Hey Scott
Have you heard anything more from this Dennis G. Ruggeri guy, or from Dror himself? What is his role in all this? I know you probably don't have the answers, but there are so many unanswered questions here. It would be nice to know their plans.
Thanks!
Mike
You seem to have background with Dror and his other dealings, including HSCO. So, from what you've witnessed before how far do you think he can get the shareprice with some well timed news? Right or wrong, I appreciate that you provided past history to support your opinions. A balanced perspective here is helpful.
Volume over 1 million before mid-day.
I was convinced, as many have communicated here seem to agree, that this change of hands in InfoSpi was going to be one big Pump and Dump. After this news, I'm not so sure. It seems that Dror is doing what he knows best with this potential acquisition of an LED lighting solution company. Let's hope there are big developments in the works at NexPhase. Something here makes me think that Dror and Jon Cooper were close before this LOI. So, I don't think we'll see a rush to get a pump done before March 15 if this is actually going to become a real and ongoing entity. If that proves to be true, they will take the necessary time to get compliant and stay compliant and not rush to pump share price.
I also wouldn't expect the upcoming negotiation period to drag on while they determine how many shares of ISPI will buy NexPhase. It shouldn't be too contentious; I would hope it will be friendly and relatively smooth since I would bet this was all probably in the works before Dror took over InfoSpi. My guess this Letter of Intent and potential deal was the reason for Dror taking control of InfoSpi from the beginning. All just my opinion.
Go ISPI!
I'm still around, but there hasn't been much to say lately. Something is coming. This may give us a clue based on the response Scott received and who it came from.

I can understand that he can't communicate with individual shareholders. Also, press releases on the PR newswire tend to be expensive, so I'm sure InfoSpi tries to only release public news when there is something worth reporting. It makes me wonder if there isn't another way to distribute information, like maybe www.infospiinc.com. It's not a typical job of a CEO to keep a website up-to-date, but I would **volunteer** to post updates if there is no one else. But, maybe we're asking for a little bit too much. Do we deserve updates about every project in the pipeline before they are completed? That's an open question, because I honestly don't know the answer.
A recent post made it sound like you sold all of your shares:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=55346199
Why the confusion?
This is the kind of story I would like to see some day soon about InfoSpi:
http://www.niagaramag.ca/sitepages/?aid=2266&cn=Features&an=Feature%201
Instead of sitting on a pile of plastic, Mr. Mayan could be sitting on a pile of old tires in a landfill. I figure tires make a better photo opportunity, than sewage, sludge, or animal waste.
I would believe you! I tend to believe anything I read, as long as it supports my position. ((Only somewhat true))
With all seriousness, if we (and you) don't post info from other sources and opinions on this site, then what is the use of the iHub? Whether or not the rest of us that read any given post makes the effort to independently verify any claim or quoted source is our responsibility.
What did I miss?!?! :)
I hate losing money, but I'm not panicking.....yet. I will admit I knew very little about the company when I invested for the first time. I made a classic mistake (that I hope ends up being a GOOD mistake).
I had just missed out on a big return after I watched another board with people making similar claims about the future of the stock price. I kept reading and watching and wondering if I should put some money in. At the end of the day, I didn't invest in that one, and regretted it as I watched it go up by a factor of almost 10X.
People on the InfoSpi board were talking about this company and sounding very similar to the story I just missed.
I admit it, Greg influenced me. There was one post in particular when he made a passionate plea that really stuck out. So, I jumped in. Even if InfoSpi were to rebound, I learned an important lesson about investing decisions.
Now, in regards to my opinion about Greg, I don't really have one. I don't know the man. I decided to invest knowing full well that I have no good reason to trust one opinion on this site.
Did Greg dupe us? Maybe. But, he didn't make my investing decisions for me. I did.
If Greg lied, then shame on him. If he was lied to, then I can't fault him, and shame on the person who lied to him. This latest development may be all for nothing based on an investor in a company stating that he has lost faith in a company. It happens.
With that said, the last post by Greg stated that he sold or is selling all of his shares. That could be true or that could be false. If I've learned anything, it's not to trust in everything I read.
This has become an interesting story to say the least, and I for one am sticking around a while longer if only for the entertainment value.
Good luck to InfoSpi and everyone invested.
I may be left holding the bag on this one. But, something in me wouldn't be surprised if there is more to come.
I am so very curious about one additional point that Greg made....maybe someone has an opinion.....why would Mr Mayan want a list of shareholders? Is he trying to raise money?
Mike
InfoSpi does not have unlimited cash to continue operations forever. In my opinion something good happens soon or this thing is done. I bought my lottery ticket months ago, and I've been hanging around waiting for something to happen. Scott did a wonderful job of listing all of activity where we hope to get some positive news. See his post from Oct 5, 2010. You could dip your toe into this investment with a few hundred dollars and pickup a few hundred thousand shares. But, I wouldn't buy much more than that now. That's all just my opinion. To the other shareholders here, this may not sound positive, but nothing I say has any relevance to the future success of InfoSpi. I still hold shares, and if this company and it's CEO executes I could make money.
Mike
All valid concerns about the way this company and CEO has communicated with shareholders. All of us here are put in a position to either believe that Greg is getting messages from the CEO, or not. I have my own belief, I think he is and being upfront with us, but my opinion is irrelevant to this discussion. I hope he is, but certainly there should be skepticism. Afterall, this is a anonymous message board on the internet.
Whether you choose to trust the communication and the communicator or not is beside the point. The point is we are actually left wondering and that isn't good. Perhaps we could try a different tact in our communication with Mr. Mayan and mention our concerns right upfront and share that the simple fact that the trust that the group can really be expected to place in one single anonymous internet dicussion board poster to share information is small to begin with and has been diminished. If anyone has suggestions about how this can be fixed, I'd like to hear it. I don't want to lose a source of company updates, but there has to be a better and more consistent way.
I also hope that Greg keeps posting. Perhaps one day we'll know how Greg (and all of us here) became familiar with InfoSpi.
This may brings some more eyes to ISPI after a big daily gain. This move was on less than $200 traded if my math is correct, so I don't have any idea what just happened. End of September would be a GREAT time for some good news. In my opinion. :)
Yawn! Hope something is happening while we patiently wait. If you are looking for a little more activity check out JBII today. Guys, I don't make stock recommendations, but at least something is happening over there.
Too quiet here. Hey, Shank, are you ready to bring your crew to InfoSpi? :)
That makes perfect sense. Thanks again, Greg. Good weekend to everyone!
Did you discuss timeframe for when you may speak again? Is he going to give you periodic updates? Thanks again for posting whatever you find out.
Mike
I have not, nor have I ever talked to Mr. Mayan, so I can go ahead and speculate on what the CEO of InfoSpi could be doing in Spain. Here are some reasons he could be in Spain.
A) attending a bullfight in Madrid
B) eating tapas
C) dancing the Flamenco
D) meeting with business partners from IBS Energies in Valencia
E) all of the above
F) none of the above
Thanks, Greg!
Crazy swings in price! With a relatively unknown company like InfoSpi, it makes me wonder how many investors there really could be and who is doing most of the buying and selling. It's not me, I'm tapped out. More seasoned investors here care to offer opinions on what would cause ISPI to break out upward? Can this start climbing without news of a new deal signed or big project, or is that really all we can hope for?
I know, right! There may never be a better reason to let her control all the finances!! (just kidding longs as we all know my investment in ISPI was a stroke of genious)
To get this back on topic, any news out of the InfoSpi camp?
Nice! I heard evil laughter in my head when I read that. Oh, to wield that kind of power. You and your people are more than welcome here! I just got engaged Friday, so a little volume and activity in ISPI would be a welcome sight!!
The slick new website lists the contact address as info@infospiinc.com
I've also tried haimmayan@gmail.com and haim@infospiinc.com, but I've not received any responses here.
Mike
If you are so inclined, feel free to go back and read my post.
Here it is. I've made a few additional comments.
I won't be ignoring anyone I've read post here, yet.
There are 2 sides on the issue of InfoSpi and the companies eventual success or failure.
- Perhaps you didn't catch that I was making a sports metaphor. There are two team here. Supporters and Detractors. I am a Supporter, but I also want results and I want updates on how my investment is doing. I would like to hear those updates from the company, but I'll listen to any source and decide how credible I think it may be. When I hear that we are days away from a CEO message and we don't hear anything or about rumors of a buyout with no sources cited, I think our team takes a tiny hit. That is just my opinion.
Based on the current scoreboard, I find myself on the losing side, and hoping for a huge comeback!
- Also true. My investment is way down. And, I'm hoping it comes back.
At some point InfoSpi has to start producing results and reporting good news, or I'll become a fairweather fan.
- InfoSpi does have to produce results and share those results. Good or bad, we'll hear something sometime. I just don't know when, and can't guess. We probably all have our own personal limit to just how long we would legitamately wait for some news to come out from InfoSpi and their CEO. That's also my opinion. Will I sit on this investment for 12 months without any news? No. But, I also don't think that will be the case. I personally think we'll be waiting between 6 and 12 months for some really good news. Amazing news. So, I keep my investment steady in InfoSpi. I haven't sold one share.
Ok, enough with the sports metaphor's, it must be football season! Mike
Lastly, again, I haven't sold one share. But saying that, it is my investment. Short or long, I still own shares in InfoSpi in the form of ISPI shares. Also, if I am ever wrong about anything, I will admit it.

I think that is a good idea. We all probably have some skills that we could offer free of charge while InfoSpi is getting things off the ground. Why pay for someone to design a logo or website design if a shareholder can do it for free?
Good advice. I'm not considering any rumors without a known source beyond the iHub.
I hope you have some good info, Greg. If you are right we could get some news today or maybe we'll have to wait over the weekend. Good luck to all!
Yes, if someone else can make a small buy now we can reach a penny! Haha!
The last trade today was mine.
This is a quote from the CEO in a recent email addressed to Greg:
".....we believe the company stock price is not reflecting the true value of our technology and we believe that the market will recognize this in the next 6-12 month ....."
Buy when you believe it makes sense to add more shares to your portfolio. That is what I am doing.
I still show the Ask at .0085
I'm not holding my breath for any kind of news. I don't think that is something a company can prepare, publish, and release in a day.
Updates to the website today......
www.infospiinc.com
Good news is InfoSpi is filing on time and is still a going concern. I will look at it closer this weekend, but my initial reaction is that, as we would expect, finding funding for on going expenses will be a challenge. Some will probably come from 0% loans or capital contributions from management and some more dilution (gasp). Let's hope this situation changes when we see some revenue from key deals.
They are currently setting up a fabrication center in Israel for Waste management and treatment, Tire recycling, and Alternate fuels.
Also of interest - Pursuant to the terms and provisions of an exclusive agreement currently being negotiated with IBS of Spain, we intend to manufacture and install a series of sewage re-treatment plants in North America.
IBS isn't dead, but appears to still be in negotiations.
Offices in Velencia and UK, but no specific mention of on going projects in those areas, just Israel and North America.
Mike
For those who may be new or new a reminder, this is what Scott is talking about.......
Hollywood ,FL (RPRN) 06/14/10 — Infospi (OTC Bulletin Board: ISPI) Infospi Inc announces the filing in the Republic of Argentina for a local, fully operational branch, which will be located at Olavarría 2772, 3rd floor, Suite A, Mar del Plata, Province of Buenos Aires. Dr. Gustavo A. Laya was also appointed as president of the Argentinean branch.
“ We are very excited with this new development. It will allow Infospi to expedite the deployment of our sludge and waste conversion-to-oil technology in Argentina“ says Haim Mayan, Infospi Inc CEO .
The appointment of Dr. Laya as President of the Infospi branch in Argentina will advance us greatly. Dr. Laya has a significant and extensive professional record, he is a well recognized lawyer and professor at multiple legal schools in Argentina. In Argentina, he formerly represented Kraft-Suchard S.A. (Philips Morris), Transmundo Home Video, Walt Disney Argentina, Flag Ship Inc. (United Kingdom), Emel (Chilean Electricity Company), Eco Waste Managing LLC (Miami University Company), and Sustainable New Energy (Plymouth, USA). He also held several positions in public offices, among others: Secretary of Government pursuant to Decree No 123 issued on January 23rd 1995 by the Mayor of General Pueyrredón District, Secretary of Economy pursuant to Decree No 1715 issued on December 1st 1995 of General Pueyrredón District, Advisor of the President of the House of Representatives of the Province of Buenos Aires, Advisor to the Cabinet at the Under Secretariat of Economic Relations with the Provinces of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Argentina.
I decided to try contacting IBS of Spain via an email in English. I'm not holding my breath for any meaningful reponse, but wanted to share my attempt with the group. I emailed here: info@ibsenergies.eu
If I get any reponse, I will share promptly.
Mike
Maybe we could try the questions about the dealings with IBS Spain with InfoSpi by contacting the other side of the equation. Does anyone speak Spanish? www.ibsenergies.eu
I like that we have established a couple points of contact for Mr. Mayan. It would appear that he is willing to communicate with Scott and Greg as representatives of this little group. Fine with me! And, this response definitely sounds like his language. Haha. I appreciate the effort and look forward to whatever is coming.
Good idea.
Does this help?
As I read this, it sounds like you would take note of the post # (#319) that is stuck at the top and go to Manage, then Manage Sticky Notes. Here is the explanation from the iHub help section.....
Sticky notes
What are sticky notes and how do they work?
A sticky note is a post that is selected to be featured/stuck at the top of the message list -- it doesn't scroll and is highlighted in yellow until the Mod/Assist/Admin removes it.
To be used to highlight important announcements, brilliant posts, or in the case of Admin - important board announcements.
They are added/removed by Mods, Assistants, and Admin.
Up to 3 sticky notes per board except that admin may add more.
Admin-issued stickies will also have red font.
To post a sticky, a Mod/Assist just needs the post # (not msg#), go to Manage, then Manage StickyNotes.
Great to see some new interest here.
Some have had luck contacting the CEO here: haimmayan@gmail.com
Also, here is a site to get a little background info on Mr. Mayan's other business ventures: www.mayangroup.us
I check the company website weekly to see if there are any updates, but it's still the same old stuff here: www.infospiinc.com. Like others, I hope an updated website coincides with news.
Good luck to everyone!
