Ah. I gotcha now
I disagree with your opinion
The PPS should be tied up in the sales of the device. Isn't that how we determine the worth of a company...in $$$. Like I said before, and I will continue to drill into your brain, I am long. That means in it during FDA submission, after approval, after M/A (if there is one) and through production. This is, of course, I am in line and like everything that transpires through these processes. Of course I might reposition myself once or twice during benchmarks.
Show my hand? Take a look at all of my posts. They all have positive sentiment as I have placed my bet in favor of an eventual approval. I believe the prodcut works as advertised. I also believe that Mcdermott will help us get this approved.
Agreed. Dean shows the device in 3D real time before approval, PPS goes up. Dean shows the device in 3D real time after approval, PPS goes up MUCH further (in my opinion). Now, no one has to WAIT for it to be approved before the seen features and benefits can be utilized. If Dean shows images and videos of a real time 3D machine before approval, we are still hinging on approval for this to come to fruition. The initial PUMP that many of the short term bashers here want, will not hold as the anticipated approval hangs in the balance. I agree that if future results are indicative of past performance, then we will not get approval - This is the market sentiment even though it (hopefully) wont be true. If Dean does this, the PPS will jump, then slowly drift as it's done so many, many times.
Bottom line is once we get approval, the machine seen in the (shortly thereafter released) video of real time 3D (again, my opinion) and images will do all of us LONGS a much better service for PPS. Then he can hit the road shaking hands, kissing babies telling everyone yes, I have a machine that works magic, and YES we do have approval; Ready for you to use at your hospital / airport / veterinarian.
Dean's objective is to support his long term investors, not the day to day PPS. Shareholder profitability in the best interest of his longs, not the shorts who only seek the 2-5 gains to take profits, over and over again.
Sorry, but everyone who is professing to show images / videos real time, before approval, is a short term profiteer. The videos should be shown once approval is obtained - Just my opinion. It will do us longs much better in the end - Its a gamble I'm willing to take.
Everything here is my opinion, not fact. Just letting all the bashers here know that. Off to work!
Round and round we go. Let's all just give it a rest because this conspiracy theory has become larger than the reality. These are all conspiracy thoeries.
I haven't been preaching. You have. I'm done with this because its going nowhere and creating chaos. Let's see where the next move takes us, ok?
What do you want? Alls you have is a hunch. And it's only valid unless you can prove it.
AMEN to that. Very well put Lenny
Then this:
Ron, Chill Out! It's been no mystery that Medtronic's has been interested in Imaging3. They like our technology despite the fact that they have a somewhat competitive device. Just another potential buyer in the end.
Here's what it says:
Day three at RSNA, we were visted by Medtronic's of all people, Hum!?!?!?
How are you saying it's completely wrong and not a scam? Explain to me, very precisely, what is wrong. Be sure to steer clear of indicating that it's not a scam in your explanation please.
I'd say .152 was most definately tested
Ah interesting....common sense. Not something we see a lot of on this board anymore
I understand where you are coming from. Dean is working well within the lines of his legal boundaries. The law states he can do that becuase it's a non-material event. He can do that, whether you think it's inappropriate or not.
I understand you are only stating your opinion.
I disagree 100%. If you feel this way, how do you not hold any responsibility on the FDA reviwer? Whats good for the goose.....
And I'm sure they were talking about 510k Submissions, NOT HIS - REREAD my post. It is highly unethical to talk about his specific 510k, probably illegal. No one in their right mind would do that. No employee of the FDA would ever do this. Say, hypothetically, Dean tried to do that. The reviewer would either say "I cannot talk about that", or walk away completely. With them having a "conversation" we can assume that the conversation would never be about a specific 510k.
You are assuming that both parties involved are partaking in illegal activities, I am not.
How is it obvious? They dont need to advise him if he isn't saying anything illegal. What you expect and what is legal, are 2 completely different things
I'm sure they didn't talk about his submission in specific, Break. I'm bet everything was generalized about the 510K process. Don't get your panties in a bunch. You have to prove that it was unethical before you start to freak out. And it it was unethical, I'm sure they are more than willing to tell you.
Do some DD. This took me 3 minutes to find.
This is from Cornell University Law School for New York State (Yes, not California):
http://www.law.cornell.edu/ethics/ny/code/NY_CODE.HTM
"Lawyers, as guardians of the law, play a vital role in the preservation of society. The fulfillment of this role requires an understanding by lawyers of their relationship with and function in our legal system. A consequent obligation of lawyers is to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct."
"Before recommending an applicant for admission, a lawyer should be satisfied that the applicant is of good moral character. Although a lawyer should not become a self-appointed investigator or judge of applicants for admission, the lawyer should report to proper officials all unfavorable information the lawyer possesses relating to the character or other qualifications of an applicant."
"A lawyer should maintain high standards of professional conduct and should encourage other lawyers to do likewise. A lawyer should be temperate and dignified, and should refrain from all illegal and morally reprehensible conduct. Because of the lawyer's position in society, even minor violations of law by a lawyer may tend to lessen public confidence in the legal profession. Obedience to law exemplifies respect for law. To lawyers especially, respect for the law should be more than a platitude."
Let's be honest here. This I3 saga has made headlines quite a few times in the Penny Stock word and the Medical Device Imaging world. Now that all eyes are on McDermott and I3 once again, you think they're going to suck I3 dry and maintain a good reputation? I actually think (hope) it's the complete opposite. I think they reviewed the package, realized that it was a piece of junk, (being so disorganized, missing info)and now understand the whole story. What they have here is a diamond in the rough as far as they're concerned. They have a good chance to get a decent win under their belts. You think all law firms are out there to suck small businesses dry? Well, I think there are people (companies) out there that do some decent things and McDermott is one of them. Your glass, my friend, is half empty....for some reason.
They have new images at RSNA. How can you not know this?
Unprofessional - Perhaps; However, when everyone is crying for an update, or something of this nature, I can't blame Dean though.
What he did is agaisnt the SEC Act of 19xx? Prove it please. I would like to see this, becuase if it is illegal, I'm selling my shares today.
What you view as significant material events differ from what the SEC views them as.
and lastly:
"It is absurd for Dean, the CEO of a publicly traded company, to give FB updates on his page when he clearly knows investors are BEGGING for any piece of information they can get their hands on at this point. There is no argument to be made here."
as I said above....He gave an (immaterial) update on FB becuase he knew everyone was begging. I couldn't have put it any better than you say yourself. Makes perfect sense. We were all asking for it and we got it, just not how YOU wanted it....but we got it, so you should be happy...professional or not.
Yes! Follow the technological curve, Sano! Use what is given to you. If these new communication tools are made available, people are going to use them. Whether or not you decide to capitalize on them is up to you. Some call call it unfair, others call it ignorance. FB has now become a tool, not only used in the world of social interacting, but also (minimally) in trading.
Sano - Anyone can join his FB page. I suggest you don't make your FB name Sano, cause he won't accept you. hahaha
What is he posting on FB that is so bad? He met the reviewer and spoke to him. The reviwer takes it upon himself to visit the RSNA. If he's not supposed to talk to Dean, then he shouldn't engage in conversation. By no means is he breaking any rules here.
Or his new images? He's taking new images to the RSNA show. how is this any violation of SEC? Are you suggesting it's illegal, or that it's unprofessional?
Provide the link, please
Vibe - You think that this will bleed like last time? I want to think that with McDermott on board, and their approval of resubmission, PPS would either hold or slowly move up. Everything sounds only positive right now. A conversation with the reviewer at RSNA, meeting with FDA, McDermott / I3 (who will know how to conduct a productive meeting with the FDA) and a cleaned up package, I would think that things are looking decent. Although the chances of overturning are not in our favor, I think we may have a solid case if everything is fixed, and the face to face at the FDA will confirm that all criteria are met in the new package. I'm feeling good about this.
Ideas that there are no problems at the FDA are opinions. Ching chang wala wala bing bang
If they go MWE, whats the time frame looking like in your opinion?
Thanks Guru.
Sano - How do you know the inner workings of the RSNA? What if there was a cancellation fee of 50% within 'X' amount days before the show? IMGG, like others, thought it would have been a sealed deal by then. I, for one, wouldn't have missed the show for the world (if I was Dean) if I had FDA approval going into it. This is only a possibility. I don't know the inner workings...neither do you.
Shaka - Here's the deal. Sano's (then) guess IS (now) more of a reality. However, how can we give credit for a guess that wasn't backed up by any concrete DD? In other words, ALL BASHERS were right about IMGG up to this point, in the fact that it went down. SANO had nothing but junk to back up his "protests" and you haven't either. All of the claims agaist Dean are unsupported. All we know is what we know - Information that is transferred by Imaging3 or the FDA / SEC. If Sano made the gamble that he's been professing with IMGG, then he was profitable. He still has no credibility because his accusations are not backed up by any substance.
It's about time. Welcome!!
These are my thoughts as well. So, with that in mind...Logic told me that poeple SHOULD have seen the device. When we hear something from the law firm, along the lines of: We are committed to working with I3 through the appeal process (something like this)I will feel much better.
Ohhhhhhh...I gotcha. You could be right for all we know. I for one, don't have th gusto to make that call without knowing the facts. These facts, you and I don't know. But, I will rub your face in the poo poo if you made an ASS-U-pmtion and are wrong.
Do you have any conversations with Gut?
I don't know, and would never suggest anyone has. BUT you seem to know that no one has seen it, and I'm interested in knowing how you know that....follow that? A lot of knowing going on here.
so....PLEASE SHARE!!!!
I expect that large stake holders, radiologists, McDermott and other important players have.
BUT I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHO TOLD YOU NO ONE HAS SEEN IT. THIS COULD BE BIG.
How do you know this?
I say yes. Just a teensy tiny bit...but yes
THANK YOU!!! Sano...Does this clear things up?!? Your rants are ALL nonsense about this Engineering / Controls issue. Put it to bed please.
I never indicated that. I think that may be on the list, which is why he may have deferred to saying that, as it was still the truth, but WE DON'T KNOW. Criticizing him going with McDermott vs and engineering firm is a bit preemptive. It's not needed.
I feel the same way. I thought you might have some info that would lead you to believe that he is the one heading the case. Thanks
