The seller undercutting the ask every day is a pain in my ask! Not enough shares @ 5 to think they wouldn't be able to sell @ ask. Crappy trading.
you too!!
Where did Chile2's post about talking to Lou go?
EXTO news tomorrow according to the post from Chile2.

I'd rather just wait for the next news and see where that goes, ridiculous to sell for a loss if not necessary
Its been known for quite a while that the shoes don't do what they say they should. In fact NIKE had put out several statements on this last year:
http://www.reuters.com/article/2010/03/01/us-footwear-toning-analysis-idUSTRE6202AI20100301
http://www.physiquespeak.com/2010/06/07/nike-vp-calls-out-butt-toning-shoes-thank-you/

I don't think the lawsuit is well known, and will probably be settled out of court.
So to answer your question, no, I don't think the article has anything to do with the stock price.
In any case, TLAG is not doing anything with the shoes, they are doing watches.
The problem here is that this is a pink stock and traders are only interested in the news of the moment. Used to be that you could see an awesome run on a pink stock. Now you get very little because people flip so quickly. That, in my opinion, is exactly what is happening to this stock. It ran up and people flipped and moved on.
Hate pr's going into a 3 day weekend
Absolutely agree - big thanks to them for holding it down yet again
GLER - 2nd 8K out now
GLER 8K out
Stockrider, besides the name of the New Zealand company, what are you basing your guess on?

Just got news peeps CE will be lifted most likely next week!!!! Sellers gone should close nice today...
Ridiculous bid whacking at .001
Nice hit @ .0012
12's up
Looks like they may let DIII go today - My average there is .0006!
Agree - think they may let her move today
Excellent!
DIII - L2 looking a whole lot better than it did yesterday! So far, lol. If the big seller from yesterday stays away, we may actually make a move today.
Actually, right now L2 looks great compared to yesterday.
Agree - The filings through Wyoming SOS are very recent. Wonder how long before they are required to file through the SEC?
Joey, you can get the trade information you're looking for by clicking the Ihub trades button.
The reason you saw the down ticking was because there were sellers who chose to sell below the ask thereby dropping the ask.
No that is not it at all. I disagree because I think it is premature to suppose that it is that particular company because of nothing more than its name.
I disagree so far because of this:
"Therapy Cell Limited is a company registered in New Zealand and is currently owned by the 3 seed investors and founders."

.0012 went quick! seller with 7 mill keeps backing off and coming back.
No - its jumping all around - now 1.5 mil @ .0012
Name change was filed with Wyoming on 5/20/11, any idea on how long before they have to file with the SEC? Address updated on 6/12/11.
jerk with UBSS undercut the ask again. another idiot killing the run
DIII - .0013 back up now
My questions is not how they file it, I believe it would be an 8K filing just on the name change. My question is how long they have before being required to file the name change. That answer would give us all a basic timetable to work with.
2011-000987594 Address Update 06/12/2011
2011-000980617 Name Change 05/20/2011
2011-001223353 Initial Filing 05/20/2011
Anyone know how long they have to file the changes with the SEC? Last filings for DIII were on 6/2/11.
If they decided to change the name on the 20th of May to Therapy Cells, Inc with state docs in Wyoming, how is it that they haven't filed with SEC in over a month since?
Stickied that post right away
agree
This has run up from a low of .0005 today - even flipping @ .0008 or .0009 is making some peeps money, once they exit we can move back up
1.45 mill @ .0014 is more likely someone who bought in the .0005-.0009 range the last couple of weeks, instead of dilution.
Yes, Prof - DIII does want .002's! Flippers need to sell @ ask instead of one tick under, and we might keep moving
#2 on breakout boards, that didn't take long!
Other things are moving better than KGRI right now, taking attention away
Nice hits @ .0014
