Would be interesting to see how many Bionic's they have sold. The half off and even more optimally (assuming one is given as a gift and not kept as a spare more often than not) the 2 for 1 special are great ways to get more cigs out there, because they also generate significant revenue selling nicotine replacement cartridges. More cigs sold = more cartridges purchased.
