You should, of course, tell the SEC about any and all suspicious items that you are aware of or have clues about. Also tell anybody else who may have the power to intercede on our behalves. The geologist's emails and website WERE thoroughly discredited that same night. Prokhorov's objections are a civil matter, not a federal case of he said, she said. If he didn't want his name used, he should not have been trying to take us over on the sly. He should just be a man and offer a fairer price or back off and take notes.

I see many avenues for the company to take. No need to submit to a finite set of possible solutions, as neither the company nor shareholders need to get their advice and warnings from message boards.
