I have to ask.. who in their right mind is buying into this crappy company about to RS 1000:1. Seriously, who could be so stupid!
I hope you're right. If the 1:1000000 RS happens and no good reason is
announced ALL common shareholders will be screwed.
Who in their right mind is buying this nightmare stock? Don't they know the winter is coming? RS 1000:1.
And no guidance from the company as to why. Very SAD!
I doubt this stock will ever see anything close to the NASDAQ. There are plenty of OTCQB stocks that use RS and it would not be the first for this one either. Who knows what the future will hold but all i can say is their past behavior with all of the fake PRs with glowing possibilities which led nowhere can't be ignored.
I think it's more likely that will be a reverse split to reduce outstanding.
Ummm, have you read the last quarterly report? For all it's BS PRs, and there have been MANY of them, this company has dismal sales. I won't believe a single PR until they show improvement on the cash flow and profit side. This might be good for a quick flip but many have discovered it can be a trap if you're not careful.
What gets me is no attempt to explain their reasoning for the rs. The os is only 450,000,000. Makes no sense to a reasonable person and they offer no information to shareholders. Do they even have a plan? Pathetic!
Ok. I have to ask. Why is buying 6 million shares in a company about to do a 1:1000 rs a smart thing to do?
This company is not acting like it's poised for great things. They're poised to screw all shareholders though. Pathetic.

It takes a LOT of money to expand with new licenses and facilities and many years to turn a profit on those investments. Then you have to factor in there are a lot of evil people who would like to see you fail only to scoop up the pieces for pennies on the dollar. GLD can't survive without a merger with another company. All smaller cannabis companies will have to merge and grow to survive what's to come.
Best of luck to all GLD shareholders. I hope all of you make money here.
I-G Now everyone knows the truth comes out in depositions. It's very irresponsible to say you know the outcome of a lawsuit before the proves has started. SAD!
I have to chime in here. The timing of this lawsuit is suspicious. They've had many years to file a complaint and chose now to do it? The timing is obviously intended to harm the company during a crucial time. TRTC recently released a PR to remind the public that anyone can sue anyone for anything. That doesn't mean the allegations are true. We won't know that until the facts come out. Just because there are allegations it doesn't mean they can be supported once depositions begin. In the latest suit, TRTC won and the other party will have to pay.
Johnny, are you saying the same local, national or regional retailers selling ice cream will put TAUGs unproven/unknown brand of CBD gum on their shelves? That is very hard to believe.
With 2.3 billion shares outstanding how is this bloated pig aheading into a perfect storm? Please explain.
Thanks for sharing. Makes me feel a little better about this.
Was the plan to replace Noreen by end of year in a public announcement? I don't recall seeing that.
It's disgusting these bozos haven't shared the RS strategy with shareholders. With only 450,000,000 OS they need to help everyone understand what is driving this 1:1000 RS plan. It's a great mystery and speculating what they intend is a waste of time. We need IMUN to tell us what is the plan. Otherwise they just look like a##holes who don't give a crap about any of the current shareholders.
Uh..not the same company.
I've purchased their herbs. They seem to be very good quality.
To be clear, Johnny I ordered 5 tubes of the lip balm at $5 each. I asked friends to use it. I used it, too. Lip balm should go on smooth. When I tried to apply it, it was more of a solid. It simply would not spread easily. The product was a dud. Simple as that. Everything else is BS until TAUG proves to shareholders they're really serious about creating a real company with real, credible products.
Creating bogus business opportunities to avoid being called a shell doesn't give TAUG investors confidence. Just the opposite.
Problem is....you're more full of BS than your buddy, Seth. NO ONE believes TAUG will be successful with fish oil or cannabis gum. I may have been one of the few to actually order the lip balm. Even ordered some as samples for friends. That stuff was terrible. Whoever came up with that formulation didn't know what they were doing. It's sickening to think you guys did the RS and had all this money to create something of real value for shareholders but keep playing these games with us. You and Seth have no credibility. Again, I have to ask what credible company will partner with TAUG for anything once they see the history here?
<< scratching head >> who cares about bozo berman. it's ancient history. Can't wait to see how the gum thing turns out. of all the reputable gum manufacturers companies that might get into this space why would anyone partner with TAUG, a company with no experience or expertise in this space and a history of failures << holds BS flash card so Seth can see he's been called out for the pathetic game player he really is >>

Let's find out what it is!
So. Let's have a party, celebrate and screw all the common shareholders. Gee, that makes perfect sense. NOT!
Ok I'll bite. What is the purpose of uplisting for a company with limited marketing and product in the marketplace?
I understand what you're saying. Up until now I've bought shares believing in the promise of LDN. I still believe. But until I can know what these bozos are planning I can't see giving them another penny. Everyone's different in their risk adversity. I've reached mine here until I know more.
Until the company publicly releases the next step it's challenging to even speculate what will come next. Frankly, the RS announcement threw me as I'm sure it did most investors. I'm no where close to your holdings...a meager 350,000 shares but significant to me. I believe in the LDN story but am not convinced this is the best management team to make the LDN story a sensation. I hope to be proven wrong but have seen over and over again teams who push the ball down the field but can never make it into the scoring zone. Then after all shareholders are wiped out another team comes along and can actually make it happen. I hope it's this team - this time.
I agree. The missing piece of information is "why" the need for the rs now? That's a huge mystery at this time.
If you're going to buy more might I suggest waiting until after the 1:1000 RS and the crash that is sure to follow. Of course, all of this could change if there is some big secret IMUN is holding back on. Stranger things have happened.
I just have to say...who are you to say GLD is "fully aware" of anything? I would never assume I can know what someone else knows or is thinking but you are confident. Do you have inside information? Is that why you're so so confident? Should we be looking into that?
Finally, someone who will just say what I'm thinking. GLH has a lot of drama queens and babies. Grow up people. Money will be made by everyone with the combined company.
One thing I find curious. Last q stated outstanding was around 450,000,000. Most otc companies have no problem running it up to 1 billion or more before doing a dramatic RS. I'm puzzled - why the split at such a low os count? Anyone have any ideas?
It's funny that we're discussing uplisting for a company with absolutely no recorded sales. It's a fantasy and a waste of time to even go there.
Well crap. Are you saying dwarren was full of it all this time? He sure convinced the rest of us.
Thanks for the input, IP. You must admit, TRTC had to know the falling revenue, whether explainable or not, coupled with the merger announcement would not be received well by most investors on both sides. With TRTC knowing the bad news they were about to deliver why would they still choose this time to move forward with this?
This brings up another question. What would be the motivating factor for parties to buy the 10,000,00 preferred shares? Certainly, there's nothing going on (that shareholders know of) that would support such interest. Will the company release information that will make investors want to own this? Time will tell.
I have never seen a company on the OTC where a reverse split helped common shareholders. IMUN will sell 10,000,000 preferred shares. Will any of the preferred shareholders be affected by the coming RS? Probably not. Whether the RS comes before or after dilution it won't matter much the most common shareholders. We're all small potatoes to the wealthy insiders who hold all of the cards.
