oh that wasn't you that bought at a penny?
wheres the sub pennies all the haters were talking about? lmao
Holy shit the ask is at 9 cents just for a split second lmao
glad i picked up 125k yesterday. I've got a pile of 801k shares now. Betting this thing is gonna blow up soon.
I didn't know that 1 drop of it can leave permanent damage. Did you? Nobody told us it was that deadly. All the safety equipment in the world doesn't mean anything. One mistake and you can die.
How is this NOT like asbestos?
Approximately 100,000 people in the United States have died, or are terminally ill
The United States government and asbestos industry have been criticized for not acting quickly enough to inform the public of dangers, and to reduce public exposure. In the late 1970s, court documents proved that asbestos industry officials knew of asbestos dangers since the 1930s and had concealed them from the public.
cool. we're at like 250k market cap.
this stock has been beaten to a pulp
already married hcti.
she's a keeper.
she's got flaws but that inheritance money is comin brah
Yes I think this is really all we need. Some verified revenue. These deals are SOO huge that nobody is gonna believe it until they see it on the income statement. I'm waiting for the day we see 2 million dollars show up on the income statement and the price gaping up into the dollars.
A nobody company with a brilliant scientist behind it with polyurethane technology way ahead of it's time. Regulations tightening up on traditional isocyanate products. 5 F500 chemical companies working with HCTI to formulate next gen non isocyanate polyurethane products. PPG was the only one the company has spoken of and PPG won't confirm or deny the relationship but theres alot of evidence out there showing HCTI has been in several F500's doing testing. There is widespread knowledge showing the move towards NIPU. HCTI just went through a reverse split. Sentiment and market cap is at a record low as of today. More announcements are to be expected with more names and details. You picked a hell of a day to jump in IMO. 3rd Q report is due soon.
I swear HCTI is gonna hit soo f'n hard one of these days.
Book value means nothing when you have products in the pipelines. Look at some of the worst biotechs that have promising drugs in their pipeline. They haven't made a dime yet they are worth billions.
You realize just one of the f500 deals will put the company in the black in 6 months right?
They're working with 4 other f500's. By this time next year they could be generating close to 100m a year.
The only reason the company is worth less than 400k right now is negative RS, CD and OTC sentiment with lack of exposure. Nobody knows about this stock. They are the worst scammers ever.
We were at 1 cent a year ago with 300+ million O/S. Something's up is about right.
Seems like y'all think they can just be traded like normal common shares by the way you describe it. They are not traded on the open market because there is no such a thing as warrant trading on the OTC except between insiders.
Also, several have implied the consultant is unloading his warrants. This cannot be the case unless he likes to lose money. His cost basis is .065 per warrant.
The consultant being loaded up on warrants is a good sign they see revenue around the corner.
Agreed developing products with F500's isn't cheap. I look forward to seeing the dilution disappear and the price appreciating to where it should be now that they have their first products on the shelves.
You're spewing more garbage. Warrants are NOT common shares. They cannot be traded unless you sell them to another insider. You have to BUY common shares with the warrants in order to SELL them back. You have no clue.
You didn't understand anything he said and both of you have no idea how warrants work. lmfao
So they fooled the EPA and Industrial Finishes?
Let's affiliate everyone!
He has to buy stock first with the warrants before he can sell anything. Who's he gonna sell the warrants to? You can't unless you are an insider.
HCTI could have used the PPG card last year but they didn't until now. They did it only after they have paid a consultant an exorbitant amount in fees and during a most delicate time after heavy dilution and reverse split. Basically the worst time to cash out such a card in the most muddy market this stock has had. PPG neither denies nor confirms the relationship. Take it for what it's worth but I don't think I have ever seen an example of anyone making claims they have produced a product with a 27 billion dollar company without getting slapped on the wrist. They are either really horrible scammers or are they just releasing what they can and when they can.
I understand how p&d's work. This isn't a pump and dump. Pump and dump is a term used by fraudulent OTC companies. HCTI is doing everything legally. Everything is written out clearly in their financials. They are a legitimate company using CD to fund their operation. I haven't seen anything to suspect they are not doing business with F500 companies.
The company hasn't released a PR in months. They are the worst scammers of all OTC.
Yes, every PR is met with selling. That's just how the market is working with this ticker with lenders trying to sell into low a liquid time we are in right now. That doesn't mean this is a pump and dump. It's just there isn't an investor base right now given the company has been through a big dilutive period.
During the six months ended June 30, 2016, the shareholder-creditor loaned the Company $503,832 through loans payable - shareholders and the Company made a cash repayment of $15,000 and repayments through the issuance 2,625,000 shares (525,000,000 shares before reverse stock split) of common stock and 8,100,000 (1,620,000,000 warrants before reverse stock split) warrants to this consultant of $172,200 and $531,000 respectively. During the six months ended June 30, 2015, this shareholder-creditor loaned the Company $172,751 through loans payable - shareholders and the Company made cash repayments to this consultant of $3,000 .
The consultant bought 8,100,000 warrants for $531,000. The consultant basically took the money HCTI paid him and put it back into the company in exchange for commons and warrants. He's fully invested. He owns a large chunk of the O/S. He paid .0655 per warrant.
You don't understand how warrants work. No matter how much you repeat the same bs.

no. he bought a finite amount of warrants. they convert directly into commons guaranteed at .065 or lower. He would have to purchase that amount of shares before selling them. -_-
again. you have no idea what you are talking about
no his cost basis was around .065. You have no idea what you're talking about.
nobody nailed nothing. The consultant is invested and he's the most important person in the entire company. He IS the company.
The consultant owns warrants so that is enough confidence for me. The consultant does all their business on behalf of the company. Not the CEO.
What the hell are you talking about? Yeah the ask was a 8 cents.
Not sure what's up with that .0398 trade when the bid was above it. This is trading is so messed up today.
been waiting for 1 cent shares. i mean, all those millions of shares dumped into the market and we can't get below 4 cents. why would anyone buy all these shares! this makes no sense! haha
every major pr has been met with major selling. that doesn't mean it's a pump and dump. they have lenders that need to get paid so they can barrow from them again. that is their only source of income until they get a solid revenue stream.
Yeah well I guess they all fell for it when it ran to .19 a few weeks ago.
it was at 8 cents for a several minutes.
They released news on a Thursday last time soooo....who knows?
One of these bottoms around this area has to be the one before we never see these prices again with what is coming.
You were the biggest skeptic. Now you're a supporter. I don't think anyone should have reason to doubt there is at least some truth to the F500 connections. If you don't think they are real then this has been the most elaborate scam on OTC. They would be incriminating the EPA, IF and PPG into it.
I agree it won't matter how many shares they have sold or how many reverse splits they've gone through. If there is any truth to the F500 connections and their commercialization effort then there is simply way too much money to be made by owning this stock as their payday hits. You can continue to have a negative view on the company or you can get in and out at the right times and enjoy the ride.
ask is at 8 cents. your crystal ball sucks.
I think they will. They're taking the only options they have to push commercialization. It's either dilute the company or walk away and everyone loses. They can't operate without selling shares to us. They would go back home to Israel. It's a nobody company that has one of the most brilliant chemists behind it doing some crazy things at the top of billion dollar chemical companies. Nobody believes it until it actually happens and from what I've seen it's actually happening.
IF you look at the last Q they state they only need 600k now so I think just doubling the O/S every year sound more likely.
trips and 3 cents is a huge difference man. Like a 300 dollar stock and a 3 dollar stock.
They were already at about 700m O/S at that point up from about 300m. My original statement holds true. They had to more than double the O/S to pay the consultant fees. 2015 was the most expensive year to date. Latest Q shows the consultant has taken in alot less in 2016. My guess is they hired the consultant to start the commercialization effort.
You're partially right. If they continue to burn at the rate they did in 2015 we might be looking more of a 25m O/S by early next year. And we could see more than 50m by this time next year.
