What volume? Volume is pathetic. No-one is 'loading up'. How do you guys even manage to tie your shoelaces in the morning?
Yes, truly a man of the people.
it's open now as far as i can tell
the volume at lows was essentially 0. Probably just MMs trading with each other.
That's because this is not a growth company.
The revenue peaked years ago, and has been in slow decline since. All this as their expenses go up.
WOW 20% GREEN DAY!!! SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING!!!
/s
One thing I know is that no-one on this board is currently able to 'buy those cheapies'.
> I think I'm going to start loading way down at these bottom prices
Sounds like you really don't understand what is going on.
Someone needs to explain something to you ...
That's the Christian spirit! Glad you see that you are so full of the love and saving power of Christ! Praise be the name of Jeebus!
CEO ran his last company into bankruptcy. He's just doing the same here.
Let's just keep that sort of nonsense off the board please.
Lol, so Jeebus was right after all! Praise be his name!
Yep, that's traditional 'Christian values' for you.
Never trust anyone who starts blabbing on about the saving power of Jeebus. You know that they are either a liar trying to con you, or dense. It is just a question of figuring out which.
How was the PPS being manipulated? There has barely been any volume for a month or so.
Look up SITO Mobile. It's all public information.
The present CEO ran his last company into bankruptcy, literally. He'll likely do the same this time around
What do you mean 'keep growing'? It's not growing. Revenues have been in decline for years.

Pitching themselves as a 'conservative' ad company is a brain-dead move. It automatically means a whole bunch of companies will never use them because they know it would piss off too many of their customers. It's not like there is some sort of secret demand for 'conservative' ad companies - their revenue has been flat for years. Look, I hate living under an illegitimate non-elected president as much as anyone else, but these people need to get over themselves if they want the revenue on this to move up. The way their expenses keep going up they better have some plan for attracting customers ...
This is about the last thing to worry about. America doesn't even hide their homeless, and it doesn't seem to hurt them.
The Company considers all highly liquid investments with an original maturity of three months or less to be cash equivalents. As of March 31, 2023, the Company held cash and cash equivalents in the amount of $756, which was held in the Company’s operating bank accounts.
In the short term, buying in the 9s and selling in the 10s or 11s is a good strategy for traders. I have no idea if it is anything more than that.
> The bottom line in my opinion is that AIAD no longer wants or needs the small investor.
They are paying people with options that they need to keep above the strike price. So they definitely need the small investor.
Yes for these rallies to stick, we need much more volume than this. Not complaining about today's price action, but it's nothing to get too excited about either.
Would like to see a pick up on volume. Closing over 0.012 with volume closer to 20 mil would be very promising. That's a lot to hope for a day before a holiday though ...
No that's old news that was posted here a couple of days ago.
Um, you mean the options that can only be struck at a higher price? Lol.
Yes the options will be added to the OS when exercised, and will thus have the effect of dilution. As this will happen over a period of 3 years, I don't see a cause for concern.
The options have a strike price, so they don't convert 'no matter what the share price'.
AIAD is going to be more than a 900% runner.
Exactly. Less than a single day's volume, so insignificant in the big picture.
The dividend does not exist yet, so that is not dilution. But the stock options do exist (and are granted every month), so we should expect a couple of million shares to be sold every month due to that. That's small volume, however, and so should pass. I expect there will be good support at 0.01 and that we will get a good bounce from that vicinity if things fall that far. In fact, 0.01 will be an excellent entry point for those on the side lines.
Yes, and I agree. However, uplisting is something that will benefit the long term investor, not the short term flipper. Just a reason to buy and hold.
They are still a long way off from satisfying the financial requirements for uplisting, but we'll see what the next earnings reports bring.
In and of itself it is neither good or bad. But this is often what OTC companies do when they are planning on uplisting, so it might cause some excitement.
Yes, an absolute gift, considering the high probability that this will hit 0.2 in the near term, and $1 in the longer term.
Holding .012 this week is extremely impressive and bullish.
Well, it has tripled since a few months ago, so I don't really know what you are talking about.
Unless disastrous news comes out, this is unlikely to go under a penny, given that that's where the newly issued stock options have been priced.
I'm not saying that what you are saying won't happen, but my analysis suggests a good chance of 0.2 this year, and $1 in 12 months.
