VT, I did not check to see if the stock you mentioned was promoted or it rose due to the infomercial.

I think if one does DD after seeing the infomercial, they will see great risk and possible great reward. The big players are not getting their stock plays from a commercial. The big players are already in.

VT, I just looked at zvtk.

A stock going from a third of a cent to 1.2 cents and then back down is not very encouraging. I have not looked to see if they were promoted or when the first infomercial launched.

Anyway, at first glance, I'm not too impressed with zvtk.

I may be wrong. I'll look at that later on. I'll want to see how the share price moved leading up to the infomercial. It may not have had the exposure tsho had before the rollout.

ryan, I was actually hoping to exit this week, just prior to the first infomercial.

I'm not sure those who see the infomercial are going to research and invest in tsho. They may buy a squeegee, but no shares. I'm pretty much a believer in sell the news, not buy the news.

I'm just nibbling here for a quick 30-50% here now. I don't see this as a double near term, but if the squeegee is a success, then maybe we see $4-5.

I'm always looking for the next one. BTW, I'll not short this one.

Veterantrader, you assume too many things. First, you wrote that no one would sell their entire huge position at once. I was agreeing with you! I simply pointed out that you stated the obvious!

Sorry you took offense to that. You can educate me on the merits of tsho, but don't insult me with your trading tips and what I will and will not see on level II. If I see an entire day of huge volume and 1k blocks trading with a stable or drifting down in stock price, I'll know a large seller is unloading their position. If I see 1k blocks trading the entire day and a gradual movement of the stock price up, I'll assume someone is accumulating a position.

But I knew that. He'll sell in small blocks. But those small blocks will be never ending until his position has been sold. Those with level II will watch those blocks cross and figure it out.

But with a large position, and a low float, selling the large position will cause the price to go down if you don't sell into strength.

If one is trading this stock, you try to anticipate those times to maximize one's gains.

Neither of us are bad people for doing what we do. I think investor 2009 and others would disagree.

The others not so much. I own tsho. I expect it to go up from here or I would not have bought back in. Many on this board forget that. It is important to distinguish btween a short term trade and a long term investment. I did not get in this stock in the stock when it was .20 like others. I wish I had!

But now, this stock has run. Will it sell off now that the infomercial is coming up? When will we see revenue numbers? Some of you repeatedly ask me to show you my numbers for why I think this will not be a LT hold. What do I use? ).00 revenues to date? And what margins to use? All I can do is guess and all you can do is guess.

Keep pumping though investor 2009. I'll be there rooting along with you everyday for another nickel, and will chuckle everytime they close down a nickel and hear how great that is for everyone. Personally, I'd rather have a stock that goes straight up.

I have not bashed the company. I have simply pointed out that this is a momentum play. This is a risky stock and others have taken profits smartly as I have.

As to maone, he is very bright. My point was that he posted his exit price based on his model and info to date. I showed you where he said it was 5. You apparently did not like it when I posted his response to this boaed justifying my post. Why does that bother you?

Again, I don't care if you like what I have to say. My only point has been to educate some of you that we all have our own agenda here and that is to make money. I don't mind who I take it from.

When I find my spots, I'll be trading this. I won't be catching a falling knife though. And I won't be holding the bag like tradeforever and investor 2009.

As to the SEC, myself and many contacted them to investigate the shorts. We never received a response.

Tmj, I don't disagree with anything you said. My point is that people should not believe everything they read on these boards, especially exit prices that people advertise. With a large position, that would be silly.

I generally hold stocks to avoid the ST cap gains, but this one(TSHO) is not one of those. You get in and get out higher.

Not to be too exact but this is what I read from Maone on Feb 11

Maone has an exit strategy of just above $5. And please don't take this as being critical of maone. He has been nothing but a gentlemen and very helpful in his posts. I will read what he and everyone else on this board posts, but will make decisions on what is best for Daisy. No offense...

Investor 2009, thanks for the reply. I was just asking about Skymark and their mo. I know this wasn't a "pick". Just Skymark taking a closer look and generating some interest on it. If they were not pumping it two weeks ago, then they are not involved in any pump and dump.

I'm going to give them a try.

I noted some posts this past week referring to Skymark's next pick. They (the posters) talked about selling tsho to get some cash for Skymark's next pick. I'm not sure why they would do that if this is a four or five bagger from here according to many. Why pass up a sure thing?

Anyone still arguing this is not a momentum play? Again, don't take offense to my thinking. If I don't know what I'm talking about, so be it. Last week I did get back in to tsho, a smaller position than what I sold. I'm not a basher of this stock. I hope it runs to $4! I'm just skeptical of others trying to get my money.

Maone, an earlier post of yours this week stated a price where you would sell. You have a large position and I assume your post was not entirely truthful. If I had a large position, I would probably mislead others and sell into and below the stock price I told others I would sell at. Those that are following you probably figured that out too.

Hello Mike. I realize that. But I can't help but wonder if they leak info to some, pumping a certain stock after taking a position. In doing this, they create an artificial demand, and they sell into that demand.

Maybe suspicious over nothing, but I'll have to look at the other coverage initiations and their volume/price behavior leading up to that coverage.

It's interesting that only some on Skymark's subscriber list get the calls promoting stocks and others do not.

Hello guys. I know TSHO was a pick given to you folks by Skymark. I was just looking into signing up for Skymark's service and stumbled on this pick.

Skymark's pick of NXTH was made public on February 9, 2010. Does anyone here know when the subscriber's were made aware of this pick? I noticed the volume started picking up on January 28th or so. I assume it was then that it was made available to the subscribers. Can anyone confirm that? Volume continued to climb and the stock peaked on Feb 8 at 3.20, one day before the public was made aware of Skymark's pick. Then, during trsading on Feb 8, the stock plummets a buck on high volume. Was that Skymark getting out, or the subscriber's getting out? Was there an explanation for this or was it a pump and dump?

I need to know when you subscribers found out about NXTH. Maybe the real premium members bought the stock before the regular free subscribers got the pick? The stock is now $2 below the high. Are they involved in pump and dumps? Maone?

This is not a bashing of Skymark. Just some questions.

Can anyone help a lady out there?

Agreed. But look at my posts. I'm only responding to you fellers that are attacking me.

If I really thought this was a sham, I'd not put a penny into the stock. The fact that I put some money in, rode it up in anticipation of the CC, and got out with a nice profit is not a crime. I simply think the price of this stock is ahead of itself. That's all. I may change my mind when I see some squeegee sales.

I get labeled as a basher because I'm not drinking the kool-aid. I also would not be thinking about getting in again if I did not see any potential in it going up. BTW, I have only shorted a stock once. I have however been burned by others naked shorting stocks I have held. The stock I was in was on the regsho list for over a year and the SEC did nothing!

Again, good luck to all. investor2009 still gives me a headache. I hope that criticism does not get me banned. If so, someone's skin is awfully thin.

It is amazing that the cheerleading continues here. If the stock pulls back, it is good. If the stock goes up, it is good.

Do you folks realize this is a momo stock? They have no income as of yet. Don't expect the squeegee to sell a billion units. A rag (Shamwow) can be used for many things. A squeegee is for windows.

It was funny to review the board last nite( a lot of drivel)of posts during the day. Oh no...no one is buying, no one is selling, this is going to the moon!

If the news was that good, and per Skymark this company just got 4 times better, how come the stock did not materially go up yesterday?

If you need an education in trading investor2009, let me know. I'll teach you all you need to know about naked shorting. I can't help you with your grammer though. You need to attend 4th grade through 12th grade for that genius.

So we still know the first infomercial is coming soon. The CC is over and we have more shares being printed(expect more of this too).

The stock price appears to be stronger than I anticipated and I no longer think it will drop to .90. I may get back in at 1.10 in two weeks. Again, the infomercial and other news is already priced in here. We may see some momo traders enter this in about two weeks. I expect the large shareholders will also sell into the strength as they realize this is not a long term investment, but instead it is a trade.

Let the hate posts begin! All just my opinion (I'm sure I'll get another post about that, right guys?) Too funny.

I'll be watching and rooting for the nickel moves throughout the day! Go tsho!! But don't worry...it's healthy for the stock to go down.A couple of you told me so!

For all of the critics out there, try using spell check. Your posts will have more credibility. You really sound like uneducated morons when you post about a closing price being up a nickel from 3:45pm. What does it matter if you still own it?

Like I said yesterday, maybe the CC goes well. If not, and this thing tanks 25%, you've lost 25%. Do the math genius.

And Maone, thanks for "allowing" me to post.

Pump her up guys! Are there any naked shorts on the pinks? I know one stock I used to hold had a huge naked short position and the SEC did nothing. I hope that does not happen here. I don't know if that happens on the pink sheets.

My guess is you close at 1.25 today. Price will hold flat until CC at 1 pm and then, depending on your "news", the stock will adjust accordingly.

It's funny with all the postings on potential earnings, I don't recall seeing any that take into consideration the cost of selling the squeegee. It must be free! Do some of you actually believe this? And with no cash, they have made deals with marketing agents to get a portion of the sales, further diluting their bottom line. If those questions are answered tomorrow, I'll gladly get back in at tomorrow's price. But they will not be and they'll only answer those they can handle with carefully prepared remarks.

I expect another delay, with enough fluff (damage control) to try to offset the bad news.

Just my opinion.

Guys, don't get your panties in a wad. I got in at .76 and sold today at 1.46. I'm not a day trader and usually don't buy pennystocks.

My reason for selling is that in a lot of cases, the stock will go down on the news (we had a run up to the CC) and everyone is expecting good news. Ok, good news it is. Where does the stock go now? It already moved! If the news is bad, like another delay maybe , or that they need more cash and are issuing more shares, then I'm glad I'm out. I weighed the risk and saw more downside than up.

I have held for many CC and have been burned. Like others have said, no income has been generated yet. I like the product. I'll buy one too.

Don't take offense to my own personal investment decisions. I've made my 92% profit and am happy. I wish you luck with all your investments.

The selloff is due to the quick run up, and profit taking ahead of the possible bad news that will come out in the CC tomorrow. I sold my position this am and will get back in below .90 next week.
