We thank you for your opinion - which is simply that. Meanwhile for the first time in ever, the company is profitable and heading in the right direction. Interesting how the traffic on this board got a lot heavier after the announcement of a profit. TEVE will be here long after any detractors have moved on.
Because anyone engaging in an activity like naked shorting would be sure to report that fact. Just like Bernie Madoff and other wall street criminals. They were very open and honest about what they were doing. Whether someone or someones are short on TEVE or not, the fact remains this is a real company with real products and real income. Why anyone would be anxious to destroy a good American company making products in America for the public benefit (PEG channels) Is beyond me.
This board is about TEVE not my explanations. The company is doing fine. Anyone invested in it understands the company, thevrisks and the possible rewards. TEVE is never going into the cellar box. And anyone who bets against it is in for a lot of pain.
speculation and a joke frankly. that is not what happened at all.
Funny how if the stock goes up it is "market manipulation" by longs but if it goes down it's a "loss of value". Seems nothing here goes without spin, spin, spin. Fact is, no one has lost anything unless they sold shares less than what they paid for them. And as some are so quick to point out there is no volume and thus no sell off and thus no money lost.
The precise reasons you mention as a negative are the reasons I am here. Telvue, having a billionaire investor who asks nothing from a company except some preferred shares, is there to help. Telvue doesn't use a dime of my money to operate. As pointed out so many, many times by detractors the stock has no volume and is "illiquid" -- proving precisely that it does not depend on sales of shares to operate. The financials show how the company is making its money and it isn't off me. The arguments are self defeating. If the company were a shell or a scam as some claim then it would be all about taking public money to enrich executives. Clearly this cannot happen as literally years of volume don't add up to anything sizeable. interesting how the argument against investing is so fluid as to be contradictory. When the argument doesn't hold up that the company is in the wrong, simply go after its investors and make them look bad or criminal, starting with the one that has provided the most support.
I was at the shareholder conference. I know whose side Mr. Lenfest is on. There will be hellfire and brimstone on anyone who is on the short side of this company, believe it.
I don't think the investor that has a 91% interest in the company would agree and he seems to be doing alright financially.
There are no shares available at 3.00 and there never will be.
Hope you enjoyed your holiday in the Cayman islands meanwhile I had to work the July 4th weekend. But I don't mind I earned more money to buy more shares of Telvue. They can be gotten for under 19.00 apiece now and I am delighted. Like the song says, the future is so bright I have to wear shades. With what is coming down the pipeline I have no concerns in my investment. Go TEVE.
Well I have seen the financials but thanks for your concern.
Appreciate the thoughtful concern but it's my money and I know what I'm doing with it. TEVE is a winner.
I'm not worried.
Laughable. A company 90% owned by a billionaire that has no need of funding from sales of shares is not going to disappear. Go TEVE.
There is no lack of information on the company. But you knew that.
Telvue is in full compliance with any reporting they are legally bound to do as a publicly traded company on the OTC. If you disagree then send a report to FINRA and the SEC and post a copy here for all to see. Otherwise this is simply FUD.
Those that own shares know what is happening. Those that don't can continue to be in the dark. What gives you the right to know about a company you have no interest whatsoever in? Buy shares then you can know. I keep hearing "this is the only company that..." -- well guess what? I don't care. I own shares, I know what is happening and I could care less if you know or what you think about that. Go TEVE.
Huh? What difference does it make? This is FUD. They made a public statement about their finances. The actual numbers are protected by an NDA. Who cares? Seriously this is getting desperate.
How ludicrous. The financial reports show the company is expanding there is no bankruptcy threat. The arguments against the company are sounding desperate. More so daily.
I am going to need current email addresses for any interested longs sent to me by PM. Meanwhile I was disappointed I didn't have the time to get to my broker today to put some funds in my account. I want some of these cheapies. The cheaper the better and I ain't selling none until the squeeze.
Our board is blessed to have such a PROFESSIONAL on our board.
There are some shares for sale, you could always pick up a couple. I'm going to get some cheapies. At around 20.00 this is 10 cents pre-split.
The really good news of this company is that it has NO reliance whatsoever on sales of stock for operating capital. Imagine that!
Go TEVE.
I'mma gonna get me some cheapies!
As a retired commercial litigation/toxic tort attorney in Palm County, FL, you should know that things are not always as they appear. The meeting I would say went well. Beyond that I cannot comment. You of all people would understand the use of an NDA. The discussions opened at the meeting are continuing on email. This board has a handful of posters. Most of us are longs. It should be evident the longs will not be parting with a single share until the real payday arrives. TEVE is in good hands. The Board of Directors is well qualified and it's Chairman has not only sold a company in the past for 6 billion dollars but he has also been at the helm of the Philadelphia Museum of Art for 12 years - a collection worth billions. He knows what he is doing and so do I.
I would have no reason to post here at all if this board was not littered with FUD. I own shares. I'm not selling them. And I buy them routinely. Everyone here posts for a reason. I've made my reason clear. Perhaps others would do the same. But then again this board is about TEVE and not about posters.
If the volume was high the complaint would be that there is a massive sell off. That it's low the stock is "illiquid". No one ever seems to remember that about 95% of the shares are owned between Mr. Lenfest and company executives. 5% of a low float doesn't make for lots of movement up OR down. This board has so very few followers. So surprising it's such an active board. I wonder why.
It is clear that Mr. Lenfest has a continued interest in TEVE and its success, based on his large holding and his continued position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telvue (TEVE).
I might also comment that while some here try to soil the name of this company (TEVE) by comparing it to others on the OTC, they cannot refute that TEVE has actual patents, actual products, actual customers, actual wealthy investors, actual services.
The introduction section of this board has just about all the due diligence one would need on TEVE. Still, for those of us that attended the conference, there is no doubt the company is in good hands and has a definite direction it is moving in, that will benefit investors.
Go TEVE.
Fortunately most here completely understand what it means when over 90% of a company is owned by a billionaire. It is self evident.
PS Bill Gates does not own 90% of Microsoft.
This is a generality and FUD.
The report for TEVE for last year was positive.
There is absolutely no doubt TEVE is moving in the right direction. The NDA from the TEVE shareholder meeting prevents me from commenting further.
For a company (TEVE) that is supposedly not worth paying attention to, this is a really active board.
Just sayin.'
Go TEVE.
Thank you for clarifying and for your PM. Following the conference there will be a closed door briefing. Looking forward to mentioning this new FINRA report at the meeting. Go TEVE.
Today I was at the Philadelphia museum of art. Right in the lobby is a plaque thanking Gerry and marguerite lenfest for being founding members/donors of the museum. Gerry lenfest owns 91.3% of this company. It is not going anywhere. I will see him tomorrow at the shareholder conference for TEVE. I have total confidence in this company, whose chairman of the board and principal shareholder is listed in the top 20 philanthropists in the nation. He knows a good investment and so do I.
Please private message me the time of the meeting tomorrow. I have the address and I'm in town. But I need the time confirmed.
I have to be honest that I don't know what I am looking for on that report. If you do, please let me know. I need ammunition.
I will be driving but I will see you and Joe there nonetheless on Wednesday.
The next 2 trading days should be interesting to watch.

Well I put some money in my account this morning to buy some more shares, but I'd rather not pay 101.00 apiece for them. Still a bargain but I'm just sayin.
See you at the shareholder conference.
Was it 100 or 110 shares that traded today?
I have been putting in requests for TEVE shares at below Ask and the market makers handling TEVE have been handing out TEVE shares below Ask. It's always worth a shot trying to get them. I got some TEVE shares at 15.00 and 19.00 when the Ask was above 20.00 - they were instantly worth percentages higher than what I paid for them. And because I have brought in some business for my online broker I have free trades for awhile when I buy TEVE shares. And I only buy TEVE shares.
Well then, clearly everything is above board in the OTC. Nothing to see here folks, move along. I will continue to pick up shares, secure in the knowledge that my orders are being handled fairly, swiftly and within regulation. Thank you for the reassurance.
Whatever you want to call it, a market is a market. And markets trade.
I wasn't aware that the financials were available yet. How did you get your data?
