Just have more shares but same market cap
If dividend is in stock not cash you can buy till the dividend date
The 0,01 value was with previous ratio of 1,5 for 100. So IF there is a divy the share price should be 0,0001 (0,01 divided by 100)
nice paint job. With $20, they closed at 0,0016 instead of 0,0011
if in 10 days...
you need luck but should not be THE strategy
everyone must remember: Hope is not a strategy
Did you take a look at BCAP historical?
maybe, maybe not!
He gained before the no bids
auditor will ask for an haircut. At what level? Who gave the valuation of 7M.
bash? Have you take a look to the share price?
agree! It takes some time to lose money. You need to add all you can afford and then no news comes to fruition and you got it
They did it twice in 2016...
1,5 of 250M gives 375M. As current EXAD sharlholders will own 40% of the new company, that 375M is 40% of the new company. This represents about 40% of 930M (not far from 1B)
maybe they will change the ratio. For every EXAD share you will receive 1000 of the new one. Think about it. 1000 shares of nothing is much better than 1,5 of nothing. When I think former ratio was for every 100 shares of EXAD I had 1,5 of nothing. I am very lucky.
you got buyers waiting... Should show them. They've been out for weeks. Soory but it's dead money
need to remember EXAD current shareholder will (if so) own 40$ of the new company. Based on the latest ratio, this means about 1B O/S for the new company. People who expect a trading over 0,01 are dreaming. Anyway, if it happens...
the new question: what will be the haircut? From auditor, 50%+ would not surprised me
New delay. 17 days. Value cut to $7M
THOSE??? 500K volume at that time. No you were not right in the reason why. It has nothing to do with cash account versus margin account. Even with cash account you have till friday...
just detail about what is the $10M would be enough. When they say worths 10M is it like if I have a house valued at 200K but put it on the market at 10M
this is the problem. Bringing the stock at this level with only 500k. I will lose a lot. Damn CTO
No. This is because this is not a cash dividend not because it's not a cash account...
he way I read it, you have till friday because it's stock divi. 2 Days apply to cash divi
from the SEC site, while this is a Stock dividend and not cash dividend, should have until to buy and have the dividend.
https://www.sec.gov/answers/dividen.htm
nothing to do with your type of account. Don't mix the time you have to bring the money in your account and the time to setlle with other brokers
3 days setllement. Ex-DIV date was yesterday
in theory you can sell today and have your shares on friday
Can't wait to see what will be the next news that will keep investors interest now that ex-div date is over. What will be the next news of the year
if it has to happen, it's tomorrow. Ex-Div date is tomorrow. If you buy wednesday, no share from the spinoff
Trading and magic, hum!
Look at the way 8k are written. He has a free way to say it's something out of his control. Just remember CUSIP was due after labour day...
Hope for you and others I'm wrong but don't think
Everyone must remember free lunch does not exist in trading. If too beautiful to be true, it's not true. 5 days before the wake-up
Flippers? I can't trade. Cannot sell. Stuck and for a long time. My guess is nothing wi happen next week
this means you have this info? Put it here
I don't want bullshite, I want written information. What about my third question?
many questions still not answered.
We still have no clue about the famous asset.
Where is that 10M value coming from.
Why would someone share that 10M value with nobodies like us?
With the new ratio 1:1,5, will EXAD still have 4,9% of the new company. If so, how many outstanding shares the new compnay will have.
The target 0,01 opening price, was it based on the new or the old ratio?
the 0,01 was based on a 1,5 for 100 ratio. They admitted 1,5 for one was a mistake so they did not review the 0,01 target. I would expect the target is now divided by 100
