Well The Card as described in recent publications is very different than what was described decades ago.
Those additions/improvements did not exist previously and, as been stated, had to be developed/created.
Yes we have, many times. Hope and disappointment has been a common experience for those of us who have long been investors in SMME.
It appears to me, after many years of being an investor in SMME and following the comments here, that the idea of the SMME card being a scam derives from the disappointment of many early investors. Reward for our investment we believed was close by. Not so.
It also appears to be that the idea of the SMME card being a scam is also fed by the misunderstanding of The Card's progress announced in the Press Releases. Some posters here believe false or misleading statements are allowed to be posted in a Press Release. That is completely false as well as being illegal. Information announced, either in a PR or SEC/governmental document MUST be true and accurate.
There also appears to be constant reference to the lack of a prototype of The Card as stated in past SEC/governmental documents. The lack of a prototype--understood to be the lack of a completed card--is NOT inconsistent with the piecemeal testing of The Card's components announced in the PRs. In addition, since the last SEC/governmental document such integration of the parts and their testing as a unit seems to have taken place since there is announced the laminating of The Card now taking place.
Though disappointing but not totally a surprise, the major network companies, as announced in the recent PR, seem unlikely anytime soon to adopt the SMME CARD. As with the major network companies adoption of the EMV chip, they will need to be forced into it's use.
The above are my thoughts...let the comments begin. LOL
Europe first...just like the adoption of the EMV chip
2nd quarter is when Reticulate should have their IPO up and running
Waiting for the big reveal in the 2nd quarter
I wonder how many are associated with or partnered with Cytta
Thanks...appreciate the info
I wonder what it takes to become a monitor here.
Is a monitor able to insult other posters, use vulgar language and make personal attacks without consequences--such as allowing posts to remain when a report has been logged pointing out a violation of the rules?
Who monitors the monitors?
We all have a dark side that sometimes makes it into the light.
My apologies to LNM
Touche. Keeping me honest, mate.
Another thing Gary mentioned was how beneficial it is to contact them with any leads. If we know of a police department looking to upgrade their command center or a school district looking for a solution to school safety. Contact them on the Cytta website with any information you have.
Contact to be signed this week with a Florida police department after an actual live use of CyttaComms technology.
Still waiting on IPO news.
Some people can't accept loss or defeat.
Rather than moving forward and accepting their decisions they spew their anger and disappointment in themselves on others.
Someone who takes no responsibility for their actions cannot consider themselves grown-up.
LNM is not alone in her thoughts regarding SMME. She just has a different way of expressing them
Expectations are sometimes more valuable than realizations.
The traders/spectators have left and we investors remain. The value of the partnerships is yet to be determined .
When they are...bells will ring.
Didn't see you as being so sensitive.
Not being critical, just clarifying.
Thanks...I've requested the link 3 times.
No confirmation.
Also CDT. is passed. We are now on CST
Does it sent via email or posted on the website
Wish you the same...thanks for the information
Haven't posted the webinar yet. Any specifics on Reticulate?
I believe a STOCK TRADER would be considered as one who is in and out of a stock over time, buying low and selling high.
A STOCK INVESTOR buys for the long-term, often times adding to their position.
Buying and selling for someone other than themselves is considered kind and generous.
That came out 2 months ago
There is no posting of an update from last Friday on the Cytta website. Must not have had one
Totally absurd thought..
That is undoubtedly where most of the fraud takes place, not on the major boards.
Your comment lacks veracity and you say it only to uphold your empty beliefs
If she is scamming the investing community, it would expose her to legal consequences. That hasn't happened in 20 years. One would think in 20 years the scam and the scammer would be exposed to the legal community and consequences would follow.
One would also think that before investing hundreds of thousands of dollars there would be wise and significant inquiry by the investing group or individual into the company, CEO, and product being developed.
Some may think SMME is a scam but not all arrows point in that direction.
Michael Jordan famously said:
“I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions I have been entrusted to take the game winning shot, and I missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
Vincent Van Gogh
“Success is sometimes the outcome of a whole string of failures.”
Oprah
“There is no such thing as failure. Failure is just life trying to move us in another direction.”
Abraham Lincoln
“My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with your failure.”
Stephen King's first book was rejected 30 times--but he preserved until he achieved success.
The Wright Brothers spent over 10 years with countless failures during that time before they successfully achieved motorized flight.
Sir James Dyson had 5126 failures during his 15 years of development before successfully developing his Dyson vacuum
Moral....IF AT FIRST YOU DON'T SUCCEED, TRY, TRY AGAIN.
What is overdue is the required quarterly report. I can only hope it's because there is something special they are wanting to report in it.
The message in the PR you are referring to shows the continued popularity of credit cards. It could well be a comment on the years ago excitement over the digital use of credit payment popularized by Apple, which seems to be a bust.
It also reflects the humongous market available for a credit/debit card developed as described by SMME, if you accept the veracity of the PRs.
PRs are advertisement for, among other things, a company's product or soon to be marketed product. Such announcements are read by investors, non-investors, product and potential product users.
Could well be worth the $740...
Aren't we late for a quarterly??
Would you be willing to post Level 2 information on occasion for those of us who don't have access to Level 2?
I agree with you that an increase in volume and price might indicate an imminent news announcement
With 5 million shares at an IPO of $5 that's $25 million. With 300 million Cytta shares O/S probably will add 8 to 10 cents to Cytta
Maybe someone could ask Gary what he thinks about when CYTTA might be able to
move up to a more respectable board
How long from S1 to IPO
No speculative trading in this market.
Fair market value in penny stocks. 👌
$1.50 to. $0.10. Looks like a pump to me.
Silly
Speculation without evidence...
Deduced because they are positive about a stock that didn't perform.
And your point is??????
Absolutely.
Check out the webcasts on Cytta.con
The latest has the CEO sharing the next move is bringing the products to market. Hopefully will show revenue this quarter.
We just received 3 high value awards for our products.
This will in my opinion do really well in the years to come.
No one can blame another for the decisions one makes.
Each person has to take responsibility for their own actions and decisions. That is known as adult behavior.
Some read the comments and made an investment decision. Others, I for one, read the same comments and did not add to my position.
Your comments are totally those of a rookie investor. Grow up. Be a responsible adult and investor
You cannot accuse someone of pumping and dumping a stock just from comments made on this Board.
There is not enough evidence to do so. One would need to see transactions and the timing of those transactions with the comments made.
Anyone who Invests in a stock based on a stranger's comments deserves the outcome they receive.
Take responsibility for one's own decisions
Why so much vitriol towards someone who shares their opinions?
When you do that it may appear as if you did not do your own DD but rather relied on an opinion as fact.
