many questions still not answered.

We still have no clue about the famous asset.

Where is that 10M value coming from.

Why would someone share that 10M value with nobodies like us?

With the new ratio 1:1,5, will EXAD still have 4,9% of the new company. If so, how many outstanding shares the new compnay will have.

The target 0,01 opening price, was it based on the new or the old ratio?
