News = ~.8 (.008) cents per share mathematically.
Not exactly sure how valuation based on future income is applied to penny stocks, but in the property rental world, 7 times annual gross revenue is a standard barometer for approximately what you should be paying for a piece of income property.
750k is in the middle of 500k and 1m (projected revenue from current clients). This doesn't take into account the revenue received from signing additional clients in the future.
750k times 7 = 5,250,000
5,250,000 / 631,918,022 (o/s) = .0083
This should be the pps to have a market cap that reflects the earnings of a company. Also raises the EPS from a loss in the past to .0012
63,000,000 were added to the float at some point within the last 2 weeks. They've been selling them, and from the reduction in volume I'd venture a guess that they have gone through all of their shares.
Anyone got ahold of the TA this week to verify share structure?
News will delete that resistance and we'll be back in .002 land in no time, just hoping that whoever is on the ask at .0012 decides to get rid of the shares at .001. It's not like it's going to hurt by lowering the pps as it's at .001 as we speak.
Someone direct gator back to this post as I'm at my 2 posts on RFMK board limit for the day for going ham...
I don't think it will reach trip 0s, it's only this low because of the 63,000,000 recent dilution, and it appears they are done selling, so I'm happy to use this as an opportunity to pick up shares at what I consider the bottom.
@sltrader, the bid was already .001, as is the current pps. My order does nothing to affect that other than the fact I'm not interested in paying the ask to artificially inflate the pps. We'll rise on news, don't sweat my order dawg.
I've got an order for a mil in at .001, we'll see if it gets filled today.
It's only 63,000,000 shares, and the fact that selling has dried up leads me to believe those shares are all or mostly in public hands now.
15-20 mil a day for a few days chews through 63 mil.
On the bright side it looks like tomorrow should be the last day of RFMK dumping shares.
It's not selling by investors, it's the co getting rid of 63,000,000 shares on the open market. Hopefully to finance expansion or get some growing equipment. Buying after about 40,000,000 more shares have sold is the way to go for a quick triple up.
.0002, that just happened.
End of trading today, as per the NSCC / DTCC release in an earlier post. Here's a link:

I don't argue with people that use 4 exclamation points.
But in this case you gave me the answer I was searching for. Sorry if I made fun of you twelve much.
Sounds like it's leaving the DTCC, and Zecco charges outrageous fees for trading non DTCC stocks. Bottom line, don't trade with Zecco.
Yes I do, and TEMN is currently DTC eligible on Zecco, but if what he posted equates to non DTC eligibility, that doesn't just affect Zecco's arbitrary DTC locks on a multitude of securities, it affects all brokerages.
So after the 16th, TEMN will no longer be DTC eligible and subject to ~$700 transaction fees both ways?
Have to wait out 63,000,000 shares now.
Woulda been nice if it filled my 4 mil order at 0002 along the way.
496mil is double the float, you sure it's not 4.96?
Let me get my 4mil at 0002 first.
WTB 4m @.0002 pst
What does L2 look like?
Can someone post L2, TIA.
Good sign that people realized nobody was willing to pay .0025 per share without any PR so they dropped the ask to get rid of shares. Not sure how that is interpreted as good news in any way?
I know Chinese kids that could do it in a few hours.
Unless I'm reading something wrong, they issued or created these shares on or around Sept 6th. It's been about a week since then... you'd think if they had some great expenses or were being heavily invested in by VC's they would have let us know. It doesn't cost $2.025 million to redesign a couple amature websites. Wonder what Tommy Boy has to say about all this, he's dodging me now for some reason so if someone else can get him to say what that 2mil is ostensibly for that would be great.
Will we close above .008?
We'll get some news and do what MWI* did today shortly. Phil Collins can feel it in the air.
fins come out mid october?
Would be interesting to see how many Bionic's they have sold. The half off and even more optimally (assuming one is given as a gift and not kept as a spare more often than not) the 2 for 1 special are great ways to get more cigs out there, because they also generate significant revenue selling nicotine replacement cartridges. More cigs sold = more cartridges purchased.
I wonder how much they pay the programmer for his services.
Two and a Half Men... They have Tom, and Brent.
Sure, if you want to wait 14 months to harvest. Too late to get anything outdoors but a plant that's been flowering for a couple weeks indoors.
There's also limitations on the amount of product they can cultivate. Besides shelving / lighting not being adequate for cannabis, even if it hypothetically were capable of holding and cooling 600 or 1000w HPS, the smallest size available of this product would be capable of producing well over state limits.
Sure we are, it's a company COI* purchased in the middle of last year. Overpriced junk.
There's a reason that company X has had that product available for ~4 years and licensed it's use once to a Canadian company (we all know how smart Canada is lol).
It's garbage. Build shelves for a fraction of the cost.
First paragraph of my response
It depends how they grow. Assuming SoG from clones they could theoretically have no veg time, as little as 7.5 weeks budding with a quick flowering indica, but don't forget the 3-7 days drying + 3-4 weeks curing. This will only yield 1/2 to 3/4 oz per plant at best, but you can fit ~4 plants per sq ft of grow space.

Then they could also LST / top or FIM and veg for 1-2 months and end up with some 3 to 6 oz bushes.
My recommendation (I hope you read this Mike / Tom) is to veg 16 plants (per two 4x4 flowering chambers) for a month under T5 H/O, take 4 clones from each of the 4 strongest plants at 3 weeks and put them under a weak fluorescent in an EZ Cloner. At 4 weeks take the plants that were vegging and put them in one of two flower chambers, take the rooted clones and put them under the T5. 3 weeks later repeat the process and put the newly vegged plants in the second flower chamber. By the time veg round 3 is done, the plants in the first flowering chamber will be finished and can be cycled out for the ready vegged plants. Typically yields 1.25 to 1.75 oz per plant, and maximizes space.
I told Tom to let my fly out and grow for them, I have significant experience cultivating and turning the finished product into to substantial cash flow in a non med state.
What is important for short term pps gain is to get the word out that this is the only publicly traded company involved in the hands-on cultivation of marijuana.
I am almost positive you are correct on this, this moved way too easy on average volume today for them to have any shares left !!
Also seems like we flushed the single seller out that tanked the stock over the past couple weeks.
