I suspect the merger agreement has already been presented to Titan and is either being reviewed or with Titan's surprise ENOS 3, discussions are taking place to negotiate a better buyout price. Again, between 1 and 3 billion but I am leaning towards the 3 billion dollar figure.The longer we go without news means the buyout has already taken place. PPS holding well. Again, low volume.
