You must have no clue what h264 compression rates are. streaming high-end video is extremely difficult. just to compress a standard image into an mpeg/h264 format takes special programs and systems. to do that live takes machine rooms.

so your saying skype has a program that seperates audio and video and then chooses what to send to your phone first? maybe try uploading some web pages and notice how certain pictures come in first. that's your connection not skype hindering information to a server.

Actually any company can get a QoS once under certain guidlines. Vonage is a Voip and they have a QoS. A QoS doesn't even matter. It's GoS, grade of service that matters.

careful you don't chase. i earned profit on the first run up, but have been hit and miss on gauging best entry points. as i'm sure you know this stock moves so fast that if you have a solid position sell half and run on free shares. just imo
