ff: This dynamic management team is apparently so busy they still don't have the company web site on line, haven't felt
the necessity to inform it's shareholders of any progress, and is a real snoozer in terms of volatility in daily share trades. All in all, a real bummer.
I'm heading out to the golf course in a few mins, maybe I can a a buck or two there.

ff: Like I said, there is little intrinsic value here so what the heck. When the time comes to take a tax loss I may change my mind and sell. There is little incentive to do otherwise. To sit here and hold is the better of the two options, in my opinion.
The more I look into this EB-5 visa program there are many competing lawyers and organizations for GALH to compete with. This is a speculation on resumes submitted with the initial filings.
Like the last management, there is precious little information to base investment money on proveable past performance based on google and other search engines.
SharonB
Since GALH started trading after the last reverse split one month ago at 1:100 there has been 1,135 shares traded. 483 shares at 1.25, and 652 shares at 2.00.
Pitiful volume and without incentives in the form of positive information there seems little likelihood of price appreciation.
SharonB
desertmajor. Blair Krueger called me the other day and that is a correct description of his attitude towards trading shares. He wants to concentrate on building the business from a startup situation to a fully functioning business.
He only called me because he didn't want to leave me, an investor, with the opinion he was just blowing us off. He also said that as a director of the company he can't talk about it as it might be inside information and illegal. He said all news, etc. would be put out by Investor Relations.
The next day Ali Farook, IR., called and there was nothing I could add to what has already been said here and in the Ibox.
He does realize we ILCI investors have lost almost all the value of our shares, but in the future there MIGHT be some recovery. The word bankruptcy came up and I told him I had seen no filings suggesting that. He referred to the information in the GALH initial filing and the lack of specifics in terms of who got what and for how much. He expressed the same comments as Blair Krueger in that all news items and so forth would be put out thru press releases and the GALH web site which is under construction. I expressed my concern about the lack of information available to my stock brokers by pinksheet.com and an inability to make any sort of evaluation about GALH going forward. At that time the ASK was $125 share and the bid at $2.00 a share. The bid has now turned back to $1.25 a share on an Authorized Share figure of 50,005 shares.
I don't see any reason to eat this loss at this time so I am holding. At $1.25 a share that is .0125 pre split as of 4/08 and .0001 before the previous split.
I have been looking at this EB-5 visa program and like the idea if this new management has the contacts necessary to attract investors. There is a lot of competition to GALH
so it isn't a slam dunk and will require a skill set by management to make it fly. I like the resume of the management as declared. I can't verify much of it as yet
so I feel like the mushroom kept in the dark and covered with you know what.
Anyway, I will continue to keep an eye open for developments and will post them as they appear.

FAQ:What are the benefits of investing in Regional Center projects?
Investing in an approved project satisfies all the requirements for the EB-5 visa program. The investor does not have to worry about presenting a business plan for approval from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
It is easier to satisfy the job creation requirements in a Regional Center, which is important to ensure that the condition is removed after the two-year period. Regional Centers are permitted to count both jobs that were created as a direct result of the investment (e.g., construction job), and as an indirect result (e.g., suppliers of materials for the construction job).
The investor is not required to take an everyday role in the management of his investment.
The minimum investment for Regional Centers ($500,000) is half of the required capital for most investments for an EB-5 visa. ($1,000,000)
The investor has the opportunity to work together with other investors on a project.
The investor may live and work anywhere in the United States; he or she is not obliged to live in the area where the investment is.

Poor-papa: I agree. There is much to digest. The concept is very interesting and has social appeal in many ways. At Least this is located here in the US and portends to help many people in a multitude of ways. To name a few such as increased revenue to local governments, reduction in unemployment in depressed areas, and an improvement in the living standards in localities needing assistance.

3. Equity Investments In Rural And Job-Distressed Areas.
In the short term, Green America intends to focus its investment funds on projects in rural areas and in areas experiencing high unemployment. On its face, the EB-5 law
expressly reserves 3,000 of the 10,000 EB-5 visas available annually for foreign nationals who invest in "targeted employment areas”, which are defined as rural areas or
areas that have incurred high unemployment of at least 150 percent of the national average. Any area not within a metropolitan statistical area or the outer boundary of any
city or town having a population of 20,000 or more is considered a rural area.

The identity of each natural person beneficially owning, directly or indirectly, more than five percent (5%) of any class of equity securities of MLH, Inc. is as follows: (a) 90 percent of the total issued and outstanding Common Stock is owned equally by Lois Hagen, Margaret Willett, and Roy Hagen (30 percent each); and (b) 10 percent is owned by Mark Hagen. Present management of the Company is informed that each of these individuals controlled or directed, directly or indirectly, the purchase of these shares for MLH, Inc. These shares were only offered in California and not in any other jurisdiction. Upon certification through the Company’s transfer agent, these shares shall contain a standard “’33 Act” legend stating that the shares have not been registered under the Securities Act and setting forth or referring to the restrictions on transferability and sale of the shares under the Securities Act. Pursuant to Securities Exchange Commission Release Number 33-8869 dated December 6, 2007, current management believes that the holding period for these shares under Rule 144 shall expire not more than six months after the date of their issuance. These shares are further restricted, however, for three years from the date of their issuance by the Lock-up Agreements described above.
…
It appears to me these shares are pretty well locked up and won’t be put on the market causing further excessive dilution.
What now remains is how effective is the communications between Pinksheet.com data and the brokerage community in the form of bid and ask data, financial reporting, and such important information an informed investor must have to evaluate an investment.

A SEC filing and Nasdaq recognition would give this company more gravitas and instill more confidence for new shareholders

A 15,000 RS within one year is devastating to all minority shareholders. It consolidates the major shareholders power and is patently unfair to the commercial private small investor.
I wish there was a way to stop it, but this is their ballpark and the SEC is not interested in helping small investors as evidenced by their activities with RegSHO and enforcement fines akin to a slap on the wrist with no admission of guilt on the part of those paying fines.
I am still trying to get in contact with the management or IR and have been unsuccessful.
At this time I would like to know the reason for the last RS and what is the share structure for the restricted shares and the float.
SharonB
No trades so far. I have 2.6% of the AS. Far from being a major shareholder. I can't even buy more if I wanted to.
Have an open bid above Schwab current bid price.
SharonB
Jztechguy: You are correct. It is a 15,000:1 RS within one year and there has been no explanation for this radical reduction is the Authorized Shares. The filing stated the AS number as 49,776 shares. Based on that number and prior known numbers I calculated the
Restricted Shares: 25,667 and the Float as 24,109 shares. This is extremely thin and I expect the spread to be very high, perhaps as much a 2 to 3 times the bid price and volume to shrink to less than a few hundred shares, if that, a day.
At least for a pinky we know a lot more than most other RS situations.
I think most of the bookkeeping will have been completed before we open this morning and am very curious as to how this will respond.
Schwab as the price set at .10 a share so I just put a bid in for 5000 at .11 per share, all or none . I doubt I’ll get it as I believe the opening will be at .50.
