That’s not “politics”. That’s Trump’s business history.
Oh…and hiring David Nunes, the Cow Man himself?
Legendary? As in bankruptcies? Having a convicted tax cheat for a CFO?
Well...he didn't got hot from cooking SHMP shrimp.
Cuz there's no SHMP shrimp to be had.
Interesting that Streeterville is based in UT and SHMP went into receivership on the order of a UT district court judge.
Now let's talk about the fact that Gerald can't sign anymore checks (or if not at this moment exactly, then very soon, when Ampleo moves SHMP's casl to an Ampleo-controlled bank account)....
Shhhh....that's supposed to be a secret.
No one except the Deep State is supposed to know that our entire economy runs on hedge funds shorting pink stocks to replace the gold that can't be found in Ft Knox. And if that isn't enough, the vaults that formerly held the gold bars are reported to be PERFECT for indoor shrimp aquaculture. So there's still hope for our economy....
As of 9/30, there was no significant short interest. Never has been.
And at an average volume of 3.5M shares, only a SHMP “investor” would risk so much for so little gain
SHMPoo. Rinse. Repeat.
One could argue that it’s a reasonable interpretation of those past circumstances.
I think you're right. Lot 180 started out special. It had all the promise of making SHMP the leader in indoor aquaculture. Lot 180 was going to be the proof that SHMP had cracked the code.
Alas...Lot 180 appeared to end up as special as Lot 179...and Lot 178...and all the preceding lots. In other words, if it were special...SHMP would have harvested it and provide details on the harvest.
As an aside...have you ever wondered what lot number SHMP is up to now? Did they ever get to Lot 200?
I guess we'll never know.
Not that it matters. It seems that all the lots after the exalted Lot 180 had the same problem. It was promoted as being full of sound and fury...but ultimately...it signified nothing.
But only if you cook them in butter....
Meant for the OP
And you’re the Coyote standing in front of the tunnel
Are they buttery?
The Lot 180 results were never released. IIRC, the excuse was not to do a complete harvest.
Based on SHMP’s subsequent results, one could reasonably assume that Lot 180 was not a success.
Drop a dime to the local health department? Those skeeter-breeders are no joke.
Receivership
As in…SHMP’s in receivership.
Streeterville controls all of SHMP’s assets.
Game over, man!
And the documents filed by Ampleo, the receiver appointed by the District Court of Salt Lake County, UT...filed as recently as October 1st? They don't mean anything?
Ampleo has virtual if not physical possession of all of SHMP's assets. Gerald can't say a check without Ampleo approving it...for now.
Ampleo is actively moving SHMP's bank account to a different bank and Ampleo with have SOLE CONTROL OF AND ACESS TO that account.
I wonder how Gerald spends his time these days, given that he really doesn't have anything to do. He can't even fire up the share printer.
SHMPoo. Rinse. Repeat.
He has already leveraged his investment. He now controls all of SHMP’s assets. He doesn’t need to operate an unprofitable business or become a stock swindler, as you are suggesting.
Because we’ve told you why. That money pays the bills to keep the place from burning down and from tax liens. That is all.
Obviously Fife has no interest in operating a highly unprofitable pipe dream.
BWAHAHAHA!!!
You write better satire than George Orwell.
SHMP is toast. Not the tasty kind. The burnt stinky kind.
What production phase? I bet that $500K is pretty much gone…between a $160K property tax bill, utilities, insurance, and what little wages need to be spent to maintain the place. There was nothing left to buy PLs, I’m sure. And no desire on Fife’s part to even consider it.
SHMP sold cheap shares to GHS so it could pay Streeterville. I believe there’s a word for that and it starts with the letter P.
Notice the absence of SHMP selling cheap share of late. Cuz it’s game over for SHMP. Fife made his move. SHMP is in receivership.
Ouch. Stop. Please.
BWAHAHAHA!!!!
No shrimp available for sale at NaturalShrimp.com
Nope. STILL no shrimp available from NaturalShrimp.com.
BWAHAHAHA!!!
Streeterville controls SHMP’s assets via the receiver.
Whatever happens to SHMP as a corporate entity is not Streeterville’s concern.
The absence of any updates from Easterling tells you that it’s over.
NoRide has no “manufacturing base”. NoRide owns NO IP having to do with EVs.
NoRide is a shell.
Stop posting lies.
Lordstown has NO CUSTOMERS.
NoRide conducts NO BUSINESS. NoRide is a SHELL.
Get off the pipe.
Those pictures have ZERO to do with NoRide. NoRide is a shell company whose biggest asset is is Net Operating Losses (NOLs). That is all.
Stop lying.
Supply chain?
BWAHAHAHA!!!!
SHMP can't supply chit. Not even at an unprofitable $10 a pound.
Perhaps you'll enlighten us with what "customers" SHMP has. USFoods?
BWAHAHAHAHA!!!
The answer is a simple “NO”
That’s why Streeterville took SHMP into receivership. SHMP spent $150M to get where they are today: nowhere.
And I wouldn’t be surprised if SHMP’s screwy share structure played into the decision to avoid BK. Then the question might become: What has Streeterville offered Easterling to cooperate withe the receivership, if anything.
After all, even though Easterling owns very few common shares, he controls the Series A shares.
The goal of receivership is not necessarily to return companies to profitability. The goal of receivership is to protect the existing assets for the benefit of the creditor(s). And notice that you wrote return to profitability. In order to return, one needs to have been there in the first place. SHMP has NEVER reported a profit. All the more proof that protecting the interests of the creditor(s) is what's happening with SHMP. There's no profit to be realized from trying to continue the folly of raising shrimp the SHMP way.
The shrimp and the equipment needed to support them are a LIABILITY, IMO. They provide no benefit to the creditor(s). The buildings appear to be SHMP's primary asset of value. The patent is pretty much worthless, as is the license granted by Hydrenesis (is Hydrenesis still even in business?).
SHMP shareholders are screwed.
Duh.
NoRide neither has a “strong manufacturing base” nor an electric car. Prove me wrong. And stop posting lies.
Tell your mom that you need her to cut you off from the family computer.
What "decision" are you talking about? Your post makes almost no sense.
A distinction without a difference….
SHMP is in receivership. All of its assets are now in the control of Ampleo, the receiver appointed by the District Court of Salt Lake County, UT.
But don’t believe me. Get off your ass and download the filings from the court’s website.
That would probably be cheaper than continuing the losing enterprise of growing them and relying on the SHMP FB cult members to buy what SHMP managed to harvest. Plus, for the cooked shrimp, I believe SHMP has to pay a properly-certified food processor to process the shrimp for sale.
Or...Ampleo could start Operation Adopt-A-Shrimp and let the FB cult members travel to Iowa to adopt their very own crustacean. At least the cult members would have a living souvenir of their "investment".
In case anyone didn’t know, SHMP is now on the Pink market. It’s a true Stinky Pinky.
pumped = pimped
No argument from me there.
SHMP could get pumped out as a shell, just like Delgado Pompey out one of his previous mistakes to create SHMP.
Ampleo will obtain those valuations and file them with h the court.
SHMP shareholders are still screwed.
Of course Ampleo has that obligation. Fife wants to get as much as possible of what SHMP owes him.
SHMP “investors” on the other hand…are pretty much screwed.
Yes and? You are free to chose what shrimp you want to eat.
