Interesting. On Stocktwits, someone had mentioned that Medtronic would buy the ENOS 2 platform for 500 to 750 million dollars and perhaps an offer has already been given and is being reviewed. These funds would help Titan get ENOS 3 to market with its three armed platform. Did Medtronic know about the ENOS 3 platform? I don't think they did. Would love to be a fly on the wall to see the talks going on right now. We continue to wait. Thanks for posting the article.
I am thinking closer to $4 billion dollars for the buyout when you start to realize the yearly revenue for the next 20 years without patent infringement and its intellectual property. Could this be the week?
Work on ENOS is complete. Heard the robots have been delivered to Chapel Hill but perhaps not all. No need for engineers now as robots are complete. Medtronic continues to go through IDE with our technology piggybacking along the way. Titan under strategic review. Like the night before Christmas. Not a creature is stirring. No press releases. No responses from Titan. Appealing the NASDAQ decision which means they should have evidence to prove they will be over a dollar soon or they have evidence showing an increase in pps. Share price continues to be stable. We continue to wait for the 3 billion dollar buyout. Or, Medtronic buys out our ENOS 1/2 platform for under a billion which helps Titan fund the ENOS 3 platform. Can you imagine Medtronic helping to pay for Titan's 3 armed robot from payout funds for ENOS 1/2. That would be ironic. Thank you very much Medtronic. Price should climb a bit going into Friday. Would not want to be on the sideline after the close on Friday. Tic Toc. Scoop. Go Titan!
What if the buyout was only for the ENOS 1/2 platform and not the whole company? Now Medtronic will be paying for Titan to fund their better ENOS 3 multiarmed platform. So Medtronic is now paying for their competition to improve and produce ENOS 3 which will take more market share away from them. Some here are saying Medtronic only bought the IP and are not interested in Titan's SP platform. Fine. Would you rather have a behemoth DaVinci or a Hugo in your ambulatory surgery center or a sleek ENOS 3. My guess is the latter. It is cheaper and it has three arms. Again, 3 billion dollar buyout. Easy. A no brainer. PPS holding steady at 90 cents. Tic toc.
I suspect the merger agreement has already been presented to Titan and is either being reviewed or with Titan's surprise ENOS 3, discussions are taking place to negotiate a better buyout price. Again, between 1 and 3 billion but I am leaning towards the 3 billion dollar figure. The longer we go without news means the buyout has already taken place. PPS holding well. Again, low volume. Everyone is waiting patiently. Enjoy your day.
Interesting day yesterday. A lot of manipulation of stock price. Drops in share price on little to no volume whatsoever. Appears some shares sold for a small profit. Share price holding well. Meanwhile, Titan is piggybacking their technology on the backs of Medtronic. Each day gets better as Medtronic helps us and makes it easier for Titan to begin their IDE process. Thinking more of the same today with regards to share price. Small drops and rises as talks continue between Titan and major players until the stock is halted and we are sold. 1 to 3 billion dollar buyout.
NOBODY WANTED TO BUY INTUITIVE SURGICAL. NOBODY. THEY DECIDED TO GO ALONE. THEY ARE NOW SITTING AT $246.25 PER SHARE WITH A MARKET CAP OF 87.37 BILLION DOLLARS. THE PUSH IS ON BY MULTIPLE COMPETITORS TO TAKE A PIECE OF THIS HUGE PIE. OTHER COMPANIES UNDERSTAND THE DEMAND FOR ROBOTIC SURGERY WILL ONLY INCREASE. OVER 250 PATENTS LASTING 20 YEARS. A FUTURE THREE ARMED SINGLE PORT IN THE WORKS WITH A SMALLER FOOTPRINT THAN INTUITIVE. SORT OF LIKE DAVID AND GOLIATH. YOU EVER TRY TO MOVE A DAVINCI ROBOT OUT OF AN OPERATING ROOM? I HAVE. YOU EVER SEEN THOSE MOVIES OF GODZILLA GOING THROUGH AND DESTROYING A CITY? MOVING A DAVINCI ROBOT IS SORT OF LIKE THAT. YOU PRAY YOU DON'T HIT THE DOOR OR A WALL OR ANYTHING IN A HALLWAY BIG ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE IT. WORTH 1 TO 3 BILLION TO BE BOUGHT OUT.
Three armed ENOS will dominate in surgery centers. Nice sleek design with a small footprint. Changing the future of robotic surgery. We are getting close. Continue holding. Still believe the company is worth 1 to 3 billion. 20 year patents. I still believe they were designing ENOS 3 behind Medtronic's back. Brilliant. You don't think Intuitive doesn't want them? Wonder why they just don't buy them now? Oh wait, Titan is already tied to Medtronic. Tic toc.
The value will be somewhere between 1 and 3 billion dollars. Around $30 per share. Not a bad return gentlemen.
Why give a hint and not follow through? I am a long but sorry, I call bullshit.
We just need one more buyer. Medtronic or ISRG. Either will do. Will this be the day?
Dilution or buy out Tuesday. Place your bets.
Perhaps Intuitive will buy Titan and eliminate any competition. We will see. Hope shorts covered on the weekend.
TWO MORE DAYS TIL BUYOUT TUESDAY. DID YOU COVER? WE CAN TAKE A GROUP PHOTO OF THE TITAN SHORTS. SHOULD WE USE THE OLD CAMERA OR THE OLD TITAN CAMERA. LOL.
BUYOUT TUESDAY. HOPE YOU COVERED FOLKS!
Dilution or buyout. Buying or selling? Time keeps a ticking.
Short shares have been returned. Should climb a bit more today. Profit takers. Nest leg up today. If big news, then a big jump. Buyout and Kaboom! If no buyout, possible dilution to get Titan through IDE which will improve their value. Buyout price will then just get bigger. Nobody will buy Titan because it only has 2 arms. Oops! So much for that theory. Will now have three arms. 255 patents and climbing. I have mentioned this fact in the past. NOBODY WANTED TO BUY INTUITIVE. NOBODY! If nobody wants to buy Titan so be it. It will be another huge mistake. Posters keep saying nobody cares about Titan and nobody wants to buy them. Hilarious! Competitors trying to develop their own SP platform to compete. People here say SP technology is not marketable. That is why multiple players are spending hundreds of millions of dollars on the technology. Because they like throwing their money away. Again. Hilarious!
A little blown away myself. At first I thought the video was computer generated. Thought there is no way the video is real. Secrets like this one are normally leaked. Interesting how we never got over a dollar on the news. Profit taking or the market trying to keep it under a dollar to force a buyout? Shorts? Hard to know the truth. We will see what today brings. Hope they have some more news to release in the coming days if not today.
I am a bit of a realist. There is no mention of the first generation being complete. No unveiling of ENOS 1. No mention of Medtronic buyout. We know they are running out of cash. Either Medtronic is not interested or Titan is playing hardball. The concept is there for next generation but computer generated videos are incredible. Is this robot built or is this an animated video? Finally, Titan can issue 92 million dollars worth of more shares if needed. Will it pop and then more shares issued and Titan goes it alone? At least shareholders will feel better knowing the future looks pretty damn good and they will continue to hold longer.
Actually quite blown away that Titan would actually include these words in this post. Unbelievable. Tactic to increase share price on Monday? Sure won't look good if there is zero substance to the use of "tuck in". Titan BOD are either brilliant or idiotic. Guess we will learn shortly. If you are shorting the stock, what do you do on Monday? Have a good weekend pondering your decision.
Will Vicarious Surgery's robot you have been promoting have 3 arms in the future? They are going to need the 3rd arm to help hold up the share price. $1.91 and dropping. Down from $10.

Interesting post by Eric Heinz on LinkedIn. Posted yesterday. Includes a video done by Intuitive and Freethink of not only the importance but the shift in direction to single port robotic surgery. Who is going to compete with Intuitive with this specific market share with regards to single port robotic surgery? I think we know. It seemed a little strange that he promoted Intuitive at first. Then you realize ENOS has not been unveiled. Perhaps the buyer will be given this opportunity. It allows the buyer to get the fame. Naysayers will say that ENOS is not ready or Titan is going bankrupt. To each their own.
255 patents, snake arms, haptic technology, artificial intelligence, 3D, etc. and you say the camera and light are the only good things with regards to ENOS. Who are you trying to convince? I have been in rooms with the DaVinci is being used and another port had to be placed or an assist was at the bedside with a grasper helping with the procedure. Even the mighty DaVinci robot needed a human to help. Your right. ENOS will fail. Guess they are going to put bunk beds in the OR to fit DaVinci in those small surgery center operating rooms. Have you seen the size of ASC operating rooms? Some rooms have to be shut down because DaVinci takes up too much space in an operating room when not in use. Have you ever tried to manuevre DaVinci out of an operating room? My guess is no. You know how scary it is to move the multi armed behemoth out of a room. Pretty damn scary. You pray you don't hit a robotic arm on the operating room door.
Will tomorrow premarket be the day with news of the robot's completion? Or are they waiting for the JP Morgan conference. Perhaps Medtronic will show ENOS the robot at the conference. How do you appeal Nasdaq if there is no incentive for Nasdaq to keep you listed? Tic toc.
Cool story bro. I can see if you are an investor studying the stock hoping for the success of a company. It is a mystery to sit here for years hoping for a company to fail. I am not that type of person. Trying to make surgery safer for people and you want it to fail.
Interesting how the announcement of receipt of the robots is delayed even though we know they are at Chapel Hill. Also interesting that MDT and TMDI IDE are timed the same. Also interesting that Titan is appealing the delisting decision. Why appeal when you are going bankrupt? Cool story bro.
This is not a Titan message board. You are still confused.
Looks like it is down premarket as well. Ride it down. Hold on tight. Yeehaw!
This is not a Titan board. I think you are confused. Sort of like your investment here. As a moderator you should be aware of the fact that you have to stick to the subject matter.
Boy. That must have been painful.
I see.
Wow. Looks like this stock keeps dropping. Is this a good time ot get in or will it drop further?
Looks like it didn't last since you posted this comment. pps is lower now, right?
Wow. This stock sure has dropped in the last year. Glad I didn't get into a year ago.
Not a creature is stirring, not even a mouse."
Excellent post!. Our time has come. Happy Holidays everyone!
Medtronic is very fortunate to use the camera system and instrumentation
from Titan. Yes, they are allowed to use this IP. HUGO and ENOS are two different robots each with a apecific market. I believe one robot will complement another. ENOS can be placed in outpatient surgery centers that are dated and have small rooms. We have already discussed this fact ad nauseam here. Perhaps Medtronic will not want a competing robot with the exact same technology in them. Doubtful and far fetched but still a possibility. Bottom line is Medtronic is extremely familiar with Titan's product and will be coming to market and around the same time. Medtronic wants to compete with ISRG. Just seems a little strange that they know Titan is also coming to market and will also be a competitor and has the technology that is shared with Medtronic and yet you are saying Medtronic has ZERO interest in Titan. I am know sure who you are trying to convince but we do not believe what you are saying. Everyone has an opinion. Yours differs from most other people here and you are welcome to your opinion. We just thing you are wrong.
I don't understand? You were singing to the public "Oh the great Bill Gates is backing this incredible single port robot." 80 percent plus drop in share price for Vicarious. .Founded in 2014. 8 years later and share price at $1.87. Ouch. Perhaps you can help us and quote the pps for RBOT when you decide to help us by posting TMDI share price. Now RBOT is the same as Titan? Interesting. Thanks for the comment. Quite helpful.
TMDI 71 cents after market yesterday. Someone forgot to update us. A moderator had mentioned Vicarious here recently. Sitting around $2, down 80 percent from its highs in the $10 range.
Looks like one of them is already a whistleblower in saying the robot is completed and it will be announced shortly. Will today be the day? We will see.
