They were already at about 700m O/S at that point up from about 300m. My original statement holds true. They had to more than double the O/S to pay the consultant fees. 2015 was the most expensive year to date. Latest Q shows the consultant has taken in alot less in 2016. My guess is they hired the consultant to start the commercialization effort.
You're partially right. If they continue to burn at the rate they did in 2015 we might be looking more of a 25m O/S by early next year. And we could see more than 50m by this time next year.
