No, unfortunately it doesn't help AFTC !!!
Gainmaker, I believe that we will soon be getting his 3rd and 4th Quater financials soon. Most likely they will be posted on his website. As far as a PR , what has he got to report other than a update on the Army news ? This will probably also be on his website, and I'm sure it will be brief.
Gainmaker, I thought that all emails to Jim were going to go through Luna Tic. However, I appreciate your effort in getting info from Jim. I just don't want him to continue getting flooded with emails, he might stop responding
Gainmaker, You're really not expecting anything to happen in the near future are you ??? You need to face the facts, well you know what they are, Goodluck!!!
This is true, whatever it takes to get it done
I don't think so, we're looking for some kind of communication, progress reports, not a complaint dept
However, I will honor your request not to send any emails to Jim
Whatever I should happen to post here, I'm sure would be deleted. So Goodluck with this crisis Luna Tic. As always, we trust you and appreciate what your doing for us
Luna Tic, Thankyou so much!! That's interesting, I was always wondering how that worked.
I understand that, however I must be wording my question wrong. It's not all that important though, Thanks for getting back to me
Luna Tic , do you know whether or not the fees for the OTC are rectro-active? If so , do you think that late charges are also adding up, and the longer he prolongs this PR the more it will cost him .
Gainmaker, I think that you need to read post # 5716 , it should answer all your concerns. And yes, we are all getting a bit impatient, Jim needs something big to report. I hope that it's worth the wait!!
HowHi, Jim stated that after the shareholders meeting that he will release a PR.
Prophetic, I agree with you!! We're over due for something good to happen here. What I like the most is that this stock is not a scam of any kind. Next year we will all be rewarded for our patience!!!
I was wondering the same thing, who did they can?
Luna Tic, Thanks for the updated letter from Jim
LunaTic, I'm really not interested in hearing about corporate law etc........ and now your saying the shareholders meeting which Jim said he would hold late November or early December, will not take place till January. Could you get Jim to send us a reason as why there is a delay? Did we waste our time in getting questions together for him? I think that he owes us some sort of explanation for this delay, and that does'nt cost anything. I'm sure that he has good reasons for the delay, however answering our questions and getting us updated on future plans won't change anything.
Hello BT, Thanks for your fast reply. I'm so glad to hear that you're working on this meeting. I'm not good at setting up conference calls or chat rooms, infact, I wouldn't even know where to start. I would have to take the easiest method and invite him here to our board chat room. Sorry that I'm not much help with this, and we really appreciate all that you and LunaTic do for us!!
BT, when are we going to schedule the shareholders meeting,Jim did mention late November or early December. Thanks
What happened? I thought Gainmaker had news from Jim today. I show three posts today, were they all deleted?
Well I sure hope we schedule this shareholders meeting and find out exactly what Jim's plan is. Right now I'm extremely nervous, but still I understand to be patient
Thanks, I hope that you're both right! It sure sounds good, that's for sure.
Now we know for sure that by Jim updating his web-site does'nt attract new investors. It's a good source for current shareholders to stay updated, but that's about it!! I can't believe zero volume for the last several days, I'd almost perfer PR's and accept pumpers and dumpers.
Luna Tic, Thanks I appreciate all that you and BT are doing to help this board get all their questions answered.I admit several times I got nervous and considered selling for a loss and moving on.
Luna Tic, speaking of Dec.10 did you and BT put together a date yet for the stockholders meeting? Last month Jim requested a target date for the end of November, or early December. Thanks
Prophetic, I sure wish that was Jim (CEO) talking and not you. But then again, I'm not sure what to think anymore
Same here, I'm in for $100. I think your'e right this is what needs to be done
BT, I always look forward to reading your post. However, I have one question. Jim stated that his web-site gets over a 100 hits per day, don't you think that he should change his home page? It looks as if nothing changed, and I'm thinking that the updates are being overlooked.
Gainmaker, I thought that he was unable to PR until he got his pinksheet fees up to date? He said that he would be able too , however that would hurt in the area of expanding his business, buying equipment,etc...
BT,I think that we should send a e-mail to Jim with a current list of all our questions. There are several real good ones, and I would be interested in hearing his response. Besides did'nt he want a list of questions prior to the meeting anyway? Perhaps he will respond to some of them now.
BT, Finally I understand, it sure took me long enough!! Thankyou for your explanation and patience with me
BT, have you ever gone to KIER website? I don't understand it, they seem to patent everything possible there acquiring all property rights. I was reading on all their achievements, etc. They have engineers on projects worldwide, my question is do they sell these pumps and provide technical support? I'm sure that you would understand it much better than me, Thanks
BT:I guess they had to redesign the common rail pump
On December 9th, AFTC announced that they have been competitively selected for negotiation and possible award by the U.S. Army for a Phase 2 SBIR project. The project is valued at $730,000.
The Phase 2 project is an extension of a successful Phase 1 project where AFT identified a significant wear problem on a commercial diesel common rail fuel injection system running on JP-8 jet fuel. The Army uses JP-8 jet fuel in all of its diesel applications for logistics reasons.
In the Phase 2 project, AFT will redesign the commercial diesel common rail pump to lower wear to acceptable levels. To accomplish this goal, AFT will apply materials technology and other lessons learned during the development of their well known DME common rail fuel system.
Hello BT, you're probably right, all I remember is them failing a test because of wear and tear issues. And then they we're given time to correct the problem, which they apparently did. The unfortunate point is that it was'nt the best PR given, and now we have real news and we're sitting back and not reporting it. However, at my age I don't remember much anymore, other than I have alot of money invested here, but I'm ok with it. I believe in AFTC
Gainmaker, I'm with you on this. To me it seems like posting a PR would also make this news more official, and get exposure. This stock will move regardless of the pumpers and dumpers. If we continue to have regular good solid positive PR's the share value will climb up. If you check his past PR's, I don't think they were all that good. For instance on one he failed the wear and tear test with the Army, who would invest in them with a PR like that!
I like what has been said in reference to the Army contracts, however, I wanted to hear a little more concrete info on the other contracts. I do feel that "AFTC" is like a Sleeping Beauty, this stock certainly has potential to take off. The question is do we need PR's reported or not?
Thanks for responding Prophetic, it's appreciated! What I don't understand is how will the stock value grow without reporting to the OTC ? You're absolutely correct about those day traders, they were killing us every time Jim would post some good news on the OTC, I remember it used to always be on Mondays that Jim would report news, not every Monday of course. I guess that you're right I agree with a shareholders meeting, that way we could find out what Jim's lawyer has figured out , if anything. Maybe the meeting will develop some new ideas of approach on this problem
Prophetic, when Jim updates his web-site and post his financials, army contracts, and any other info, how do the brokers hear about it? Is the board notified of the updates? Or is this info soley for our satisfaction. I'm not sure how this works
Rocky, You're sure not alone! Some of us have bought in at .03, and that's got to hurt. Infact, I bought in at .024 and continued to buy, and now my break even point is .0056. I'm stuck,I can't sell, and I don't want to buy anymore
This is awesome news, I would think that all they need is the letter of intent, and the loan should be no problem. Maybe they should consider a "SBA" loan from the government, they would for sure approve it, alot of red tape to go through though.
Rocky, I'm sorry, I strongly disagree with you. I noticed that this is your first post, so obviously your clueless as to what has been happening here the past several years. Secondly, he stated that he will not sell stock,R/S or anything that would hurt the investors. That doesn't mean it won't happen, but I for one trust him. He stated once approved with the letter of intent he will go out and borrow the money to expand. If you have been following , especially the past few weeks, you would probably trust him also. He was the one that recently suggested that we have a shareholders meeting, if he didn't care about us he would not have done that.
