Just like Dr. Bill continuously posts the same subject matter over and over, you too apparently love to see you name in print. This is also what I mean by BS. U must believe no one here can pick up on your subject unless you post it a 100 times or more.
>>>>>>The FACT is that the company has not done what they said they would do coupled with the FACT is that we don't know how many shares are outstanding. And, I'll throw in one more FACT. We don't know what their financial condition is.
BTW, it has been pretty well determined IMO what the OS are. You don't need to refute this as I'm satisfied and no matter how many times you take exception to the 38-40 million OS, it will not change my opinion.
Rolalnd
>>>>>>Now, I admit, I'm not making a distinction between "F'ing speculation" and just plain old "speculation". I'm sure you can explain the difference.
I'm sure you know the difference between the two and me explaing is not really required.
Dr. Bill has continuously given IMO BS posts that contain no facts or have at least contained very few.
Roland
UR posts get worse and worse with you F'ing speculation and BS.
close to not worth reading anylonger.
Just my personal opinion.
roland
BBB,
Maybe this should go on the new CTBG Ihub board but I do know you visit this one so I will post this here.
Do you happen to have any share count info on CTBG? Considering the low 10 mill share count, I thought it would be very interesting to know what we have in CTBG by GFCI holders. I must admit I don't have any as yet, but trying right now to free up some money to buy some.
In essence right now they are brother and sister.
Roland
>>>>>I do feel there's some infinitessimal measure of risk for change.
The above combined with I believe GFCI will be a very big money maker, I will not sell a share until CTBG shares are in my account.
I took the risk buying, I'm not taking the one selling.
Roland
Dr. Bill,
Not sure what the exact count is but I do know it is over a million shares each, so I don't believe that Dial or Swineford are happy with the PPS as well.
Will the Dial and Swineford bashers please keep that in mind the next time they spout their venom that really has no basis as to fact.
Roland
Dr. Bill,
>>>>>The stock did NOT go ex-dividend on May2 because the open price was exactly equal to the price on the close the day before. No one can possibly make any argument to the contrary.
I will not debate the EX-Dividend date with you because I for one am not sure. However because we do not have a financial for either company I believe I can address the drop in share price.
I really believe that both companies will stand on their own. CTBG will apparently be providing the financials first and it's pps will be predicated on those. IMO, GFCI will not have an impact there. They (CTBG's) should have no impact on GFCI's pps as their (GFCI) financials will dictate the PPS and that won't be known (as far as we know) until after CTBG's.
Why do you believe there will be a drop, significant or not, because of the dividend? It isn't like a true spinout that has years of history behind both companies to determine what GFCI is giving up revenue and profit wise.
IMO, the pps will be determined for both companies by financials and growth potential and shouldn't see a drop on any signigant proportion on GFCI.
Roland
BBB must be a Southern boy or maybe even a Ten Gallon hat wearer. May give him and edge, and I for one appeciate it.
Keep the boots deep, but the hat clean.
Roland
BBB,
With all due respects, I didn't see anything at all related to 2005 but I do see 2002, which BTW was way before IPMG and CTBG were even contemplating merging, How are you relating this to 2005 merger?
Roland
OT: lentinman
No problem regarding the Valuecap IM/post. Just trying to get some feedback from the person addressed.
roland
OT: Thanks Bobwins,
In heavily and hoping managements see their shortcomings and makes the appropriate necessary adjusments.

Thanks B2B. Just confirms my posts that Dr. Bill is a pure BSer.
Enough said and due your own DD.
Roland
Bill,
On another note, where the heck are my financials? Right down to the wire, if at all, I guess.
I don't have any Maalox here in Mexico.
Can you stop your continuous BS for awhile, the nausea is gagging me.

Thanks a lot. Really appreciate that.
Very interesting and looks quite realistic to me.
I wonder if I can get the Rosarito Beach/Tijuana franchise for just these machines and water? If Rush XXX machines come out I would like those too.
Many Americans visit down here, and one thing they are afraid of is the Mexican Water.
Roland
Again, will someone post the link showing the watercooler? Please
roland
Sorry, I thought the water-cooler post was BS and didn't read it. Please, will someone give me the link where I can see and read about it. Sounds interesting.
TIA
Roland
Fortunately I don't read every post on this board (used to but can't take all the pumps). I pick the ones with interesting subject lines.
>>>I am not making this stuff up
then it wouldn't be hard to post a link-any link- that shows where RSHN has mention at anytime the relationship of margins in relation to any RSHN product, specifically those products mentioned in your post that I took exception to.
Looking forward to them and I will apologize.
Roland
I'm in this stock like my son, but this pumping/posting BS is just that and should stop.
>>>>>I read in an earlier post that E-Water's gross margins are awesome.
Don;t know where you read this, but whoever posted it doesn't know about profit levels any more that I do.
>>>>>E-Water will add awesome additional operating profit to the companies bottom line.
AWESOME, should not be in this sentence as that is not known to be true.
Let's keep it realistic and factual please.
Pumps cause a retracement of PPS.
Roland
They haven't even started yet.
Oracle,
I for one am really glad you're bring the info up to date and appreciate you efforts. It is really nice that new investors will be able to go to one spot and find all the research.
Easier and better informed decisions.
Thanks again,
Roland
Well if some of you would read, you wouldn't have to keep doing unnecessary research.
At 5:09 I post this.
I used a little deductive reasoning and posted the name of the brewery link. See previous post.

Gray's new malternative. The Rock Hard Red is a smooth drinking rasberry beverage, not tart, complimented with a sweet aroma. This malt beverage is a tasty refresher.

Dr,
I'm not the most sophisticated investor, but wouldn't that be the case for the short run as both companies should really stand on their own after the actual spinoff occurs.
GFCI will not necessarily equal CTBG in the long run.
CTBG equals Coiled Tubing Tech equipment.
GFCI equals, Lybia, Global tools and what ever other tools GFCI has and naturlly the casing company that will be purchased.
Roland
DR Bill,
do you really believe that most and I mean most investors are doing this type of analysis on this stock tight now?
I personally am not worried right now about the parity of price on the two stocks, but I am concerned about the products both have, how good they are, how many are exclusive-like the case of CTBG- what the apparent market is for them, how management is performing. Many more but not taking the time to list.
I personally do believe we have good management-especially Swineford- and good products with very good future profit potential.
I really don't unbderstand why some are buying CTBG when they can get 1.89 to one by buying GFCI, but to each his own. My one and only concern is that the dividend may be restricted- IMO a light chance- as the one I have been entitled too that was restricted was given by a scam company that was using the dividend to pump the stock. Still have tose restricted suckers in my acct. I don't believe this to be the case with GFCI/CTBG. Too many reasons why it/they shouldn't be restricted.
Roland
DR,
May be part of the reason!

Roland
Back to throwing shit against the wall huh?
Why don't you take a Pepto or Maalox and sell your shares? Stick to the NAZ
Roland
Still trying to post this on RB as I feel it will shed some incite to newbies. Hope it posts.
In the short run CTBG is where we are going to see results because they will be filing their financials and be on their reportably own before GFCI. Let's review exacly what they have going for "Themselves".
I will not post the whole amount of info, just IMO the important monetary & product aspect and the link.

My Gosh,
Is it possible to get them put back up? If your trying to research a particular thing, if it is here it is sure easier than traversing several websites. Example, I was trying to find the PR that listed the GFCI income for the 1st 6 months of 2005. I can't find it on Yahoo and I know it used to be here.
Crap!
Roland
I must have missed it. Who took off all the board info? U know news, facts and such. Whoever did has a lot of weavos and I would appreciate them putting it back if possible. I can't believe someone took it upon themself to take it off.
Roland
thanks, appreciate it.
R
OT, am I the only one not being able to get on RB or is it down?
Roland
Well Bill,
U obviously want every thing in concrete. I's dotted and T's crossed. I have been investing for awhile and I have yet to see a perfectly (IMO) written PR.
I actually appreciate the expects and expected being used. If they used it now as actually happened that in itself would be wrong and would bring on additional scrutiny.
It has been know for quite awhile that there would be about 85 million shares issued on CTBG.
Shit, I just don't want to argue about this IMO nit-picking crap.
Have all the fun you want, it just gets boring trying to read it all the time.
