SEC and those in power who allow this counterfeiting and theft to continue. I do hope and pray that God will put the SEC to an open spectacle for all to see. By no means do I count Mahue out, as I see it now we are in a standing 8 count.

sundeviltrader...valuation is the key! If Debeers paltry 58,000 acres could have a 40 to 80 billion dollar valuation, then what is the possible valuation of CMKX's 1.9 million acre claims? Even if its 20 billion valuation, then my shares will have great worth. The thing about cmkx is that the TDEM is the key revealing that which is hidden...why do you think Roger Glen and Bob Mahue came aboard? 20b(least case valuation)/700b(worst case scenario) ='s .028Cents/share. Of course the valuation could be much more and I certainly believe it is.

Matt, thanks for letting me log back into ihub! This was a great board and I believe we had balanced discusion about many good stocks. Its not all black and white, basher verses pumper. Good luck in trying to restore it to some semblence of order and integrity. It would be good to have Mach back on ihub, seriously considering the infractions and total lack of respect for INVESTORS that the posters have had here the past week, I would certainly think Mach with his conduct and integrity would be allowed to post. He was more than patient and fair to allow views to be stated. Maybe he doesn't want to, but he deserves that right. IMO
