When's the next pr for this one and how many shares outstanding?
Joint Venture
This is for all you skeptics who think there needs to be a policy change in Chilean law in order for MMTE to secure lithium reserves.
Local firms to tap lithium site in Chile
November 16, 2010
Two domestic companies have inked a deal to participate in a massive lithium project at a vast salt lake in Chile's Atacama Desert, a move that will help Korea secure a valuable natural resource used to make rechargeable batteries found in everything from laptops to cars.
Korea Resources Corporation (Kores) and Samsung C&T signed an agreement yesterday in Santiago, Chile, to acquire 30 percent of a lithium extraction project spearheaded by Group Errazuriz, which controls the mining rights to the salt lake.
Kores and Samsung C&T will invest a total of $190 million in the venture, with the companies gaining an 18 percent and 12 percent share in the project, respectively.
The deal marks the first time that Korean companies have secured a share of an actual productive lithium mine, as in the past domestic firms have only won the rights to explore certain sites.
Under the plan, the companies will establish a purification facility in the western part of the salt lake next year and a lithium-manufacturing plant near the city of Antofagasta in 2014.
The plant will initially produce 20,000 tons of lithium a year for Korean companies. Kores and Samsung C&T will eventually raise production to 40,000 tons annually, giving Korea an ample amount of the resource for years to come. Last year, Korea secured just 5,140 tons of lithium carbonates.
We break .005 on the next run IMO.
Kgem,
I've really appreciated your DD and all you've offered to this board; not to mention, many of the others who've contributed significantly - thank you. I had a simlar question pertaining to Chilean lithium laws a week ago and decided to e-mail Mammoth. This is what I asked and recieved:
Good Afternoon,
My name is ****** and I've been a shareholder of Mammoth Energy Group for quite some time now. I've done my research and looked into the Chilean mining market as far as my resources have enabled me to do so. Through the research that I've conducted I've noticed alot of Mammoth Energy Group's prominence rely's on the Chilean lithium market moving from a nationalistic policy to an open market policy. As far as I know and I'm sure as you know, lithium is still considered a "strategic" material in Chile due to its application in nuclear warheads and potential use in nuclear fusion power plants. In recent developments I know the Chilean Congress has been working diligently toward introducing a bill that would change current policies and enable an opening and increase in output of Chile's lithium supply on the world market. As stated in your third quarter report of 2010 in the "Plan of Operation" section, "The company expects the government of Chile to finalize and make drastic changes to the rules and regulations towards the mining of lithium in conjunction with its definitions as a strategic resource by the first quarter 2011 as so defined by its Chilean legal counsel." I haven't been able to find any further information on the status of these developments; except, that a possible decision may be made toward the end of April. Futhermore, I have seen no mention of the development of this bill on any of the boards. From what I gathered most sentiments from shareholders are to unload by mid April if MMTE does not have solid aquisitions. My question is, "Where does MMTE stand on the status of Chilean policy at this point and time?"
Reply:
Chile is still deciding. Our attorneys have told us that they expect some type of decision within the next few months.
remember things dont move at the same pace there as we are used to. Regardless of the timeline it has no effect on what we are doing - as the country will be opening up its "strategic lithium assets for mining" there is too much foreign money on the sidelines of which Chile needs the capital investments
Thanks for the email -- I should be covering everything in our next filing
regards
William
Take it for what you want; I don't care. I for one am happy with my investment here at MMTE. All my DD is pointing towards Chile's emerging market and MMTE being a part of that market. As Liebs stated, "things dont move at the same pace there as we are used to here." Do a little DD on your international business studies and you will find alot of facts backing this concept. We live on a monochronic time schedule here, while they live on a polychronic time schedule. All I can say is,"Have a little patience people."
Chilean Mining Minister Laurence Golborne is looking into incentives to attract investors and businesses interested in lithium, a rare mineral relatively abundant in Chile.
Currently, Chile has the world’s largest lithium mining industry, exporting roughly US$ 300 million a year. Golborne is looking to increase that tenfold to US$ 3 billion in the next few decades. Chile has one of the world’s largest and most easily accessible lithium reserves, found in the brines underneath the Atacama Salt Flat in northern Chile.
"We may never know how these additional shares will be used (as I am sure the financial terms will be kept confidential) but if the deal goes sour, or the value of the land was inflated, you can bet your bottom dollar the lender will recoup its investment by selling whatever shares that were part of the agreement
First off, what's the problem with the lender recouping its investment by selling the shares that were part of the agreement when the finacing is going toward hard assets that will draw revenues. Another thing, if we are being loaned money and the deal goes sour that money being lended will simply not be lended. You are being unreasonable.
We're just completing the first 3 months of 2011; we're not even half way through the year and you're gonna start bashing a stock thats had a 600% return and held its own. As far as I'm concerned, Lieberman has proved himself and still continues to prove himself. You find a CEO of a pinky that has been as upfront and honest as Liebs. GLTU. MMTE has did a terrific job raising the PPS to back its finacial obligations. The longs who have been with Mammoth Energy Group for the past 2 years and the longs who choose to get in today are going to get paid for their financial contributions; there is nothing that says otherwise. This is Mammoth's year. Everthing within the Chilean market economically and politically is pointing toward this. We are there boys and girls. This is it and it's only the beginning. There is no doubt in my mind that we are all holding a part of Chile's growing economy in our hands. The top of this is a long ways away and getting there is not an easy climb; but, it will all be worth it once we see the view. GO MMTE!!!
People who are watching MMTE from the sidelines are going to be kicking themselves when Liebs drops the PR. IMO it's best that you get in now because when that thing is dropped your gonna be in a race to get in all the way up to a penny and there after. This company is real and intends to disclose its legitamacy in the next PR. After said, our little baby here will be out of the whom and on the main market. See you all at the top, no doubt. GO MMTE!
A little off subject, but, has to do with the economic environment MMTE will soon find itself in... Good for trade liberalization.
Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Chile to form new economic bloc
"Peruvian President Alan Garcia announced on Sunday plans for Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Chile to create a new economic bloc, in an interview with El Tiempo. Garcia told the Colombian newspaper that plans are in place for the leaders of each nation to meet in Lima on May 2 in order to set out a road map for further economic integration."

It's the final countdown! Go MMTE!
Gotta think longterm ladies and gentlemen... MMTE becomes an actual company producing revenues it will be one of the cheapest lithium buys on the market; even at .05 and .06 a share. Sooner or later the real players of the market will find this little gem we have placed so much hope in; if, and when that happens is when the real action begins. GLTA! Go MMTE!
First post on the EXCX board. Great company thats about to do great things IMO. Check out who's on the board of directors. Alot of old money coming into play here. GLTA!
Staying strong here at the MMTE family. Looking forward to the coming years with everbody here. GO MMTE!
31,000 acres= 48.4375 square miles...
This is the anticipation of a few years coming to a head here. Go MMTE! Show the world how you build a corporation.
I've been watching SNRS for 2 months and I all I can say is "Ha Ha Ha Ha." GLTA! Take what money you have and put it into something that at least has a little less haze around the integrity of the individuals running the show. Seriously, I hope SNRS does good for those who are in it, but, from what I've seen this company likes to fluff up a flat pillow; you put your head on it and hit the floor.
IMO I don't think Liebs is gonna let MMTE fall with his next PR. Look at the PR he dropped last Friday when the PPS started to drop. He's building himself a monster.
After that one maybe the MM's will let this thing open up a little more. Then again, I have no idea. Hanging tight here. Go MMTE!
I think Liebs may have strung this thing out a little too long. Even with a ground breaking PR MMTE is losing its momentum going into pennyland.
Thats a good question. Someone else here may be able to answer that better. Judging from the way Liebs has been handling himself I'd like to think that the deals have been finalized, but, then again I don't know; that's what is key the success of this company. If we all knew the answer to that question I'm sure everybody would be refinancing their mortgages.
Won't matter if this thing falls out from beneath you; somebody will be there to pick it right back up. MMMTE gets land concessions in Chile this thing is gonna make you wealthy beyond belief. Brine extraction for lithium is the most efficient way of producing the metal; that means MMTE will be able to get their product to manufacturers quicker-giving them an absolute advantage in the lithium market. Long term demand is going up for the resource. Its in everything we use today. So, I wouldn't worry about a drop. She's going either way with the announcement of the anticipated press release. Live long MMTE!
I hope by some freak chance news comes after the bell today; that'd be great. Friday after the bell would be a perfect time to let news fly for MMTE.
Twenty-five and lookin for an MMTE high. GLTU
Thank you bud-day. Hope MMTE gets you to where you want to be. Good luck!
It's my birthday today; the third day of the third month.Lets break the 3's and go to 4's. GO MMTE!
Lithium production picking up at the decentralized levels. Lets get this land and get in the game. Hop on board, come one, come all, cause your about to miss the "Green Revolution." Don't be thinking that there will be another one coming cause the last one happened during the 18th and 19th century; it was called the "Industrial Revolution."

Gas prices up a quarter in 8 days. If the PR comes out within the next 2 weeks who knows where gas will be by then. MMTE is gonna be on fi-yaa!
She sat flat this morning and there were no flippers to be had; so i bought at the ask.
I'll be buying .0026's tomorrow...hopefully.
I agree, IMO the RSI and the stochastics are pointing that way.
Does anyone know any good sites where I can find the names of the Board Directors for the companies that Lieberman is affiliated with? I want to see if there is any key players in the game who run with him from company to company.
Kalahari Greentech, Inc.
Fox Petroleum, Inc.
Trilliant Exploration Corporation
Eco-Trade Corp.
I wonder what Lieberman is doing. He's the President of 3 Corporations; is he trying to create a conglomerate or a holding company. Apparently, he resigned from 2 of the company's on the same day. Anyone from a corporate perspective know why he would do this? From what Kgem said, his resignation is for regulatory reasons. What are those reasons?
Looks like Lieberman resigned from Trilliant Exploration Corp. too.
