Great summary and many have the same scenario . It's been a long road but I can say we are slowly moving forward. Nothing is dead but wheels are turning. This is definitely the year for closure good or bad.

Will June be our month for Filings?

It's a lottery play. I for one was following the Billionaire's and looking forward to Falak working the PSPW shell. It seems they have failed and made many mistakes along the way. I now feel they thru PSPW under the bus and in the back of the pile of projects. It happens a lot in business . Who knows what this year will bring but you are correct with no proof of a reverse merger. All I do know is they have been working on files for the last two years that makes no sense in the timeline. All I want is closure whether we win or not. I'll hang out until year end and write off my losses going into 2025. It's been a great year in the Market with many having strong gains. No one likes to pay taxes on realized gains so PSPW will help that problem. Have a great weekend.

I would say PSPW has not been a priority to Falak. It definitely could make them a lot of money but who knows what their next step /direction will be?

very true and I also agree we will see a roller coaster in the market this year. I cant see Falak dragging this out much longer but you could be correct. I have been wrong on my speculation for 12 years. someday we will see light.

I don't see any reason our U.S. election has any bearing on Falak moving forward outside of the United States. Audits are being completed and they are working behind the scenes. time will tell but hope to see movement for the first quarter.
