Well your favorite stock never made it to $20 but you did it at $8 to pennies. If that happens does this mean that we will blame others for 20 years like you? I cannot imagine.
Thanks.
X Tier 1's on the horizon and man o man look at that speed.
Put in another rollover, lets see what price ends up being that I have to pay taxes on.
X
Oh and I bought some at $3.75 earlier today, yawn price will do what it will do. 125k more sells thans buys on higher-than-normal volume of about 735k 10 minutes before the close. Just the shorts, glad I'm not selling.
Oh the shorts are at 20.5 Million, up 565k on the day but overnight that may change overnight.
Mark 129.
Order filled $3.75
X
Short count has 565k in it today.
140k more sells than buys but yet it is only down 14 cents that is 1 cent per 10k sold.
Hopefully I'll get a decent rollover number today at the close.
So the shorts have about 500k to play with today, they keep shuffling them around, but it looks like they have about 20.5 million above board (Naked is unknown)
X I just put my buy order in, lets see if it fills.
Is AI wonderful or what?
Draft One saves officers one or more hours per day utilizing body-worn camera audio to produce draft police reports in seconds with greater quality and clarity.
This is a big deal.
X
That is a good point.
Hopefully photonics guy will be at the SHM, he is always a good person to stand behind.
I take the stance that is it better to keep one's mouth shut and be thought of as a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.
X
Funny, it is about the product that he is testifying about, and if you do not think that senior management consults an expert witness when considering whether to settle or fight. Whatever
You want to be so right so bad that I honestly believe that think that you know more than Lightwave's management.
IMO Marcelli will retire as soon as the first Tier1 is consummated, and his legacy will be sealed.
X
"He knows none of the principals by virtue of his expert witness work." and what if that individual that he interacted with some 10 years ago has moved up through the ranks like most of us when we worked for fortune 500 type company people or for instance Walter did over his career.
That many companies do not consult someone that does not know what they are talking about and thinking that the knowledge gained is irrelevant when writing patents for a new EO Polymer is naive. You make is sound as if that experience does not apply and anyone could do it. Whatever, I think that you have beef with JM and like punkin cannot simply let it go.
I can vouch for that statement because I was standing next to KCC, it was a Domaine Leroy with the Chambertin Grand Cru. Compliments of Lightwaves Largest shareholder and Walter.
Yes, correct I was drinking Boones Farm.
X
Now his life's work as an EXPERT WITNESS EXPERIENCE.
Shorts will say anything.
Understand that Lebby needed to understand the technology and businesses that he spoke for. A mind once stretched does not return to its original dimension.
Look at these players, he knows them all.

How is it that the US price exceeded this today by so much?. The dollar is worth more. I had a buy order in, but I canceled it. Out of respect for stevey, I should stop posting l.
Good luck guys.
X. Honestly, I don't get this one.
So I said Saturday the shorts should slam this to counter enthusiasm for at least 3 days, check the box for Monday. As info, they (the shorts) did 170k today. It looks like Lebby has moved the resouces to tier1's. If he said moving resources from big guys to little cats I would not like that, but I think a few small ones will force their hands. Although Takeovers of small companies would certainly follow. Think chess not checkers, a max device clause though would help that. Think. So much to think about.
Any who's let's see how the market price game players work, this is very interesting to watch.
I'm just glad Vein, if he is honest, finally gave up. Honestly, he will sleep better. Life is too short to be worried every day. Hopefully, he won't beat himself up looking back.
Tier 1's focus is absolutely cool by me, just what I've dreamed of.
X, the shorts have plenty of money to risk, so it will be what it will be. Only a big announcement will solve that.
I bought some and rolled some today, as always averaging.
Lol, would you like his phone number?
You are just plain weird, that is the best you have.
We have Tier 1s that should give you plenty to worry about.
X. Atleast you convinced Vein that he should leave, so I truly thank you for that. At least you know that you are short so we know how to interpret your posts.
Are you guys going to give me a good rollover number at the close?
Oh, so you are a salesman selling a service. Pay me, and I'll make you rich.
If you were that succesful and sure of yourself by now, you would just be managing your own money because that in itself is a lot of work.
X. Good luck finding subscribers as info now with AI anyone can do charting double speak. It will even make the trades for you. I like the ones that just say plug it in and pick how much money you want to make, the more you pay us the more you'll make. True, true, lol
Good for you, (I guess).
I've been here for over 20 years and bought the first shares traded on the street here way back when. We have different investing methods. If you feel good about yourself, great, that is what life is about. Start a board on your own, and let's see how you do.
Good luck.
X. I won't get into my accounts or form 709's.
I hear ya, but I put myself in the shoes of the sudden interest from tier1's after Lebby industry presentation.
If I were on the board of a company with a 1 trillion dollar valuation and all of the sudden was presented with news of something protected by patents, that perhaps could triple the speed, reduce power by a factor of 10 and do it in 1/30 the space, I would have to seriously consider buying the company lock stock and barrel.
X
Yes, 3 years ago, silicon could keep up. Patents were also not in place here. Now, silicon is maxed out. Sure, they can stretch it, but for how long?
X. We'll see.
Good luck, with that rambling of what already happened, palm reader ish like oh it is headed up so it should keep going but maybe not, oh it is headed down it maybe at tje bottom or maybe not, with AI that ish is a dime a dozen.
X. Daytrader stuff, to each his own. If you can get enough believers, you can move a stock, so good luck with that. I think we may have about 3 chartist on here. My first course on charting was from Warren Buffet, oh wait that was on a different way of investing.
So we need to watch our accomplishments in life because rather than do something themselves others seak to take advantage of our work. What I'm talking about is this board. Over the years, we all worked hard posting our due diligence. So hard in fact that we were able to see this through to the nasdaq without a reverse split, and gained many views along the way. At 20 bucks the shorts sold this down to 4 bucks because this technology was not needed then. But AI demand/growth along with Silicon Photonics maxing out as well as with the Green movement coming together our time is almost upon us. I still think a Tier1 is going to just buy us straight up, I would hope for 3 Tier1 partnerships first but I just don't see that happening.
Trading halt, followed by an announcement from seemingly from out of the blue.
X
On the surface that sounds honest, but when I looked you didn't post for 16 years then all of the sudden you post many times here, telling us how successful you are and acting like an entrepreneur. Not much of a business or it has an ulterior motive.
X. This short game is not for the faint of heart but certainly interesting to watch.
35k more sells than buys but only down 15 cents. If it were the other way around it would be up 25 cents. Exactly what I expected to happen, the shorts can not let this price get away from them. Atleast Vein is finally done.
May be a good day to do a rollover.
Good luck Vein, I hope you achieve in life whatever it is that you strive for.
My $3.89 buy order filled.
The shorts have about 175k to sell at a discounted price today.
Best of luck, you will be happier I'm sure.
X
It is going the direction you want it to go. 100% what I said over the weekend.
I have a buy order in and will let you know if it fills.
X. Wait, is that Amazon, silly boy, not Amazon Web Services.
As info the shorts are starting off the day with 150k shares to play with.
X
One other thought if LWLG does a small deal and when Lightwave is taken over, that contract STILL stands.
I get it.
X. Think about it............
I do.
Sunday evening light reading (I took the time to write this and think) so for those that didn't read this Yesterday, I thought that I'd move it up here. This is called put yourself in a T1 Board of Directors spot, or a Senior Management spot, for that matter an advisor of them. I see a solution to protect their fiduciary responsibility. Read on Bro. Too much money for them to ignore this. What would you do, a bag of money in one hand and responsiblys to share holders in the other.
Spekkie said. "He Lebby just finished. Important takeaway: we are working with multiple tier ones, tripled since a few weeks after OFC . Wow, we are golden. He showed a slide of the “ eyes” will be on the website as well. This was a real promising speech! Reliability is NOT an issue! Look at the eyes!"
I'm going to wander in thought on multiple foundries working the Perk. We know that some Tier Ones directed their current suppliers to work with their foundries on PDK's. That process took a couple years. If the Tier Ones (T1's) paid and worked with a foundry that process is theirs and theirs only, it is IP. Another T1 can not use that process for free. Now, if interest tripled (knowledge gained from OFC) that tells me that perhaps the T1's did not know that atleast 1 foundry solved the process. I would even venture to say that if a foundry is working for 2 T1s that process can not be shared across the foundry. One other thought that I had is,,, what is a T1 to think of their foundry that wasn't flexible enough to solve it, and Lebby throws up data and a picture from Foundry X that solved it. I'd love to be a fly on the wall for that conversation. Now, no doubt some foundrys pursued this on their own dime (or were paid by Lightwave) they will be able to do runs for anyone with a few bucks. Oh and the T1s that didn't want to give polymers a shot answering to their management. Imagine that at a BOD level.
Posts are difficult to communicate thoughts but that's how I see this. This is so cool to watch play out, changing an entire industry that refused to adopt so Lebby locked it down with patents.
What is a Trillion Dollar T1 Board of Directors to do? Put yourself in their shoes. Technology that triples the speed, cuts power and opens up valuable space on one side and a boatload of cash in the bank. I think I know.
X, I better hit the button before I loose this, bike ride n brunch, got to go. No time to proof
Thanks Spekkie, triple T1 interest
Chart kind of guy, of course, if nothing happens with no due diligence into what the current need is in this space, as to what the actual value/potential, the price will be whatever, the price will dwindle down. As always, average in. Some will wait to chase the shiny object like fish in a pond, I'm cool.
Typical chase the charts type.

Wait, "As long as no new news comes out, the stock will continue to trade based on charts, and the charts say the probabilities favor a breakdown." Well, Duh.
Um, just a single Tier 1 here is earth-shattering news.
Chart trading guy, good luck.

Lightwave offers Three times the speed at half the power of silicon photonics. Not sure how to chart that, you don't mention AI's demand. The current data center fork lift forced upgrades. And triple the Tier 1s interest in the past 3 weeks.
The only way to help during a PP is for qualified investors to participate, I would but I'm lost.
The harder it is to figure out the fewer the participants there are.
As info PP shares provide money directly to the company, typically paper shares with a minimum amount, warrants and they have a lock on the hold time, with an attorneys opinion.
Whatever.
X is lost on this one.
Sunday light reading and thinking for those that didn't read this Yesterday, I thought that I'd move it up here.
Thanks Spekkie, triple T1 interest.
So Funny Punkin because the Big Short was about something that had never failed failing, derivatives in the housing loan market.
So using your logic Lightwave should be the last place to short.
X Now finally it is all about the Tier 1's
"It is estimated that up to 70% of communication comes from nonverbals while the rest are the words themselves. Shareholders who have seen a speaker in the past have some advantage as they have a base of comparison to past messaging." Thanks for that.
I know that after watching and meeting Lebby, the difference I've observed over time, and that simply can not be faked. I wasn't there last Friday but I'll see him again next month.
Some folks, especially those speaking for the shorts only focus on exact wording.
I'll be buying again next week and rolling. The shorts will no doubt offer us some discounted shares because they simply can not let this price get away from them.
Xster advantage for the forward looking investor. Oops looks like an Amazon truck just pulled up from something I heard about on Facebook, developed by Microsort that was the result of NVDA created AI, I researched ot on Google, watched a video on YouTube oh and it was built by IBM and Intel, I think I'll do a post on X. AT FIRST I tried to order it through Apple but I ended up using Amazon on my HP. Wait are they all Tier 1's? Hmmm
I can't remember who it is that needs this technology, oh that's right T 1's.
Three times the speed at half the power of silicon photonics in 1/30th the space.
My "wages" earned were $300 in 2023 honest! This year zippo, as in Zero. There are no 0s following that 300 bucks. That is why it is Roth rollover city now. Take advantage of the tax rates now...... calculate, calculate, calculate profit sharing to rollover IRA then to a Roth. It does not affect the price, only the closing number that so many dwell on. Thanks to the help of your help posts.
X. Some like to project their life on others. I'm just an honest cat that likes to help others, thanks for your help.
I wish you the bestest, sleep well. I would never lie to anyone just to make a buck.
Kind of a lame response, even you have to admit that you aren't sleeping well these days, yawn, the longs are, zzzzz. If you only had listened. I hope that nobody put down big money shorting on your advice.
Yawn, Best, X
Trillion dollar companies with a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders to do what is right,.
Three times the speed at half the power of silicon photonics in 1/30 the space (killer app) yawn, I get it.
Why are you so nervous? After all it is Saturday. Can I buy your Saturday table a round? Ask yourself why so many long term investors are so confident? Um, perhaps they are informed players, cool cats oh and why are they so cool and confident? I'm sorry if you are worried, chill. Tiers 1s only have a trillion dollar valuation. You got this I'm sure. 3 times the speed at half the power of silicon photonics......
Relax, dude, we are. Can I buy your table a round?
Xster chilling.
I don't have it yet, but I should get it from someone at my real email address.
As always, I'm not worried. It's a beautiful day here.
X. As always, nice job, Walter.
Guys, be careful about publicizing actual emails. otherwise, you will get played. Shorts do not play fair it is not in their playback.
Let's see how Monday plays out. If I were short, I'd slam this thing on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, etc , to make some weeny longs say nothing happened. Hopefully, next week, I'll get a chance to take advantage of some discounted shares. For sure, the market is a supply demand game.
Best, xster
Shazam is cool.
