I guess it depends on how you look at it. If you have held this POS for a long time then I guess 1st Quarter 2016 could be considered soon. For those looking for a quick flip then Feb-March might be too far out. And for those who might miss out on claiming a loss on their 2015 taxes then it is definitely too far out.

No it's not. I have held this stock for many years and it is anything but a P&D Scam. Don't know what your agenda is (shorting maybe?) but you are dead wrong. But then again you know that. This is setting up nicely for 2016 IMO. But keep bashing, not sure who is going to listen at this point. LOL.

Why do you keep posting this stuff? It has been posted to this board that the MRX and USEI connection is done and both are moving in different directions. The last I read as far as the future is concerned is that the CEO wants to funnel money from USEI into another company legally or otherwise. Did I miss something? I think you are just going to end up annoying the shit out of people who have been following this train wreck by continuing to post MRX Instagrams or tweets. Just my opinion of course.

As does most folks who have been in this for a number of years I doubt Hodge is really in charge. Who knows how this whole thing is actually structured but IMO the Turn Left Crew are legit with apparently a good reputation in the industry. I am not so sure they would have gotten involved with BH and Hodge if they knew it was a scam. I may be wrong. I read a tweet from September 4th on their Twitter Page in response to the VR article stating "Big steps ahead..." This whole thing may go south eventually but I doubt it was set up initially as a scam. IMO.

Agree, but why sell them so cheap? Correct me if I am wrong but if it is BH it seems like he could have sold more at a higher price. As crazy as it sounds how plausible would it be for BH to be selling ultra cheap shares to family and friends? He seems to have a knack for taking care of family. More or less a redistribution of his free shares. Is that too crazy a concept? Maybe just maybe there is something positive on the horizon. Who knows?

Understood, you mentioned how you did not think it was BH. MFG is likely but as a previous poster pointed out that is not good in the sense that selling/dumping at these prices shows they have little faith in the company.

He needs to RELEASE the PR! If there truly is a finalized deal then why is not being released? Nobody believes this bullshit anymore. How many months can this thing be kept propped up? IMO folks are smarter than that.
