My desires and expectations are matched with yours. I was not clear in the prior post. IMO, the stock is priced (in the .04s and low .05s) for Quarterly performance well below $2M. If we see 2.5 to 3.0M with decent outlook going forward, the stock should be selling closer to twice it's current value. I agree with your other point, I don't think I've ever seen them do two bad quarters back to back. If that happens, it will cause me some concern and would likely lead to me significantly reducing my position.
Anything better than $1.6M in revs and $133K in earnings should be viewed as positive. That is a law bar. Hopefully they clear it easily. GLTA!
The good PR is helping technically. This run up is stronger than what we saw at the start of the last one. Should lead to new 52 week highs. I would still like to see much higher volume in the .06-.08 range. Maybe we will get it this time. GLTA!
Leading Provider to Mil and LE: LHM or someone else?
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT): more production, large quantities?
15 assessors five days: significant investment in T&E, especially for Middle/Far East?
$2M: probably an initial investment in support of T&E?
My question: How will margins be for Virtra?
IMO, yesterday was one seller. If we get another seller or two with a mil+ shares to give up then .03s are possible.
Looking for large vol for turnover/flush versus consolidation. Anticipated a large turnover in the .07s which never happened.
I picked up a decent chunk below .045 and trying to get some more. Don't really care how they do it, but another trip to the .07-.08 range will make me happy.
Vol is improving, but I would still like to see much more. We need a few days of several million shares.
Bingo. I agree with the backtest theory. Definately support at .042, but I wish today's volume was about 10x higher. Even with 700K it's an insignificant corretion. If we can flip 10-20M shares in the 4s I will be more excited. GLTY!
IMO 3s are highly unlikely, but I'm all about the 4s. They were good to me the last cycle. Stacking up my bids between .042 and .045. GLTY!
More news coverage. Nothing new, but the word keeps getting out.

Probably Thursday morning around 0700 EST if they follow pattern.

SF,
I'm targeting .12++. I will likely sell a chunk of what I accumulated in the .04s around .12 and will hold the rest until at least .20. IMO, VTSI will make a play for the .10-.12 range near-term. VTSI tried to break that resistance three times in 2011 without success which started the painful fall to the .04s. The fundamentals are the best they have ever been and easily worthy of a .12 PPS. I believe VTSI will take out .12 and make a move toward the .20-.24 range. If they sustain the fundamental growth and margins in 2014 that they have demonstrated for the last 18 months, IMO they will take out the .20-.24 range which puts the all-time high of .40ish in play.
As I've said multiple times in the past, Miller Group was restricted from purchasing until PPS reached something in the.07-.08 range. I suspect they have started accumulating or will soon, plus I anticipate VirTra will be motivated to sustain share price above .10.
Contrary to many on this board, hoping for a major exchange up-list, I don't see it happening. It is too expensive for this small company. I do expect VirTra to up-list to the OTC-QX near-term for a cost of $5K and sustained share price above .10 for 30 days (recently dropped from 90 day requirement).
An up-list to OTC-QX will help VirTra gain some visibility to new investment dollars which should help it move to the .20+ area where a 10 for 1 reverse split enables VirTra to meet the requirements ($1+ sustained bid for 30 days) to up-list to the OTC-QX Premier.
All the while, VirTra needs to continue to expand their International and National law enforcement customer base; continue to aggressively pursue large military contracts; and continue to pursue/develop opportunities like the 100 Rules Series in the maritime industry. GLTA!

VirTra has 20 x 30 (600 SF) exhibit at station 1001 in same location as Universities. Cubic not registered. Meggitt registered with 10 x 10 (100 SF) exhibit. I'm guessing Meggitt will be there with a single screen and VirTra will be displaying the 300 LE with all the bells and whistles. Should be a good event for them. Link below.

The action looks good and nice to see a new 52 week high!
I agree with you on all points. I haven't been in as long as some, but in my tenure the recent performance is the best I've seen. Just hoping they keep the trend going. I've often thought about how I would handle it if I was in the CEO seat. I don't think I would do things much different from the shareholder perspective, but that would change significantly with .10+ sustainable share price. My emphasis on sustainable, which means fundamentals have to support the price. I think we are there, just hoping BF and Team will do what I would do above .10.
Afraid I can't confirm
Been waiting for some significant vol to roll in to get us through the 7s. Maybe this is it. Looks like someone liked what they heard at the shareholders annual. GLTA!
AUY setting up nicely for pincher play as of 29 Apr 14.
Virtra and LM have had a relationship for a lot of years and it was re-invigorated last year. Details of the partnership are close hold. LM purchased one of Virtra's 300s last year. Most on here believe LM has submitted an EST II bid using Virtra systems. The EST II award is late. No telling when Army will announce. It would be a game changer for Virtra, but you can bet Cubic and Meggitt are fighting tooth and nail to get that contract.
I haven't had visibility on a recent $2M RFP. They did win a $2M+ contract last spring which should start hitting the bottom line in Q1 and Q2. Monitor Tundra and maritime anti-piracy training in the Middle East for updates on that venture.
PFHO is a classic example of a stock that did well and uplisted on the OTC. They traded on the pinks at less than .10 not all that long ago.
Bid at .10+ for 90 days and they can uplist off the pinks. Bid at $1+ for 90 days and they can uplist to premier. I anticipate an uplist to OTCQX near-term, then a small reverse split followed by an uplist to OTCQX Premier.

"Client Testimonial at Artemis Defense Institute" = Valuable
One buyer for 1-2M shares of this undervalued stock would proably be enough catalyst to shake out the weak hands in the 7s. IMO, once the weak hands are out, the stock should move to the .10-.12 range relatively quickly.

Apologize if this was posted previously. From the visible sales activity in Q1, I think Q1 and Q2 numbers should be decent. Hopefully we keep building on the trend from the past year. GLTA!

I've been saying for a while that they would probably start supporting the stock price after the fundamentals justified .10. I think we are there.
Guntherfd,
the contract you refer to
http://www.usaspending.gov/explore?fiscal_year=all&comingfrom=searchresults&piid=W15QKN13P0058&typeofview=complete
was competed under "SAP (Simplified Acquisition Threshold)" which has a contract ceiling of $150K typically, and $300K under special circumstances.
I tend to agree with SirFelix, in that the Spanish Distributor $100M reference is for market potential, and very possibly linked to EST II, which we haven't heard any specifics on in a while now.
I would think Virtra would prefer to be listed as a sub to LHM, but the arrangement could be where Virtra manufactures for LHM and LHM would sell and brand under their name. Could explain the $100M that the Spanish distributor is alluding to in the other post. Probably just wishful thinking, but you never know. I haven't picked up on any large LHM training simulator contract, but haven't been looking for it either. GLTU!
Long time coming. Lets just hope the momentum can continue.
Looks like it could be one guy trying to get a position ahead of report. Maybe Oc VR offer and or a peek at Virtra's report pushed him over the edge Wishing us all a lot more vol and higher prices. GLTA!
A nice short read and validation of how Virtra is helping to make us better.

I'm tracking the USA contract but haven't been able to get details, which is unusual. Typical I can get a little insight through some sources I have, but no joy this time. Virtra's ISO 9001 efforts may be a requirement for a contract they have already won. I haven't had a chance to research Meggit and Cubic ISO status, but suspect they already have ISO cert on their systems. It's something Virta has to accomplish for the big contracts and it looks like they are working it aggressively.
Link to Montgomery Demo 14-15 April below; and yes, I also believe this Virtra demo tactic yields the highest ROI while enabling future customers to see what they really need to see.

IMO yes; especially with regards to international contracts. I think I saw somewhere, that Virtra was working on their ISO 9000 certs.
