Are they going into MJ too? if you read this in the pr... Over the coming months and in concert with WSMC’s capital partners, these projects will be systematically implemented utilizing proprietary “green” technologies related to mining, energy production, waste water reclamation and purification; and crop and livestock production and enhancement.
I dont believe the David Price guy is the congressman the addresses and such dont match! However, the lawyer guy is more of a possibility.
Are you sure this is the same guy? Price on our board address is Bethesda Maryland. The congressman you mentioned is out of NC?
It was disappointing close, but watch for the .035-.04 level to see if this holds as support. This is really where the run blasted through to get to .12 levels. If this doesnt hold then we may fall back down to .02. I was hoping .06 would have held. After a huge run its naturally going to fall so now we need it to base out and find support then "hopefully" it can turn back higher. Time will tell.
plus, if someone was to throw down a large bid, then traders would see this on l2 and be like omg i gotta get in and that could drive the price up. Just as much as a large ask seller. Thats why its so much better to break up your sells in small increments. Plus, if you do ever sell in a low floater you will need to break it up to really get out or you will get screwed in trying to get out. been there done that.
When you have low float type stocks they can make dramatic moves either way. Its all about emotion in a lot of ways. When people see the ask going away they think i gotta get in and buy up. When the sellers jump in and the bids evaporate everyone thinks, i gotta get out or im in trouble. One of the lessons you have to learn when trading low floats. You have to learn to separate the emotion out of it. if you decided to chase these types you will have to be prepared for drops like this. It can turn on a dime though if buyers decide to jump back in.
I tried to point this out at the end of the day that there is nothing connected to that bank and this except they have similar names. Now what did happen with this was a reinstatement. So there could be something going on here, what? who knows.
yes his name is on the sos but it doesnt say md, how can you say md without proving he is md.
where is your link to prove this? Your last dd was wrong.
This is still a reinstatement play, just disregard all this bank talk and connection to it. The names are not the same, the co. managers are not the same. The locations are different.
I also found this... http://whoisrequest.org/whois/zewg.org if you look further into it the address and the zewg information all match and link together so this has to be the guy. Im not as good at digging things up as some of you guys but this seems to be all matching together.
I got in today between .013-.015, with about 250k. Disappointing to see vndm hold it down after the spike to .019. If he wouldnt have done that this really could have flown. Whats interesting to me the 52wk high daily close at that .016 area is right about where we closed today. IF we can get past that and keep the vtwins off this could have some serious push. The run today was without a pr, just the filling and some traders dont seem to look at filings as much. Hopefully a pr will get released to get more eyes.
I also saw vndm jump on at that .034ish level right when we was about to bust through those .035ish and push it down at the end of the day and tag team with worl. Almost a carbon copy of what happened friday. Just a different mm. Hopefully we can push through those .04s tomorrow.
i wasnt around to watch the level 2 today, did vfin or any of the other known toxic mm's show up? Looks like we had a nice day and nice close. (still holding from .0006 friday)
Hey, i hope your right! im still holding, but every time ive seen vfin show up it kills runs and signals dilution efforts.
i dont have any followers, im just saying that anytime you have vfin show up, its usually a sign of dilution. Look at how we ended the day.
vfin is a sign of dilution, we will see how the rest of the day holds.
yuck, vfin showing up now. Not a good sign.
Now that was a typical drop at the close. Still strange all this volume.
I been holding this for 2 years, ive never seen it act this way. Usually it gets a small volume quick spike and drop right back down. Ive never seen it slowly move up with buyers. So, this is acting different. There's been speculation about them having patents, others on here might know more about that. Highest volume in a year. We will see how this closes.
Exactly, thats why a pr to clarify that statement would convince others that there is no potential for dilution and to help clear everything up with ss
Ok, but thats technically not going short. ie short selling. You see this talk all over pinks and it just bothers me because no one can actually sell short. What people are then are doing is just selling stock. I wish we could really short pinks!
How can you go short in pinks?
Ive been in this thing for almost 2 years now. Its about time to see some news. The way I see it from a chart perspective only. We need to close above the .0008 on the daily level, this is the high and it cant seem to close above that. So keep your eyes on that. Also, the .0012-.0014 channel is resistance and where the sar would start to flip positive. If we can breakout of those levels we could see this really move. I think most are waiting for that break and/or trying to get this around the .0005 area. Since there have been some confusion on the release of those shares a pr to clarify that statement might convince others of no possible dilution. Been a lot of pinks coming out of dormancy to over .01, hopefully this can be one as well.
wow nice move today so far. Hope it holds its gains. Anyone seeing any news? Anyone pumping this? Why the jump. Im not seeing the usual pumpers on it or finding anything yet. Sure is nice to see this move upwards.
nice too see a little volume here, any news on this?
Any ideas why all this volume today?
zero volume so far, well looks like nothing here. strange all that volume yday and nothing today.
Why all the volume in this today? Was this being pumped somewhere? Any ideas?
im holding 200k @ .004 entry. What about you?
it kind of sounds like, what you said the other day, possible transfer between parties non broker etc. Still stinks, would have been nice to have had some sold. Maybe it will go back up and higher! At some point somethings gotta happen here. even if its a notorious suspension.
this was the response from my broker....
One common misconception regarding OTC equity securities is assuming they trade just like listed stocks (i.e. NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.). Dealers for OTC equity securities don't use the same trading and communication technology dealers for listed securities use. The more manual systems used by OTC equity dealers can lead to significant lag times in quotes and executions. This is especially true in the first several minutes after market open, and when a security begins trading higher than average volumes. During these times an order entered at the quote might not fill due to a queue of orders entered before that order, and/or orders entered at more aggressive prices.
Regulations do prohibit OTC security dealers from trading ahead of orders in their own book. However, this does not prevent a different dealer from trading at, or even through an order at another dealer. Therefore, at times you may see trades above and below your limit price while your order remains open. Factors leading to a trade printing through your price may include, but are not limited to, volatility, pressure on inter-dealer communications, the size and type of the transaction, and the accessibility of markets and quotation sources.
its hard to say, but it sure was a lot of volume and in just a few min going from .0006 -.03? I called broker and said, how did this get above my .01 sell and not fill me? They said, we will check into it.
PPTIQ, I had a standing order to sell @ .01 200k shares. None filled, how did this ever get above my order? That is the strangest thing ever.
tdameritrade... i wasnt watching the tape to see where all the orders went through at, but still, its really strange.
what the heck was that spike all about? That was strange. I had a sell order at .01 and it never filled either.
The real resistance level is .0009. There's around 20-30mill sellers sitting there. Just need bidders to keep upticking and staying strong.
There are so many ways to play OTC/pink stocks. one is based on products, company, earnings and etc. Playing it like you would are "real" company. The problem with that is, most otc are otc for a reason. I have followed otc and been burned probably more then anyone and you almost can never play an otc this way. You have to think they are all junk, but every junk dog has a trade. If you play based on price points, volume, and hype you will have a better trade. There are a few things that interest me right now. The level 2 keeps getting stronger, there has been unwavering support at .0004. This couldnt even get past trip 2 for months. Watching the tape, there has been a lot of volume going through now at .0005. the 52wk high is .0007. Right now it seems really thin. So as long as people are being patient it seems thin on the ask. Its not going to take much to get this up to 52wk high with this strong support. just my 2cents.
are the a/s and o/s numbers correct?
It was VNDM that squashed the gap today, hopefully those dilutors will stay away.
