Pump? What pump? LMAO! I do know this, the Chinese buy a lot of oil, even in North America. The low quality stuff practically turns to kevlar when they cook it. I think that a quality product does have a very good demand. Check into food prices. Prices on these commodities are doing very well but margins are the crux. Fast service restaurants are not doing so well. If this drops a lot on silence, it will be a very good buy on news.

NatGas, corn, oil, soybeans, they all get dumped into the same streams. There is a price and a share of the market. What's the big deal?
For what it's worth, the last time it saw $0.40:
Looks like the old website to me, and it looks fine. There is still no physical address given, so I guess if anybody actually wants to do a drive-by, they need to pry it out of PRPM. I doubt that a street view would reveal much about a server installation and it might be all leased stuff anyway. That dude I gave you claimed to have worked there in 2009 or so? Looks like contacting a "sales rep" may be an alternative. Would probably need an account to get through to support.
Tricky business, "Clouds".
Thank you! Wonder why it is generating the Buzz? We know it glides like basil butter over steamy pasta. Perhaps somebody is trying to tell us something...or they are just hungry.
Where is that board? TIA
Shorting and Distorting IS illegal...not that the laws are very conducive to proving it. Most shorts are pretty savvy and hence pretty quite traders. The negative posters...the ones not on a mission, are most often the ones who want to shake some weaklings. Some are just so good at decreasing expectations that they kill the MOMO they hope to take advantage of...idiots. Straight shooters, with some time on their hands, might just give you some clues or ask pointed questions like, "Why so many PRs?"

Get 'im! Person Mark #467 for you. GL
Per your PM: Umm, not really. Would that be a bad thing? I just seem to bump into him a lot. Not really posting much on my own stocks, just killing time until evil stalkers get bored.
Oops! That was for Spoochy. Sorry, ddt.
That's more than I had. When I checked the website, there wasn't even an address or a way to contact them. The missing website is totally wonky, since they are presumably in the business of making connections and that was the only apparent listing, that we could find, in the freakin' world. ProTek has it listed in their acquisitions but the link is dead. Not sure what they have got to IPO, if that is their plan. They got some 'splainin' to do!
Found this:

Probably WAY BEYOND most people's ability to discuss intelligently, but they are far from announcing results either way. What they are well prepared to do, is issue some more shares into the market and to their lenders and reverse split to prime us for a new round of PRs. I think pinks have created a lot of experts in THAT field. PumpBoy alerted a lot of people to get in here on some "nice" news yesterday with promises of .018 and the like. That lasted about 80 minutes. Now for the real cause of Alzheimer's, mind numbing boredom.
Yup. Shares in a nice winery might be as promising.
CPOW Oils, so important to modern lifestyles, technology and animal husbandry, seem to be a good investment and not overly pumped if true in substance. The revenue statements alone, deserve a higher PPS than the .17 region where it was dawdling. I think I will put in a bid for about .27 and wait for it to fill that gap. .24 would be more technically sound, but I think the enthusiasm is high enough to prevent it from dropping that low. If not, good luck to all on a solid trend.
If that made you happy, .0018s will send you TO DA MOON! LOL
This is bent! Even at these prices there's nobody to buy them if it pops up a bit. 500 share ask slaps hardly cover a commission. Yawn in our faces, why don't you?
Has anybody located AcuteSys on a map or something yet? I took that up with Robert quite a while ago and he said that they used a virtual office and that would be cleared up by the time of the acquisition. Just wondering...
Looking Bearish @ .0002!? RSI 35. Sheesh. Not good. Not good at all.
Yup, a hoax...if Short and Distort stock fraud can be characterized as a hoax. Those who produced the bogus emails the night of the tenth, helped them get that old website off of the disk that it was stored upon and did a few cosmetics to make it look legit to the easily duped. Some very semi-gifted individuals plotted to take this company down. That is the inconvenient truth of the matter. Everything since then has been aimed at justifying that activity and may be considered to be extrinsic fraud perpetrated against shareholders.
It's recovering. New support @ .003...wait....0029...wait, dropping again...
You can read it as well as I can.
No, no, no. I am not trying to get anybody in or out anywhere. I like all of you guys to be careful, (well most of you), is all. If you look at the "playing the pullback" vid on that site you will see that this stock is almost the exact same image on the chart. It had a very nice run, a decent dip and a wonderful secondary but it may not go to .01 as some are trying to tell you. This is a slow week and it may not find the MOMO to release you from a heavy load if you get too enthusiastic, is all. Better to take a little profit or loss and play one with more oomph. The news was nice, as far as it went, but it was kinda fluffy to base much longevity upon. It needed to be said, as a matter of course, but most will read it and say, "Ho hum." That's all. Good luck, really.
It just dipped below it's last support before the basement. Be careful.
Give it time. It may be close...after the R\S. LMAO.
Don't worry. They won't R\S until they max the AS. They may play a few more PRs to help that along so there may be good opportunities to recover losses. This one seems to be working pretty well. Of course, there is always that tendency to look over-pumped and not attract comparable volume the next time, or the time after that. These things take a very long time to realize profits so there may be many chances to play it as the company claws away at survival. Perhaps big pharma cos. will be interested but they have plenty of time on their sides.
Too many interesting places to park money for long term investments to get tied up by an untested treatment, IMO. "Flip it and watch it but don't hold overnight.", is a good rule with these early stage drugs. Go with what you know, not speculation about some mysterious rumor of interest.
Not to mention, the lenders get the sweetheart protection, the option to get it again and the shareholders get it up the hoohah again and again. They have six months alright...six months to PR some heavy dilution before the split. They are obviously in a serious cash crunch so belly up to the trough and bail them out. Just be willing to hold through a year or two worth of trials and just as long for approvals.
THAT is the nature of biotechs.
Yes, as has been said, here: Watch for the "potential". Millions of shares @ .0025 and a one for fifty reverse split. Hella potential, that!
.0025 is a good bet, once the pumping settles down.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7614976
Sounds about right.
I see the potential for a lot of baggies when people who got suckered in by PumpBoy on this thin news actually read it and start dumping.
A few people hit a lot of boards pumping this one, who just bought in today. Keep a close eye on it.
Yeah, It won't kill you but it doesn't do anything yet. They are targeting a single molecule in hopes that it produces some benefit for several ailments. High tech vitamin C IMO.
Let's Go!
You should, of course, tell the SEC about any and all suspicious items that you are aware of or have clues about. Also tell anybody else who may have the power to intercede on our behalves. The geologist's emails and website WERE thoroughly discredited that same night. Prokhorov's objections are a civil matter, not a federal case of he said, she said. If he didn't want his name used, he should not have been trying to take us over on the sly. He should just be a man and offer a fairer price or back off and take notes.
I see many avenues for the company to take. No need to submit to a finite set of possible solutions, as neither the company nor shareholders need to get their advice and warnings from message boards.
SAEI $FIVE BILLION in estimated gold reserves, plus other precious and semi-precious metals. Somehow I don't think they will just walk away from that. If they don't want your shares when they tell you to give up, they are probably just jealous and afraid to risk it themselves. Good luck, Longs! Bless you and keep you and I hope this pays for all.
The buyout may not be the best deal for any of us, recognize that. That much gold encourages outside-the-box thinking and patience. Hidebound cynics are just not equipped for the treasure hunting adventure. Pooh!
Prokhorov, suspected of stealing from the Russian government is reliable enough to convict upon his word? Greg, who's website was down for 4 years before this all unfolded is another scion of credibility when so many other Geomins exist and could have figured into the matter in numerous ways? "Scam the SEC?" Hardly what has been proposed but rather that they have taken the word of and followed the leads of those with dubious agendas thereby jumping the gun in suspending this company. Misplaced trust and cronyism by those within the SEC with people who have set themselves up, upon their own initiatives, as authorities on what is permissible or not for us to trade, is the best description of what we have seen.
SAEI.OB Ah, using the old "negative book value" argument to make your case, eh? Let me check...Yup, I see one that I crunched the numbers on, just a while ago, still trading and strongly, with about 17 market makers on it ATM. Still in debt too. These are startups that often need to bootstrap and, yes, some even sell stock to raise capital. How scandalous is that?! You would put half the OTCBB stocks and perhaps 80% percent of the pinks out of business and have destroyed practically every trader on IHub to have successfully made that argument. In fact, a huge percentage of the United States population can claim no better for their personal finances. OMG!
Wait a minute! The freakin' deficit! Call the SEC and shut down the government!
Here is the real gem, though:
I applaud the occasional bits of honesty that slip out, even though they may tend to incriminate the heck out of some Short and Distorters.
SAEI.OB Not only motive, but it is apparent that Prokhorov is quite the serial reneger. He tends to make offers and go back on them quite frequently. Also merger bids, not always with complete authority and certainly surrounded by a lot of confusion, as some even deny his advances. I doubt that those who cried foul over the buyout PR are so simpleminded as to believe that Prokhorov is some kind of choirboy. That scenario just fit their agenda and was quite fortuitous for them. I'm sure those invested in taking the company down, will once again deny the historic connections between Mikhail Prokhorov and Andrei Yasinskij, as have been demonstrated here in the past.
http://www.midasletter.com/index.php/russians-aim-for-top-3-gold-production/
Seems to me that a very dangerous precedent has being set, and all companies would do well to remember that transparency and too much information is the Achilles Heel of all. If any company that you own stock in ever announces a JV, reverse merger, merger or tender offer and the indicated parties are not willing to confirm immediately, let the suspensions begin.
Please don't bother bringing up "Greg" again. He could have posted but chose not to. Far too many unanswered questions still exist about that fiasco. Those emails and the manner in which they were presented did more than enough to discredit him to most longs, IMO. We have no idea who that guy is or if he even went to the SEC. Those here Friday before last, will recall that, as soon as the first email was posted, the board lit up like New Year's as proclamations of "SCAM" were shouted and celebrated. Laughing and joking about his weird website is not really an explanation of anything. That is as shady as anything involved with this takedown, to date.
In addition, please don't expect much traction with the fallacy that the company claimed ownership of the property that the mines are on. The red herrings new shows seem to be harping on seem to relate to the ownership of the land, as if we had claimed such a thing. The rights to operate a mine, improve the site and exploit the resources have been covered at length here many times before. Much of what they need has already been placed in the IBox. Oh wait...
I find the denials of short interest to be waxing ever more strident. When trading irregularities are discussed, dilution is blamed, along with the TA. You see the pattern.
Finally, as has been made clear to me, a possible best opportunity to recover the most from your investment might be to encourage all longs to hold when trading resumes. I would never just slink away and accept defeat because some new "friends" show up, who have never owned the stock or sold earlier and advised as such no matter how pleasant they seem. Talking to somebody who actually works for you and is authorized to give such advice, like your broker, would be a very good call.
I like you Nitwit and maddogs is also one of the ones that I can respect over there. You kept it pretty real and didn't jump on the bandwagons...much. Mostly, I am not a fan of having things rammed down my throat.
I don't necessarily agree with the dilution theories, (CSTI or VERT) but I guess it is possible. I'm no fool. I know that if they were ever going to go anywhere, they had to bootstrap the deals and keep interest alive. Might not be wise, might be shady but it is a gamble just like when some max their credit cards to buy stock or trade with unsettled funds. They are risking a lot but presumably they envisioned great rewards for great risks. That alone does not mean it is a scam.
GLTY.
SAEI.OB I find all the interest in a Conference Call, that did not occur, to be rather senseless. It is obvious to anybody, who has paid attention, that the entire matter was taken to another level over a week ago. The most critical business at hand is dealing with those who have been manipulating this stock so that we can get back to trading. That has been an issue of key importance since long before the mineral report. The path to freedom lies over the bodies of our foes. Once they are well and truly discredited their complaints to the SEC will have to be dismissed as they will have been crafted and submitted by criminals who took advantage of positions and special access to commit fraud.
Shareholders have been intimidated and are terrified by faceless individuals who have wielded such influence barren of liability for so long. As I have said before, we have many friends out there with money, influence and lawyers, ready to take up our cause. The little guys at Supatcha are standing up for all of our rights. Now they are trying to dispel the popular myth that all startups are run by crooks and must perform by shallow and arbitrary standards imposed by people with no goals beyond destroying companies and honest shareholders for a little profit. The ability to bootstrap growth is vital and must be protected. How ironic that a little company exploring in the Ukraine, should represent so well what this country needs so badly to restore confidence in our markets. Success for Supatcha may replace some of the fear that has devastated our economy with a ray of hope that could snowball into great things for the world. Naked short selling, on any board, has no moral justification in such desperate times. Why are a privileged few still allowed to destroy so much wealth and continue to profit from their crimes?
I am ever so proud to be associated with this little David of a company, patting him on the back as he bravely strides forth to slay the Giant.
SAEI.OB It has been proposed to me that the SEC is speediest at suspensions, whenever their short buddies get caught out and buying pressure is too intense for them to bring the price down further. I have definitely seen a fondness for shorts expressed in some SEC publications. All of the denials of short interests seem to be red flags to me. It has also been suggested that if all longs hold their shares when SAEI resumes trading the shorts will have no choice but to cover. That could send prices sky high, if the suspected quantity of counterfeit shares have been produced by any means. I don't know of any particular misdeeds by the SEC, but that so many have such suspicions definitely councils involvement by the F.B.I., IC3 and any sympathetic and honorable elected officials that you can contact. If somebody at the SEC is doing someone, other than the public, a favor, he needs to be unmasked by his superiors and dealt with. They are not gods and suffer the same human weaknesses as anybody else.
