For once in my life, I decided to take profits. Then look what happens!
Congrats Guys.
FITX
Anyone have a level II ?
This was my thoughts exactly. Takeover protection.
LOL, no just a lurker that decided to post. I do however enjoy his posts too.
I'm assuming they got the results back and they are planning a party.
The order is for 40 appeteezers. The person was supposed fax the order to Applebees but instead faxed it Edgars.
This can only be good news, I haven't had breakfast yet.
Go LBSR!
Sheesh, when does a guy start flipping these 30-40% weekly swings.
I sure do wish we had a bit more volume, but speaking from experience I figure I'll end up losing either way.
GO REVO!
I can already tell that I'm not going to get very much work done today. GO LBSR!
derp. lol!
Was kinda wondering the same. Should Sky High apple pie occur, what would get triggered when we hit .10? I was just going to start looking back, but on memory alone, did these warrants expire in August?
Give them a chance to dilute it into oblivion, then it will all start again...
Mo, give us a PR. I know you don't think they help but look what's happened to the stock price since you decided not to keep shareholders informed. For God Sakes.
Believe in the story, but I've been long for way to long, and Mo's driving a damn BMW....
Agreed, now is the time to invest heavily in hospitals. Bigger money is coming, and now it's not only guaranteed, it's mandatory.
I disagree. JB is not a smart business man. He is however a brilliant geologist sitting on a huge stockpile of precious metals. A smart business man would have found a way to bring this to market long ago. A brilliant geologist may take a bit longer to figure out how to do so, while making some errors along the way.
My bet is that he is a terrible business person, but a brilliant geologist who is figuring what he needs to do. And I also think that he is on the right track now, and has been for quite some time.
With 138K on that benz, you might want to start considering a model with lower miles.
Still wishing I wasn't a newbie idiot and got out at .19. Would be reloading here, but I would probably be wrong again anyways.
Will be proud someday, but not today. Till then I lurk. Go LBSR.
Been lurking on this one off and on for a long time.
Last I read was someone posting that they are trying to buy another 10% stake, with the holdup being that they don't have the cash to do so. Before this came out, they raised the A/S to 1.5 billion. (my numbers might be off, but the question stays the same.)
Am I the only one who sees massive dilution coming to pay for the stake?
What pieces of info am I missing?
SIRG still under consideration.
thank you sir
Who cares about the cable as as infrastructure requirement. The roads are closer that we think.
-----------------------------------------------------------
No! I think it takes roads to do mineral exploration and development (as opposed to prospecting). And that Cable is the least of the infrastructure requirements in an age where satellite communication is readily available to the Industrial consumer.
-----------------------------------------------------------
You dont think it takes roads to lay cable?????
Didn't JB make this comment long before the unexpected A&P lawsuit?
Business circumstances do change. Every time this is reposted, I do wonder if its still a current statement.
Go U5!
thanks s4, I do enjoy your posts.
Last couple days there has been quite a few talks about mapping with various versions posted, although I am unfamiliar with the overall geography of the area.
Not that it matters which side its on, but lets say if the northern part of the LBSR claims were furthest away from the Bristol Bay area. Although we are free to look for a superior offer, which NAK can match if they want, they have us pretty much tied up through the length of their permitting stage.
All I am saying is if permitting does go through, it would be a great time to suck us up, and even in a backwards scenario, if it doesn't go though, it may be an even better time to suck us up as they could then try again with an area further away from the enviro zones.
Until then, since they are free to match any offer given, it may not make sense for them to grow the area to vastly as it may cost them millions more to push through the initial permit. Better for them to see what happens with this initial permitting, if people see that they have access to an area 4 times as large as they already do, it may be an unwarranted headache as they have managed to tie everything up in a different way.
I do think eventually its a win/win either way, but in the meantime, LBSR does have to wait and we wait along with it.
Quick hypothetical for the knowledgeable ones.
I could be way of base, with my timeline along with the process, so please be kind. But if Nak is going to try to get through the initial permitting sometime this year, and they paid for LBSR's claims for 12 moths and haven't formally signed any JV as of yet, does anyone think that since they may think they will have a tough enough time pushing through their (1 pebble), that now would be an awful time for them to suck up another 6-7?
I mean realistically, in these initial stages, how big is to big? Not that it would be to big NAK for Hunter, but it may become too big for the political climate of Alaska.
Wouldn't it be safer for NAK to have everything in place (like they seem to with the paid LBSR claims for the next 12 months) get the initial permitting through and then suck up everything around them?
Seems to me like NAK has everything in place and ready to go pending they get the permit.
I welcome thoughts and if anyone actually understands what I am trying to get across, feel free to expand on the suggestion as I don't know how clear this is going to coming across.
Until then I have my shares and bought them with a very long term view. I try not to look at the daily.
GLTA
rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
That was me rolling over. Just wanted to make some noise.
Total outstanding shares are now officially 7,200,000 according to the website http://www.chinaindustrialgroupinc.com/
That puts the market cap at $72,000. I wonder how much the gold patent mine in Placer Gulch,Eureka mining district,Animas Forks,San Juan County,Colorado cost. Possibly more that 72g's? could this actually be undervalued?
Gotta do a little more research, it may just be a $500 lot, but this is an extremely low floater.
Volume will send it flying, unfortunately we have none right now.
Not a bad first little alert you sent today $pmlg. Thank you!
Does anyone know if the share structure has changed here?
They did file an NT 10Q :
A very common reason for an NT 10-Q is a merger or acquisition, which prevents results from being incorporated in time for the filing.
Could they be giving some shares to someone for some type of merger or acquisition?
Just thinking out loud.
Up 100% on 500 share volume. That's a $10 purchase at 2 cents. Lol, if that's all it takes let's throw in another 10 bucks tomorrow and see this go to .04. Kurt, you still buying on the open market? Another round of that might bring some interest back here, especially with the new 7mil float.
Not sure how long your going to keep up the pm's but I would appreciate the info. Thanks in advance!
Hey Matt_Chart,
Do you remember exactly one week ago when I was upset that I ended up buying in at the HOD? lol, what a difference a week makes... Just wanted to say thanks for the bit of support I needed when I was second guessing myself.
Locn Load.
I appreciate that boost of confidence. I'm a worry wart...
I sure hope so, because once again I am in at the HOD.
Thanks Manti, I like short simple answers.
A question was asked yesterday soon after this filing materialized which I don't think was answered.
Does the company now have to wait a minimum of 30 days to release any substantial material event?
I must fully agree with you.
I have been reading every post for quite some time, and even though things are going well, for me, the knowledge I have gained from the likes of onemessage and others truly surpasses any gains we have had thus far and may see in the future.
I thank you all for changing my mindset and showing me the difference between speculation and hope and true dd. You have not only helped me here, but also flipped my thought processes and strategies end over end.
I have written this little thank you about 7-8 times now, but never submitted it. I'm not really a warm fuzzies kind of person, and have learned some terrible lessons through posting in the past, but in this case I feel a thank you is well deserved.
"2 @ .022, 2 @.0024 wouldn't take much to get to .003s"
Did you mean .0024 and .003? or possibly .024 and .03?
Yes, much appreciated, seems everytime I have a question, the answer is posted right in front of me before I even have to ask.
haha motomark, where do I sign up!
I just wonder how much stock she was paid.
I am also still here waiting patiently. Till this takes off I gotta focus on making money the old fashioned way... hard work.
