When the news comes out that Baltia has been given the green light to start the proving flights this stock will blast off from the launch pad and non-believers will be left in the dust wishing that they were loyal longs. New millionaires are about to emerge, thanks to Baltia Airlines, the nations newest international airline.

When the FAA decides that they can stand on solid ground in giving Baltia a 'PASS', regardless of the defective slide not caused by Baltia, for the last Mini and a 'GO' for the proving flights the stock price will soar to amazing levels. Upon certification all those that have lost faith in Baltia will be weeping for not loading up at these low prices.
Although I predicted a 'GO' for Wednesday it did not happen because I just discovered that my crystal ball and calculator are both overdue for servicing. All kidding aside, don't be left out when Baltia scores a 'HOME RUN'.
OLD & WISE
With today being a Jewish holiday, Baltia should hear from the FAA on Wednesday to announce a 'PASS' for the mini!

Baltia Airlines is being led by a strong leader determined to make Baltia's name become the success story of the future. Igor will not rest until 'Baltia' becomes a household name in the airline industry. He has gained the strong support of big investors as well as small investors who are lucky enough to have gotten on board as stockholders in this great upcoming company. Those who fail to see this once-in-a lifetime opportunity will cry in their beer for years to come. A good friend of mine invested in a fairly unknown company years ago when 'Coke' was 10 cents a share and now he is a very wealthy person who lives very comfortably on stock dividens alone.
OLD & WISE
Baltia will likely be notified by the FAA this week to start planning the proving flights. This is based on my calculations using historical data and theoretical probabilities.
OLD & WISE
A WISE man that knows where to go for the truth. I agree with you that Tony is a class act that truly cares about all those who have put their faith in Baltia Airlines, soon to be America's newest international airline.
OLD & WISE
So Washington FAA said we failed Mini #7? I think not so check your sources. Verify your information with headquarters, where the latest and most accurate information can be found.
OLD & WISE
Good luck to all those that understand that Baltia Airlines will make many new millionaires.
OLD & WISE
I'll be standing right behind you at .0035 to increase my position twofold. I feel sorry for all those that don't understand the process that Baltia is engaged in because they will be left in the dust or will have to pay a significant premium to get in later. Actually I think that there are some people that are working hard to drive the price down so they can get in at the lowest possible point.
OLD & WISE
Without knowing what is actually taking place at the FAA right now I could only guess that it may be by the middle of September. Please don't take that as a rumor because it is only my best guess.

NEWS FLASH!
Baltia Airlines is, by far, the best stock investment of our time! Even as the market corrects itself Baltia Airlines (BLTA)will be in great demand. As the FAA prepares to give Baltia a solid PASS for the last Mini a great amount of money in the sidelines is ready to jump in on the PR. The beginning of the proving flights will be it's final hurdle on its way to the big boards. Management already has their eyes on three other aircraft to add to the fleet once the revenue starts to flow in.
Those who don't see the handwriting on the wall signifying the greatness of America's Newest International Airline will be left behind crying in their beer.
OLD & WISE
The results of Baltia's strong leadership and perseverance will result in airline certification before 2015 comes to an end. I base this on my continued DD since my first stock purchase 7 years ago. I have watched this company go from an idea to the actual ownership of a passenger-ready certified 747-200 (a starter airplane), a large modern operational facility and terminal space both here at Kennedy and in St. Pete. Baltia has completed most of the extremely difficult requirements of FAA certification and is presently engaged in the process of awaiting passage notification of the Mini-Evacuation excercise from the FAA. Once this step is achieved proving flights begin that lead to final Airline certification. Stock price dilution has been chosen over large long-term debt but the stock price will soar once certification is achieved later this year. As Baltia's fleet expands those who have been patient will experience profits beyond their wildest dreams, especially those that have had the foresight to lower their average price, as I have, by buying at never again to be seen lows.
For those that chose to exit their ownership of BLTA I extend my hopes and good wishes that whatever you decide to invest in goes well for you.
Best of luck and good health,
OLD & WISE
I realize that so I expect that my returns with Baltia will be far greater than with American Airlines. This will be just one of my many super picks of this decade. I guess I'm just used to being a winner and growing millionaire.
Thanks for reminding me what a better investment Baltia will be over American Airlines.
With my greatest respect,
OLD & WISE
I expect that Baltia will add significantly $$ to my wealth just as American Airlines brought me almost $200,000 in profits with less than a $2,000 investment. Only those with a nose for a good thing make money in the stock market and the last 50+ years have been very, very good to me.

Next week is the week!
Please don't call anyone at the FAA. Anyone with some level of intelligence would realize that employees of the FAA or any government office can not disclose any information until it is officially released. Instead of countering each other on this board wouldn't it be better to keep busy with a home or personal project until an official company announcement is released?
Baltia will surely become America's Newest International Airline in due time and loyal investors will enjoy a much richer life in the days and years to come.

I was actually 55(August, 1994) when I retired. Sorry for rounding off but its a habit I developed when doing mental mathematical calculations. I graduated engineering college in 1959 at the age of 20 (I was an advanced student by taking summer classes in both high school and college). After starting work as a flight test engineer at 20 I continued advancing my education at the Cooper Union School of engineering. I was a senior flight test project engineer for only my last 25 years because getting there was a series of difficult steps and advanced education that took 10 years. I worked on every project within the company and traveled to every flight test center in the country. I also worked as a design engineer in my early days on special research projects when some of my specialty experiences were needed. Along the way I accumulated a number of awards for exceptional service by completing major projects on time and well within costs. I was usually responsible for supervising 30-45 design engineers on each of my projects.
I hope these additional details satisfy your curiosity and that you know that you caught an error in my previous statement. I truly apologize and request your forgiveness. Good luck with all of your investments and may you be blessed with good health.

When I see a stock with great potential like Baltia Airlines I jump in feet first but continue to carefully proceed with my DD. If I don't like what I see I bail out, lick my wounds and move on. In the case of Baltia Airlines I have continuously increased my position because I am confident, based on my continued DD, that Baltia is on it's way to becoming a home run stock. Over my 50+ years in the market I have been able to comfortably retire at age 50 with only a very small company pension so I must be doing something right. This is only my third adventure in a penny stock. My first made me 13X my initial investment, my second ran from 37 cents to $45 and this will probably make me at least 30X my initial investment in the short term. Based on your comments it seems evident that you should be exiting this stock and looking for another. Once you lose faith in an investment it becomes time to sell.
May all your future investments bring you the rewards that Baltia will bring to their loyal long time investors.
GOD bless you,
OLD & WISE
I do not claim to be an expert but simply a person that has been investing in the stock market since I was 21 years old in 1960 while working my first job as an aerospace engineer. If I was an expert my winnings would have been in the billions of $ instead of just the millions. I do not get any 'privy' information from HQ. Anyone who calls and asks the right questions will get the same exact answers, non of which is 'inside information'. It's sad to know that so many investors are not willing to spend the time or effort to get all the available information about a company they invest in.
Like many here I am not an 'expert' but just a very WISE investor.
OLD & WISE
I assume that selling Baltia at this time is part of your plan. I sincerely hope that you find the sure-fire investment that you are looking for but I am extremely confident that anyone who abandons Baltia now will be left out in the cold when they start their revenue service out of Kennedy later this year.
GOD bless you with all your future investments,
OLD & WISE
Based on the lack of Due Diligence one should liquidate all shares and move to another investment. I do my DD daily and, because of that, I am still in the BLTA buying mode.
OLD & WISE
Inside information is never revealed by this or any other WISE company. PRs are only executed when major events are accomplished. No smart investor who is familiar with aviation certification would ever blame the FAA for doing their job in a careful and responsible manner. The FAA has one of the most intensive responsibilities to protect the public and, for that reason, they take each step with great care. if someone doesn't believe in a company they shouldn't invest their hard-earned money in it's eventual success. There are hundreds of other places to invest money so why not sell and move on. Time will tell who is right and who is wrong about Baltia Airlines and I strongly expect I will be on the winning side as a serious BLTA investor. I truly believe my winning streak of 50+ years is about to continue.
OLD & WISE
Since I am a very serious investor I keep in close contact with Headquarters where information that is legally allowed to be passed on is readily available. Only people that are willing to spend the time and effort to make informed decisions should invest in the stock market. My willingness to seek available legal information over my 50+ years of investing has served me quite well.
Good luck with all of your investments,
OLD & WISE
Dear Baltia Bull,
In this case time is a good thing. Bad news from the FAA usually comes quickly but good news takes time because before they notify the applicant of their decision there are many reports and formal filings that must be completed. The applicant's approval comes with official forms with comprehensive information of the test results and instruction on how to proceed to the next step of certification. My personal guess is that the FAA will ask Baltia to re-deploy a slide from door #5 to remove any doubt that that door also works perfectly with a properly packed slide. The FAA has asked Baltia to send two newly packed slides to Michigan so that is the basis for my guess. Baltia personally witnessed the packing of these slides in Florida and they have just arrived in Michigan.
Keep the faith. Baltia Airlines is destined to become FAA certified in 2015. Failure is not an option!
OLD & WISE
No one knows what the price will be after passing the Mini but my own personal guess would be between 3 and 5 cents/share. In my very humble opinion, based on lots of money on the sidelines awaiting the results of certification, a price target of between 20 & 25 cents/share is quite possible by year's end. If BLTA did not have to create more shares to keep debt down to a minimum, we could have been looking forward to a price of 40-50 cents/share. Baltia management did what any smart company would do to prevent paying high interest rates that could lead to eventual failure. I believe that we shareholders will have a very happy New Year!
Best wishes,
OLD & WISE
It sounds like you have extensive experience in the field of aviation and in the world of business so I have carefully given your comments a great deal of thought. My experience is somewhat limited with only 55 years as a very successful stock investor , 35 years in the aircraft/spacecraft engineering management field, 27 years flying private airplanes and have personally made a great deal of money investing in somewhat risky aviation and airline stocks. Baltia's business plan is unlike anything that you suggest in your post. Do you actually know for a fact that all future aircraft that Baltia plans to purchase will be 747s? Baltia needs a flying airplane of any kind that could make international flights in order to become certified. This airplane does the job at a reasonable cost. Once they are the new international airline they will build their fleet with the best aircraft suited to fill the bill and bring in continued high profits. I have found that Baltia's management team is first class, bar non.
Those who find fault with Baltia's business plan stand and watch as we true long-term investors reap the rewards of our harvest.
May you have good luck with my best wishes in wherever stocks you choose to invest.
GOD bless you,
OLD & WISE
That will soon be changing. Your loss will turn into a great profit at your very low average PPS. Patience is a virtue!
Great that you were able to get on board at the lower price ranges. You are very smart and about to become quite wealthy as soon as Baltia gets past the very few remaining hurdles.
OLD & WISE
At these discounted prices I am tempted to sell some of my other stocks and buy more BLTA. It's very hard to resist .004 cents/share when my first purchase was at 7 cents/share. Since then I've averaged down my several million shares to almost a penny a share.
OLD & WISE
As a Senior Project Engineer in the Flight Test Engineering Department of a major Aerospace Corporation for over 35 years I have dealt directly with high level military, NASA and FAA personnel. Whenever a problem arises as a result of a test the response is almost immediate. When the agency requiring the test takes time in responding in almost always means that they are carefully examining the results and are preparing the documentation certifying the satisfactory results. It is never done by a phone call or a simple message, only by proper documentation which is often quite lengthy.
Since the week of the Mini I have contacted HQ a number of times and have been told that they are waiting to hear from the FAA and their enthusiasm was well noted. When they failed previous tests they told me so and why they didn't pass and that were in the process of scheduling another test. If they're waiting to hear it seems obvious that everyone is very optimistic of a 'PASS' or would be scheduling another Mini if they failed, which is not the case.
Patience is a virtue when in comes to government agencies.
OLD & WISE
Today is three weeks since the last Mini and no news of a failure. That fact strengthens our assumption that Baltia has likely passed #7 and is ready to move on to the proving flights.
One can only sell if someone like me is buying. This may be our last chance to buy under a penny. Baltia is on the launch pad and ready to rocket to the moon and beyond.
OLD & WISE
Thank you and may all of your investment choices bring you as much fortune as Baltia Airlines is about to bring me.
Best of everything,

I'm waiting patiently for a PR announcing the passing of the Mini and continue to load up on Baltia stock while I wait.
The longer the announcement takes the richer I will become.
GO BALTIA AIRLINES, AMERICA'S NEWEST INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE!!!
OLD & WISE $$$$$!!
This could be another day that I buy some more BLTA!
Scared sellers make smart buyers like me rich.
OLD & WISE
At today's BLTA stock prices I couldn't resist buying another nice lot. Keep them coming, I'm here to catch the stock at these give-away prices. Today's sellers are going to make me rich!

Please read my post again and you might get the point I've made. If any of the other required signature deemed the test a failure then this final signature wouldn't be required. I hope this helps you to understand the meaning of my comments. By the way, I think I'm longer than most (7+ years) and buy Baltia stock every time I feel it hits a bargain price.
Good luck with BLTA and the rest of the stocks in your portfolio.
OLD & WISE
A number of signatures are required to finalize the report. If any of the other required people had deemed the test a failure than this final signature would be irrelevant.
Anyone with strong doubts about Baltia's coming entrance into the airline industry should not be invested in BLTA.
OLD & WISE
Any new airline company that has reached these final steps towards certification will succeed. I have been watching Baltia for over 7 years and call HQ on a regular basis. They have everything in place to start operations including a certified airplane, office of operations, terminal space in both the U.S. and Russia and competent crew members waiting at the helm. FAA certification is eminent as the most tedious and difficult tasks are behind them. Anyone with any foresight can see that certification is just around the corner. Anyone that can't see this should sell all their stock and move on to something else. My 'gut feel' has made me a great deal of money over my 55 years of trading stocks. Last year alone my profit exceeded $215,000 (American Airlines being a big help) and 2 other big winning stocks all with less than $5,000 of investment capital. I own millions of shares of BLTA and I'm sure it will add greatly to my wealth. Smart investors have done the same.
