Good news is InfoSpi is filing on time and is still a going concern. I will look at it closer this weekend, but my initial reaction is that, as we would expect, finding funding for on going expenses will be a challenge. Some will probably come from 0% loans or capital contributions from management and some more dilution (gasp). Let's hope this situation changes when we see some revenue from key deals.
They are currently setting up a fabrication center in Israel for Waste management and treatment, Tire recycling, and Alternate fuels.
Also of interest - Pursuant to the terms and provisions of an exclusive agreement currently being negotiated with IBS of Spain, we intend to manufacture and install a series of sewage re-treatment plants in North America.
IBS isn't dead, but appears to still be in negotiations.
Offices in Velencia and UK, but no specific mention of on going projects in those areas, just Israel and North America.
