New poster. Hi, I am moving over from the Yahoo Message board since this is a 'light' board (for now) and we can talk more facts than opinions. I am a long at an average cost of 45 cents. So, I will be biased to the long side of course. But I am a facts based guy and willingly read and respond to any negative facts that are presented as well. So far, the negatives were bankruptcy possibility and de-listing. The de-listing is not an issue till Apr 1, 2014 at the earliest. As for bankrupty, they has $26M in cash as of Jul 2013. With the new cost model, with $80M in YOY cost savings, and the new revenue model that is closer to $150M than $250M before, the FCF will be less than -$3.3M/quarter, which was the case for 2Q13. Using that as the worst case scenario and no improvement in the business, that gives the company 7 quarters to burn through the cash. And that is not including any new cash from the sale of Mobclix, any new money that can be raised from a PIPE (52M remaining in AS) or additional loans from HSBC (they extended $7.5M in July). So the negatives are accounted for. Anything new is welcome other than re-hashing the journey from $20 to 33 cents in 2 years. I shall post some DD I have uncovered since Aug 21 2013 in the mean time. Hope to have some meaningful dialogue here instead of predicting near term stock moves or spouting opinions like this stock is a POS etc. BTW, I posted as betasplen on Yahoo if you want to track some of my earlier posts there.
