Like calling for months that SIRG was going to lose the mine by now??? Premature like that?????

A deed of trust is simply a MORTGAGE. AZ uses deeds of trust as the number one, most widely used mortgage instrument in the state. It is a mortgage, that's it! From a mortgage holder (Grand View) who has shown over and over that they want to work with SIRG and DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THE MINE!
