Premature??? LOL
Like calling for months that SIRG was going to lose the mine by now??? Premature like that?????
A deed of trust is simply a MORTGAGE. AZ uses deeds of trust as the number one, most widely used mortgage instrument in the state. It is a mortgage, that's it! From a mortgage holder (Grand View) who has shown over and over that they want to work with SIRG and DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THE MINE!
I'm just glad that SIRG doesn't have a 5 million dollar judgement against them or a JV partner that refuses to claim any knowledge of their partnership! UGH. That would suck!
CORRECTION, all the claims that the mine would be lost WERE WRONG!
All the claims that the "deed of trust" was so horrible and it would cause SIRG to lose the mine WERE WRONG TOO!
Grand View doesn't WANT the mine. That's the whole point. They have worked with SIRG over and over again. Many have stated here, including someone with very extensive mining experience, that the last thing Grand View wants is a mine.
It takes an understanding of the liquidity of different asset classes. A mine is not an easy thing to liquidate. The value in this for Grand View is getting SIRG to be successful. Grand View is NOT sitting on the sidelines licking their chops, waiting to takeover the mine. That's just laughable.
All of the slams against SIRG have proven bogus.
All of the claims that SIRG would lose the mine to Grand View because of the "deed of trust" were WRONG.
The demise of SIRG is greatly exaggerated with lies and half-truths everyday.
Wow, catching up on all the "news" at GDSM and it doesn't look good!
Seems like the scam continues. Did they put out a PR and lie about their JV partners??? Is that true????
GDSM sinking to new lows, for sure.
Those dates are wrong, but that's certainly not a surprise.
WRONG AGAIN
An extra 30 days? Better count again.
The Grand View note was extended.....gee.... now who has been saying all along that would happen????
I guess all the BS crap about losing the mine was nothing more than BS crap.
Great idea to sticky that!
I'm adding when I can and keeping an eye on many. Salty recommended this sector and I really think it is great, a lot of potential.
I saw that! I need to add more!! CIBH is looking excellent too.
I spoke too soon... up 49 cents now.
I was just coming over to say congrats to all those holding BCAR. I'm showing up 39 cents today!
Thanks for all the comments. This is a great board! GLTA
I'm in SGBP and one reason I liked it was the 10 million from local investors. Since it only came from a few people, they had to have very deep pockets and feel strongly about supporting the bank. With local support like that, I think it has a very good chance of succeeding.
If it did go private, does anyone have an opinion about the price per share that shareholders would receive? Even a ballpark?
Don't twist my words. That's not what I wrote.
LOL Something tells me I know exactly what is going on here.
LOL We longs have our own "theories" about what is happening with BLM and that isn't it!
Thinking like that can kill you. It was still an amazing play.
Focus on your gain, congratulations!!
Amazing is right! How exciting for them. Shows the potential in this sector too.
Grand View could have taken the mine long ago and they didn't.
Instead, Grand View rolled the notes over and loaned SIRG more money.
Grand View is well aware of the problems in the overall mining market right now. They will give SIRG more time.
Wow, congrats to those shareholders! Are you in that Salty?
Sounds good, I will look into them!
Done. What's the scoop on them?
LOL I would be more worried if SIRG's outstanding shares were approaching one billion, like a scamming penny company. But, thankfully, SIRG is not.
Pure delusion.
I don't know which of those statements is more laughable.
"Controlled dilution."
LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What part of GDSM's share structure says "controlled"? LOL! No, it says completely OUT OF CONTROL!
GDSM, closing in on a BILLION shares outstanding!
Authorized shares:
2,000,000,000 a/o July 1, 2013
Outstanding shares:
904,887,086 a/o July 1, 2013
Float:
849,887,086 a/o July 1, 2013
Actually, that proves there was no "hype", just honesty. Now that opinion has changed and still there is honesty. Which as a shareholder, I appreciate.
Amen.:)
SGBP is looking good again today with some volume.
Looking good again today!
Proof that, although BLM's permitting process has paused (in a process that is almost complete as confirmed by BLM themselves), SIRG is still moving forward with their other permits, such as the Aquifer Protection Permit (APP).
Considering that BLM is almost fully complete with their permit process, once it resumes, it will be a short time until the BLM process is done.
Those that are looking for a good deal, with little risk, will see that.
I like your sense of humor, Salty!
Yes, I will have patience here and I think we will do very well.
As long as they are going in the right direction, that's what I want to see!
Looks like SGBP is getting some attention, hopefully good news to come about last quarter.
The permitting processes that SIRG has gone through and continues to go through have a multimillion dollar price tag. SIRG's share structure continues to be very conservative.
Many don't understand this because 99.9% of penny miners never go through the approval processes for permits like SIRG.
Actually becoming a real, producing mine is very costly and time consuming. That's the reality.
SIRG isn't filling 5 gallon buckets of surface dirt. SIRG is dealing with federal and state regulations for actual mining.
Is that the whole announcement????????????
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
WHERE IS THE NAME OF THE NEW CEO???????????????????
What are they trying to hide, yet again?????????
CNBC is reporting that the Federal Reserve Board adopted today new capital rules that are more lenient to small and community banks. I don't have the details right now, but if I find more info on cnbc.com, I'll post it. Everyone who has commented though says that it was good news for small, community banks. Hopefully, that is true.
