Won't be around for a while, so I wanted to take a minute to say thanks everyone for a great year and I hope you all have a very merry Christmas!
I think that he is beginning to slowly gain some credibility.
Bail with what?
Look up Stuckholder in the dictionary and you will see my picture.
BAIL - LMAO
Yup, it appears that way. Very disappointing.
Not yet I have some email's out but no response yet, I know I have seen M&K somewhere before.
I'll update when possible.
I think you are right about the news.
I hope not, but don't have much faith at this point.
GLTY
I'm looking into it, I know I have seen M&K here somewhere, and I think it was them handling something for JT. I'll let you know what I find out.
Is the new firm the firm that Jeff T was using?
I think it is.
Thanks for sharing the email.
This is a waiting game, always has been - but when the time is right and the waiting is over we will be part of a great multi month run and laugh all the way to the bank.
Historically speaking AFTC is ready for a good run even without news.
I have been hoping that we would see buying pick up. To me that will be our sign that all is well and good news is coming.
I bet we will have another big run on no news! IMO

Completely agree.
I have seen a lot of progress with USOG this year, I think that your good looking balance sheet is coming sooner than many think.
GLTU
I cannot believe that Jeff used the term next week!
Oh well at least he didn't say immanent or in writing.
Keep watching you will. And if not then we are rid of the DEBT.
Either way win win in the long run. USOG is going to the moon, just a matter of when. IMO
TB will be paid off on time, USOG is getting ready to blow!

Good point USOG also has a million dollar line of credit with their bank that is currently unused.
I think it was a million or close to it, USOG is no joke they will work out something with Jeff and then they will start getting oil from their property and make tons off of their patent.
If we et diluted we get diluted, it is all for the greater good, let's not forget LONG TERM HOLD!
Wow, what a heart breaker I'm out! LOL
My reply ??
I'm not permitted to share information on an individual basis, but the deadline for the 3rd Qtr was yesterday so it would only stand to reason that the company will file an extension. The extension is only good for 5 days so I would assume they are close to filing their 3rd Qtr results.

How do you know he is in Florida? I have been there twice and he wasn't there either time.
Your right, they are not working on anything at Quasar Jeff was put in place to buy time and complicate any legal proceedings by Dean. The gig is up it's time to call it what it is, One Hell of a Scam.
GLTA
Adding today, Going to be another big week! IMO
I agree, the new CEO took over knowing that things were a mess, and also knowing that the stuck holders were well aware of the mess. We should have received an update good or bad if the true intention was to increase share holder value and get the company on track.
The Pr that was issued after the new CEO took over surely made it sound as if we would be updated as to the status of financing etc. No update looks bad IMO
Starting to seem like DB leaving was just a last ditch effort to give the longs a ray of hope so that they would hold their shares long enough for the insiders to dump the rest of theirs. FWIW
I could be wrong, the market doesn't seem to be reacting to the news.
The PR from 10/27 says that the phase 1 has already been completed successfully and that it has to do with wear in the fuel injection system.
I think you are right, they are similar but I think that these are two separate contract's. we need a little clarity here, but if this is in fact another contract (which i think it is) then this is great news, love the attention we are getting lately.
Sure ack, I would love too, I have a project going on right now that will have me tied up for the rest of this week, but after that I will help you however I can.
AFTC folks, you have one very skilled mod now be ready to get some serious facts and excellent statistic's.
Glad to see you here ack this board has been in need of someone of your caliber, and I think this is going to be a good stock in the long run
Thank you, I had a brief period where I was stuck, just waiting on news for every stock that I own.
I was going crazy looking for post to read and hitting the refresh button, so I had to stop watching for a while, and what do you know it worked!
In the last couple of weeks things have gotten exciting in a few of my stocks, I think this is a great time to be in AFTC and the entire market as well. The next 30 days are going to be very exciting. IMO
Good luck to everyone here!
Yeah I shouldn't say that, I have no idea. It just seems like someone always has shares to sell into heavy volume.
It is discouraging to people to see heavy selling into good news, it throws up red flags, which makes it harder to find buyers and so on and so forth.
Just a little discouraged today, the resent volume and pps increase had me thinking something good was coming, oh well I'm still planning to hold so I will wait some more.
The day isn't over yet hopefully we see some good gains. GLTA
JAMES, please stop selling into every single run!
Thanks that is all.
Bobby, a stop loss should never be used in the pinks, if a large brokerage firm begins to accumulate a stock they will always have the MM drop the pps to trigger stop losses and get your shares at a discount.
The pink sheets are very different from the big boards, in the pinks the Market Makers determine the bid and ask so they are able to manipulate the stock, so even on positive volume they can drop the price to trigger your stop loss ( that they can see sitting there )
On a big board stock I will set a stop loss but keep it down lower than the amount that I would really like to loose, I use it strictly to prevent a disaster. If you have been fortunate enough to time one where you go up shortly after getting in then you simply set your stop loss where you lock in the profit that you want to be sure and keep.
Be careful when you set one it will ask you if you want it for the day or until you change it, if you set one for the day it will expire at the end of the day, and you can change the stop loss anytime you want.
But it has been my experience in the pink's stay away from stop losses, you will never catch a break.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
$1.00 by EOY!!
Buy the way don't hold back just say what's on your mind.
i am with you, I am very long this stock. I would like to see it get to the point that I can put my original money in something else, but I see my son getting my shares of USOG years from now.
And wouldn't you know it, I watched it closely for a year as it went down and then I stopped watching and it started going up! Looking away now, good luck all!
The sky is the limit right now, I am hoping for about 70% increase today, but it could be more, we have clear sailing right now to the .02's. GL everyone man I love seeing all of the positive post.
I'm off to work right now but if this keeps up I might not have to go for much longer!
Oh yeah Bigtoe, did I mention that I'm GREEN GREEN GREEN!!!!!LOL
I have been in the red for over a year now, but when this baby hits .0072 I go GREEN, oh what a feeling that's going to be! Me and my million's will be GREEN GREEN GREEN!!
I know that you must be getting real close yourself, who was it that kept telling us how stupid we are for averaging down on a stock that will never go up?
