I have said over and over that $.10-$.15 would be a windfall and all of us should be happy. BUT, let's wait and see how the business plan proceeds first.
SunScents, believe me I understand and appreciate your frustration. However, my wife and I are also in this until we are @.000 or we make a little money.
I am retired but owned two small businesses for a generation. I agree with some of what you ara saying. However, venting and stressing will not change things. As I have said in here for months, this will either work or it won't. I am good but not good enough to know the outcome. I would not bet either way. One thing I do know is that missing timelines means little or nothing as regards this situation. As a businessman you certainly know how difficult timing is.
I, also have stated that, even if very sucessful, QASP will never be a $1 stock. We have a nice position and if this thing, over time works out and was to hit $.10-$.15 I would be thrilled.
Banker, I believe I mentioned to you that we still have four teenagers at home, lol. Obviously I want QASP to work out to some degree but you are right, life goes on. Our four are at three different schools and all are athletes. 12 hour days for all of us does not leave a lot of time for bitching about this investment.
The best of luck to all of us and I continue to thank you for your input.
I don't. this may or may not work out but let's make a deal. I won't speak for you and you please don't speak for me.
Do not take this personally but your post is meaningless
Perfectly stated. I tip my hat to you!
I really feel bad for you, I mean really bad. If this is the best you can offer your fellow investors, well I am really sorry for you.
I believe you may be right. What I really hope is that, REGARDLESS OF THE CONSTANT WHINNING AND BICKERING ON THIS SITE, they have nothing further to communicate to us until there is actaully something to say. I have a large position and am concerned. However, as a business type I also have patience with this sort of thing. I have tried for months to make people here understand that timing, in this case, is meaningless.
You make a great point. let's trust you are correct. Thanks.
Now you have me really confused. Are we speaking about Mr. Bradley or the new team or both? As a businessman I have very little interest in this stocks past history. Sure I am most aware of it and have conceerns. However, I believe you to be mistaken if you truly believe a new team can bring this together in a week or so. I really am sorry for all of us but it just does not work that way.
So they should have this entire business plan arranged, funded and operational in the few days they have been together? Okay, makes perfect sense to me.
Are you referring to the new management team that hs been in place for a number of days? just want to make certain we are speaking about the same group.
Man oh man are you smart. Much thanks for your input.
I really do agree with you.
In many cases this lack of activity might be telling. But, with QASP how does one know. I remain a little confident that this company will build over time and might even make investors a small profit but only time will tell.
I really wish I could get many of you to look at this as an investment and not agonize over every detail and post.
My thoughts exactly. I keep telling my wife that.
I have wondered that for a week.
I think the "cleaner board" might be the best part, lol. Some of the posts the past few months are well, I don't know what they are but they serve no purpose.
I have been here much longer than you stated. However, not as long as some. I am certainly no expert. Not sure what you are looking for in your post however, as a business type I have patience. The sooner we all realize this will take a while and that the goal is to make money and not to get rich quick the better for each of us.
The very best to you!
As a long timer here I have to say that this is really starting to get interesting. If we can step back, remove the emotion and look at this as a start up, then those with a little patience MAY be rewarded.
Actually, you are correct. I initially got in to make a quick buck. My point is that, given my business background, after 3-4 days I realized I had made a mistake looking for quick money. It was only AFTER realizing my mistake that I began looking at QASP as an investment in a start up company.
Great points!
Greaet words. In fact, I just spent 3 hours hanging out with 2 of my 5 kids. Right now there are 6 teenagers in my house, lol. Think I'll go to bed.
Thanks for the kind words. I am a 35 year business type who has strong opinions. But, I never claim I am right and that others are wrong. I try to respect all opinions and think through what I read. My frustration on this board comes when there are silly, sophmoric and just plain goofy jokes made. Let's just keep talking and hope this works out for all our sakes.
Have a greaat weekend!
No doubt you are right. My point is that when I first got in I thought this was a quick in and out. About 48-72 hours into it I realized I had misjudged and was now in a true longer term investment.
See what a genius I am?
I am easy to please. I will settle for one shot of a 50 year old Single Malt!
Don't get me wrong. I would love 50%. However, as we are all aware, when we got in we thought it was a quick turnaround. Now we realize it is an investment. I have a nice position and 50% would be wonderful. But, 10% would still be really nice.
I actually agree with you. The higher the risk the higher the expected gain and the higher the risk of total failure. I am involved in an import business. Our current project is now in its' 28th month and just now started to gain traction. I am use to this which is why waiting on QASP is nothing to me. However, to your point, because we have investors who are also in this for a while they expect a higher rate of return than is the norm. I am, sort of arguing both sides of this discussion however, at the end of the day 10% for QASP given my position would be great.
Enjoying the dialog, thanks!
As a 35+ year investor, sure I would. If my wife and I make 10-15% on an investment we are most pleased. I dare say you would be thrilled with that sort of return. Don't get me wrong, I would love a big payday but that is not how these things work.
We may have to agree to disagree about your use of the word sheenanagins. Certainly they have been slow on occassion and have missed deadlines but that is how business works. Two weeks ago I stated here that of all the things QASP related to worry about, missed deadlines are the least important. Business works on success a piece at a time. Rather, let's all hope that the new team with Deans' vision is a winner. Time will tell.
Go luck to you!
This post is exactly correct. We have gone on and on about this. This investment is not for the weak of heart and it certainly is not going to fly overnite. My suggestion is to take a deep breath, hug your kids, have a cool beer and go about your life. No one is going to make millions quickly. It I can make 10-15% I will be very, very pleased. And,,,, I am willing to wait for that for a while.
I realize that. We must all keep our sense of humor. Good luck to everyone.
Why fast? For heavens sake have a little patience. Oh yeah, I forgot, it has been a couple of years. My last, very sucessful business venture took 3-5 yearrs to work out. I am now in one that is 28 months in the making and may or may not work out.
I guess my 60 years have taught me that there are no short cuts.
I absolutely respect your opinion. You most certainly have that right. All I am is saying is that thisis not the way the real world of finance and business works. New or "turn around" people never, never, never work fast. They were hard and dilligently and 24/7 but they do their homework and this will take time. I am very comfortable with that. I guess because I have seen it.
Again, do I know this will work out? Heck no. But giving it ample time, FROM YESTERDAY FORWARD is absolutely no problem for me. I will sleep well tonight. At the end of the day this will work or it won't.
Best fo luck!
Not in two days they don't. In my business world things take planning and time especially when new, legitimate PTB become involved. I am sory you are looking for a 48 hour quick fix. I would suggest something other than the world of money and/or business.
What are you referring to about my being unappreciative? I have no idea what you are speaking of. Your shot/comment makes no sense and is not needed.
I always do a great deal of DD on anything involving business/investments. Obviously I think this was an investment worth looking at. Guess what? I win some and I lose some and so do you.
In all sincerity, if you are invested I wish you the best of luck.
Let the gentleman speak his piece. However, what I have noticed is that he either does not have or is unwilling to share his homework. I am a businessman who works on facts. Maybe he is correct but it is interesting that hs will not provide specifics.
You may or may not be correct as to funding. You do not know and I do not know. What I would like for you to tell us is your specific and detailed DD on how you determined the new group to be "mismanagement." If you will, please, give us your well determined insite I, for one would be most grateful.
I just bought more. First time in a while. My wife and I have a nice piece and are very pleased. We are also very patient.
I do not understand your post. What is the point you are trying to make? Can this country operate without Quasar? Yes, it can,,, And your point is?????
Thank you for saying this. I have been preaching this for months. Quit looking at this 24/7. It makes no sense.
I have been saying that for months. We hold a number of shares and $.05-$.10-$.15 would be wonderful.
